Hundreds of people were inside the Borderline Bar & Grill. Shots rang out at around 11:20 p.m., Ventura County police said, when the shooting started. Deputies and highway patrolmen arrived on the scene within minutes of getting multiple calls of shots fired, Sheriff Geoff Dean said in a late night press conference. Sheriff´s Sgt. On FOX this morning a detective was on the phone saying this man was a Middle Eastern man and was mumbling in Arabic. This is why we have to know who is in our country. Imagine if this thug came through the border?

Borderline B&G is a big country western line dancing establishment. It is very Pro-America, their line of clothing is pro-America and also shows support for 2nd amendment rights, with images of pistols on their clothing line. their genre is very much western, America, Biker, cowboy. Also, many who were in the bar were survivors of the Route 91 shooting here in Las Vegas, which catered to the same type of patrons.

This is beginning to look more and more like an organized attack on traditional Americans and their values.

We have got to allow 100% open carry for all responsible citizens. Never mind concealed carry. We no longer have the luxury of safety to go un-armed in public. Liberals have successfully banned public carry of firearms long ago in the name of safety. “An armed society is a polite society.”

I still believe these attacks on country venues are as common as school shooting. It´s target rich and reaps more death than workplace shootings or random street attacks.
The Las Vegas shooter targeted the country venue also.
Blame this on Nancy Pelosi point the finger of blame at her.

Not in Georgia... people with concealed weapons permits can carry in a bar as long as the bar owner does not prohibit it.

And, for those people who were wondering why nobody arrested the buys canvassing southeast Atlanta brandishing AK-47´s last week... they can legally do that.

Anyone who can legally own a firearm in Georgia can carry it in the open - provided that property owners do not expressly prohibit them from doing so.

Similar to Virginia Tech university ~ mentally ill person coddled and not treated (and subjected to supervision by court)

Similar to Sutherland Springs church - mentally ill person discovered by Air Force and VA and not referred to courts.

Similar to Sandy Hook gradeschool - mentally ill person coddled and not treated (and subjected to supervision by court)

And in the end, the Democrats don´t want any of these people locked up, but they want to take away our instruments of self protection.

We simply cannot control craziness or bad decisions that cost lives, whether on our roads, or in the minds of those returning from serving our country. I’m betting this murderer needed help that no one noticed.

We have been watching live aerial coverage of the incredible procession taking Sgt. Helus from the hospital where he was taken last night and the Ventura County Coroner’s office.

Every overpass along the 101 Freeway packed with fire department equipment and personnel, police cars and personnel, and civilians like us. All along the free way on foot. Everywhere. An amazing outpouring of respect for this hero who went in to take down the shooter.

With the anti-police rhetoric and actions that these public servants are having to endure, this display is unbelievable. Every street, now that they are off the freeway, is lined.

An awful, possibly preventable, tragedy.

We need to build more mental hospitals in this country. In fact, with the widespread use of Thorazine in 1955, we have approximately 90% less people in mental institutions. This would only make sense if you believed that we have 90% less mentally ill people now as opposed to 1955. Hardly likely. Mental institutions don´t have to be like "One Flew Over the Cuckoos Nest". We have come a long way as far as the study and treatment of psychiatric illnesses since the 50´s.
I don´t care what color or creed or sex or political party or whatever someone may be, severely mentally ill people should be taken out of the general population and treated, if possible.
See something? Say something? Well how about DO something?

Get out your gloves and scarves, Columbia. After a weekend full of chilly rain, forecasters are predicting the area may be getting a little snow. A mix of snow and rain is expected to fall on the Columbia-area Sunday night into Monday morning, National Weather Service Forecaster Jeff Linton said Friday. Because of the rain that is expected to accompany the icy precipitation, Linton said the snow likely will not stick or accumulate on the ground. If the forecast shifts and temperatures drop more than already expected, that increases the chance of a white dusting on the grass Monday morning, he

The stated goal, as socialist Sen.
