Rubio Alleges, Without Proof, That Democrats
Might "Steal" the Senate Race

Miami New Times, by Jerry Iannelli

Original Article

Posted By:snapper451, 11/8/2018 4:22:10 PM

Look, the Broward County Supervisor of Elections Office sucks. It screwed up in 2000, got caught breaking the law by deleting ballots in 2016, and is in full-scale chaos right now. Oft-embattled Elections Supervisor Brenda Snipes says she has no idea how many provisional and absentee ballots are left to be counted in her office. But as it stands, there is zero evidence that the Democratic Party is, in any way, trying to "steal" this election from Republicans. That sort of rhetoric erodes the public´s (admittedly low) trust in the validity of American elections.

Comments:
I bring this outrageous article to your attention because it gives "cover" the the illegal acts of the Broward County Board of Elections in their efforts to reverse both the Scott victory and DeSantis victory. People need to rise up and stop this. The claim about Rubio is false, he speaks the truth. Never heard of the "Miami New Times" before today.

Link repaired. Please split wide headlines and post to word limit.

Oh yes, the Dems always count until they win. Somewhere, someplace, somebody will stumble upon a box on somebody´s porch or somebody´s closet, and oh . . . what do you know? . . . it´s a box of ballots and they´re always Democrat ballots. Sarcasm is off now.

Always interesting how the media always says such and such a Repub made accusations without proof, yet say no such thing when the accusations are made by Dems. Also, why the heck wasn´t the Fla Sec of State watching Broward, Miami Dade and others that have shown illegal activity in past elections.

Broward County is a cesspool of corruption. The RNC should have a branch office full of lawyers there 24/7/365. But I always get the feeling the RNC bumblers are a day late and a dollar short. Hoping they have wised up but I ain´t holding my breath.

Hannity said there´s a law in FL that says all absentee ballots must be counted withing 6 hrs. of the polls closing. IMO, any ballots counted after that 6 hrs. should not be counted toward the totals. Maybe these cretins will learn not to mess with elections.

Wasn´t it in Broward in 2000 that the election officials (all Rats) attempted to take the ballots into a windowless, locked room only to have the outraged GOP observers attempt to break down the door? Never put anything past those crooked b-stards.

Many people have allowed known lawbreaker Snipes to remain in charge of Broward elections. A circuit court judge ruled in 2018 that Broward County Election Supervisor Snipes broke federal and state law by too quickly destroying ballots from August 2016 primaries--there was a pending lawsuit seeking access to the ballots. This is public knowledge but no GOP official demanded she be removed. She´s had the job since 2003. Why does the GOP exist?

I remember in Broward County Fla during the Bush, Gore, debacle, where they had video of a Communist democrat precinct captain counting computer voting cards that were not punched as votes for Gore.

She said right there on video she was counting and reporting these votes as Gore votes even if it meant she would go to jail for doing so.

Turks are taking sledgehammers, handguns and fire to iPhones in a symbolic backing of their government as it clashes with the Trump administration over a jailed American pastor. Videos showing Turkish citizens stomping on or otherwise destroying iPhones have proliferated online in recent days, following President Recep Tayyip Erdogan´s call for Turks to boycott U.S. products -- specifically the smartphones made by California tech giant Apple. Erdogan issued the call and announced a massive hike in tariffs on U.S. goods this week after the U.S. raised tariffs on Turkish imports and aimed new sanctions at Turkish officials in the row over

Schools in Brighton have been ordered to teach children as young as eight that people “of all genders” can have periods, as well as to install sanitary waste disposal units in every toilet room. The instructions were included in guidelines published by the local council earlier this month on ‘Taking a Period Positive Approach in Brighton & Hove Schools’, which assert there is “more work to do across all settings to prevent and reduce stigma related to periods and talking about periods”. Under the subheading ‘key messages’, teachers are told to stress to pupils that “trans boys and

While the job of a Green Beret entails eliminating U.S. enemies both here and abroad, one member of the 66-year-old special operations force is now being prosecuted for having done exactly that. According to reports, once-decorated Army Maj. Mathew L. Golsteyn has been charged in the premeditated murder of an Afghani bomb maker suspected of murdering two Marines. The charge stems from actions the former Green Beret took on the field while deployed eight years ago and words he spoke with Fox News host Bret Baier six years afterward. Going all in on attacking President Trump isn’t proving to be a particularly effective business strategy for media outlets. The Weekly Standard, a 28-year old neoconservative institution, is reportedly headed towards dissolution after its founder, Bill Kristol, devoted almost three years of work to attacking the President and his supporters. It’s not just Kristol. The entire world of clickbait Trump-hate seems to be in jeopardy, including sites that cater to the liberal base. The same week that The Weekly Standard’s troubles broke, Vanity Fair dropped a bombshell report about the struggles faced by those hip, millennial-targeted left-wing rags

Too bad. May it rest in peace!´ Trump tweeted on Saturday morning. It follows an announcement on Friday that the Weekly Standard, which Kristol co-founded in 1995, will be ceasing publication. Have you gotten your flu shot this year? If the answer is no - and I´m not getting one! - you´re not alone. A new study finds more than 40 percent of Americans have not been vaccinated and, in fact, don´t plan on it either. This is despite the warnings, potential dangers, and last year´s record-number of flu deaths. The survey was done by the National Opinion Research Center at the University of Chicago. People under the age of 45 were the least likely to report being vaccinated.

The Weekly Standard will be no more. There is no real reason we are witnessing the magazine’s demise other than deep pettiness and a personal desire for bureaucratic revenge on the part of a penny-ante Machiavellian who works for its parent company. There would at least be a larger meaning to the Standard’s end if it were being killed because it was hostile to Donald Trump. But I do not believe that is the case.
