“Gilligan’s Island” star Dawn Wells has chosen to accept donations made on a GoFundMe page to help her overcome her financial and health woes, Fox News has learned. “She has decided to gratefully accept the money and considerable effort is being made to see that it is used to the best possible usage,” a rep for the actress, 79, told Fox News. “Every day is a little better — she has therapy almost every day and she is off the walker now, graduating to a cane with the goal of eliminating that.” Wells’ rep added she has recently launched an

Her problem due to an “accident” - rather unclear. Too many debts to go into the facility she’d like to enter. Sounds as though she just needs money.

She has an active website.

No feminist, in my estimation. She seems more like the ultimate helpless female, living in the past and looking for a safety net. Some have a harder time growing older than others do.

I always thought Mary Ann was way more sexy than Ginger. Ginger was too cheap looking and acting, my late mother would say.
And over the years, I have come to realize that Mrs. Howell was pretty hot, in her own right.
Finally, the Screen Actor´s Guild (SAG) has a retirement home for members. Mary Ann might want to consider that. (I´m assuming she would have been a member of SAG as well as AFTRA - tv actors union - I have one son and one daughter who are members of both.)

You need to watch and read that whole video that Fox News presents. Deep inside the video reading, but not the actual article, it clearly states she is behind on her taxes to the IRS for $194,000. To even owe that much, that´s a lot of cashing in on a TV program that only aired for two or three years way back in the 1960s. It also says she has a collection of African tribal "art". I´d say she´d best try to sell off that before I´d even consider donating any monies to her.

Two months of hospitalization can wipe out most people´s next egg. TV "stars" in the 60´s were paid much less, relatively speaking, than current, and Dawn was not the star on the show. As I recall, she has lived most recently in Franklin, TN, definitely conservative land. Show a little compassion, some of you taking swipes at her.

You may be disappointed
by the Mueller report

Washington — Millions of Americans are waiting for Robert Mueller to give them the final word on whether the Trump campaign conspired with the 2016 Russian election interference effort — and whether their president is under the influence of a foreign adversary. Millions of Americans may be sorely disappointed. Unless Mueller files a detailed indictment charging members of the Trump campaign with conspiring with Russia, the public may never learn the full scope of what Mueller and his team has found — including potentially scandalous behavior that doesn´t amount to a provable crime.

Boston - The former chief executive of Insys Therapeutics Inc (INSY.O) pleaded guilty on Wednesday to participating in a nationwide scheme to bribe doctors to prescribe an addictive opioid medication and has agreed to become a government witness. Michael Babich, who resigned as the Arizona-based drugmaker’s CEO in 2015, pleaded guilty in federal court in Boston to conspiracy and mail fraud charges after entering into a cooperation deal with prosecutors. His plea comes less than three weeks before five former Insys executives and managers including John Kapoor, its onetime billionaire founder and former chairman, face trial after being charged with participating in

Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg has repeatedly said she will retire when she is no longer able to work “full steam” — a promise that could be put to the test this week — or soon after — with the 85-year-old justice sitting out oral arguments while recovering from cancer surgery. Ginsburg’s absence for the past three days and recent health issues have fueled speculation about her future on the high court. If Ginsburg steps down as one of the four liberal justices currently serving, President Trump will almost certainly appoint a conservative replacement, tilting the court further to the

President Donald Trump indicated he may be declaring a national emergency in order to get funding for the border wall. Following his Oval Office address to the nation on Tuesday, the president said he has the “absolute right” to declare an emergency and noted that his “threshold” for doing so would be if he is unable to reach an agreement with “people who are unreasonable,” presumably referring to congressional Democrats who will not agree to his request for $5.7 billion for a wall along the U.S.-Mexico border. “I think we might work a deal, and if we don’t, I might go that

The House of Representatives Thursday approved a bill that would fund most of the federal government through early February -- and provides $5.7 billion for President Trump´s long-promised border wall, increasing the chances of a partial government shutdown later this week. Eight Republicans joined all 177 voting Democrats to oppose the measure, which passed 217-185. The bill now goes to the Senate, where it is certain to fall short of the 60 votes needed for passage since the chamber´s 49 Democrats are against funding the wall. The GOP Majority Leader in the Senate persuaded President Donald Trump to not veto the GOP’s flawed border security bill by promising to back a national emergency construction of border walls, according to insider leaks to the establishment media. The Washington Post reported that “Trump had been leaning against supporting the congressional spending bill but relented after several conversations with [Majority Leader Sen. The two hottest commodities in the Democratic Party are Ilhan Omar and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez. Earlier this week, Omar exhibited stunning ignorance in her hostile questioning of Elliott Adams Abrams. Similarly, Ocasio-Cortez has often displayed a surprising lack of knowledge for someone who apparently is a college graduate.
