NBC News Hid Information that
Would Have Cleared Kavanaugh
of Avenatti Rape Allegations

Breitbart Media, by John Nolte

NBC News deliberately hid vital information that would have helped clear Brett Kavanaugh of the serial rape allegations Julie Swetnick and her attorney, Michael Avenatti, leveled against him. (Snip)NBC News and Avenatti played a huge role in this obscene smear campaign. One notable example was NBC breathlessly publishing and airing an assault allegation against Kavanaugh that was quickly exposed as a hoax. NBC did not even bother to independently corroborate this allegation prior to airing it. A Democrat handed NBC the smear, and NBC ran with it.

NBC failed to disclose that stories told by Swetnick were full of contradictions. So Grassley has sent a referral re both Avenatti and Swetnick...

The creepy porn lawyer and his stooge happend to be so outrageous in their allegations that in the end helped. The Yale woman´s accusation came out which alone would have been enough to sink him. But timing is everything and the CPL followed right behind with the unbelievable accusations. Thank you CPL.

I doubt Justice Kavanaugh wants to become embroiled in a libel case against NBC News, but that fact certainly warrants a finding of "malice" required when the plaintiff is a public figure.

The libel laws in this country need to be changed so that instances like this will allow the aggrieved--read libeled--party to sue even if he or she is a so called "public personality".

It´s also possible that NBC hid this info from their own talking heads, which is why, when they get their daily talking points and say such stupid and obviously wrong stuff on the air, you just have to shake your heads at them. The talking heads don´t know what they don´t know.

That creepy porn lawyer Avenatti gives lawyers a bad name, and that´s saying something.

NBC is an arm of the DemocRAT party, plain and simple. They are not a news organization, they are a propaganda machine. Of course they would align themselves with someone like Avenatti, air a bogus story without corroborating the allegations all because it advanced their agenda.

I think they (the elitist media) thought they could bully Kavanaugh into stepping down. Alas, it turned out that Kavanaugh had a backbone and stood up for himself and his family against the outrageous claims hurled at him.

I don´t watch NBC, MSNBC, ABC, CBS or CNN for that matter. You can´t find any objective news reporting there, so why bother?

Some stories are simply unbelievable. Avenatti/Swetnick claiming Kavanagh was a member of a rape gang in high school and college is a perfect example. It was never believable. Its right up there with the claim that Benghazi was a protest against an anti-Islam video that got out of hand.

When stories like this come out, I always wonder just who is the intended audience. All they do is wreck the credibility of whomever puts the story out.

There has to be jail time for multiple people, Swetnick and Avenatti chief among them.

The bigger story is one that linked Swetnick working for Ford´s father in a CIA front company. If this is true, it, as well as the role of the FBI agent that Ford supposedly coached in taking a polygraph, points to a massive Deep State problem. Jeff Sessions....do you have a pulse???

To fan the flame of racial hate, NBC "doctored" George Zimmerman´s 911 call reporting Trayvon Martin sulking about the apartment complex. The 911 operator asked as to the perp´s race description. NBC doctored Zimmerman´s response. Rather than: "I´m not sure but he ´might´ be an African-American," NBC repeatedly broadcast, "He´s African-American" (Or words to that effect.) It has been speculated that Mitt Romney’s Utah Senate seat could serve as a prelude to another Presidential run. In the most ambitious version of events, he could even challenge Donald Trump in the 2020 primaries, newly legitimized and augmented by his actions in the Capitol Building. This would allow moderate Republicans to reclaim their party’s mantle and unroot alt-right influences. But would Romney do it?
