Former President Jimmy Carter jumped into the political fray recently over newly confirmed Justice Brett M. Kavanaugh, saying he was “unfit” to be on the Supreme Court. While speaking to a class at Emory College Wednesday Mr. Carter said Justice Kavanaugh’s confirmation was a “very serious mistake,” The Emory Wheel reported. He also criticized the Senate for being “subservient” to President Trump. Justice Kavanaugh’s nomination proceedings were derailed after allegations of sexual assault were made by California professor Christine Blasey Ford. You know Jimma you were next to Obama the worst thing that ever happened to this nation. I could throw Bill Clinton in there too but at least he didn´t have that true hatred that Obama had, he was just a hound who couldn´t be house trained. You on the other hand are just a narcissistic egomaniac posing as some do gooder with a hammer. Please go away and do us all a favor and take that money grubber Hillary with you.

Serious mistake Jimmy? It is laughable to be lectured by the one who gave us gas lines, fireside chats with the red sweater telling us to shut the heater, the Community Reinvestment Act that turned into the housing market bubble, the 16.5% interest on mortgages. Also, not to forget that he gave the world the Ayatollah when he turned his back to the Shah of Iran.

Lest we forget:

"Jimmy Carter´s ´Lust in the Heart´ Playboy Interview – 1976"

https://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-srv/politics/special/clinton/frenzy/carter.htm

FTA: "Carter admitted in an unsolicited comment to two Playboy freelance writers that he had "looked on a lot of women with lust" and had "committed adultery in my heart many times," strange revelations all the more damaging because they appeared in a soft-porn magazine."

Would the peanut farmer pass muster with the #WETOO movement. Probably. They´ve shown with PIAPS what hypocrites that they are. Period.

I want to thank jimmy c for helping to keep the malicious and unwarranted treatment of Associate Justice Kavanaugh by the Democrat Senators before, during and after the confirmation hearings from leaving the 24-hour news cycle.

With today´s news cycles, stuff gets forever buried (ancient history) in a short period of time. We need the Dems to keep bring up their unmitigated and unwarranted pursuit of personal destruction of Justice Kavanaugh and HIS FAMILY.

Comments from the peanut farmer have to be taken with a grain of Georgia dirt. Carter´s economy was the exact opposite of Trump´s. It was during Jimmy´s time in office that interest rates reached historic highs. 15 to 17% interest on a mortgage loan was not unusual. Unemployment was double digit and climbing. Energy prices skyrocketed with Jimmy telling Americans to turn down the heat in their homes to save energy. It was because of this, that I stayed in college an extra year before trying to find employment. Like Trump´s election, Reagan´s being elected brought the country out of years lone recession.

They despise hard working, tax paying American citizens. They will gladly toss the rule of law to gain power.

And then they claim compassion. That dog ain’t gonna hunt.

At my age the Navy wouldn´t take me. But with my luck they would have assigned me to the USS Jimmy Carter. Last time I bought a dictionary was 1975. They used to put a section on US presidents at the end and I didn´t want one with him in it. Same for the World Almanac. After his cardigan sweater speech where he asked us to all turn the thermostat down and wear warm clothing I striped naked and turn the thermo up to 85. Billy was smarter.

One man´s "outburst" is another man´s effective defense. We saw both during the Kavanaugh hearing. Kavanaugh had a right to defend himself.

Jimmy was just giving his opinion, and unless he is a US Senator his opinion does not count, as opinions are like noses, everyone has one.

Tucker Carlson schooled Mike Donovan — the convicted felon who’s bankrolling the lawsuit filed against President Trump for violating the Constitutional “rights” of 12 members of the migrant caravan en route to the US to demand entry. In his lawsuit, Donovan claims that Trump’s promise to deport the illegal immigrants violates the Fifth Amendment right to due process. Earth to Mike Donovan: they have no legal standing because they’re not US citizens, nor are they on US soil.

Latinos and Hispanics legally here in the U.S. are speaking out against the caravan heading north from Honduras to the U.S. That was the report from Univision, which is hardly a conservative news site. According to the Daily Caller, they´re saying things like this: "How is it possible that a caravan from Central America is on it´s [sic] way to the U.S. and the people are speaking the way they´re speaking, demanding to get in[?] No sir, this isn´t their country and they need to respect it," one man said.

The Democrats´ exploding cigar that is the procession of thousands of Central Americans headed for our border is really hurting their electoral chances, so the story must be kept away from the faithful. The worst thing a propaganda agency could do is let Americans see those thousands – reportedly 80% of them military-age males – because they look just like the columns of purported "Syrian refugee" military-age Muslims who invaded Europe at the behest of German chancellor Angela Merkel and proceeded to make going out after dark a dangerous excursion for young German women – and, incidentally, tanking voter support

Rep. Joe Kennedy:

Americans should welcome the migrants in the Honduran caravan because they will make the federal government more powerful, Democratic Rep. Joe Kennedy demands in an article for Time Magazine. Kennedy writes: Today thousands more families fleeing unspeakable violence at home are marching towards our southern border. And all this government has summoned to meet them is cruel words, course threats and the specter of more innocent children forced to watch their parents dragged away.

Ronald DeRisi, 74, was arrested early Friday morning for threats against two of the United States Senators who supported Kavanaugh’s nomination. In a September 27th voicemail, DeRisi claimed he had a “present” for one of the senators: “It’s a 9 millimeter. Side of your f***ing skull, you s***bag m****rf***er.” He concluded the message with “Yeah, Kavanaugh – I don’t think so.” Another recorded call to the same Senator was significantly more verbose: We’re tired of this guy sucking taxpayers’ money! Getting a free f***ing ride! How many more years you gonna do it? None! He’s a dead man! 9 millimeter, side of the

The FBI was instructed to conduct an investigation into the

It has been speculated that Mitt Romney’s Utah Senate seat could serve as a prelude to another Presidential run. In the most ambitious version of events, he could even challenge Donald Trump in the 2020 primaries, newly legitimized and augmented by his actions in the Capitol Building. This would allow moderate Republicans to reclaim their party’s mantle and unroot alt-right influences. But would Romney do it? His willingness to unequivocally challenge Trump could be seen either as a pro or con by Republicans, depending on their opinions of the sitting president.

The funeral wasn’t enough. Cindy McCain went on with CBS News on Friday to give her first interview since Senator McCain’s death. Cindy said the funeral was not meant to be a rebuke of President Trump. Seriously? Mrs. McCain then went on to praise her daughter Meghan for trashing the president at the funeral, smiling as she talked about Meghan’s memorable line, “America was always great.” (Video) Cindy McCain then went on to lecture President Trump, “Our country needs a strong leader, not a negative Nancy… Hopefully he will learn something…” (Video)

A black woman says she felt “racially profiled” when she was booted from a Virginia Dunkin’ Donuts after she tried to use the shop’s free Wi-Fi without buying anything, reports said. Tirza Wilbon White was about to use her laptop in the Fairfax store when a woman who identified herself as the owner told her and another man — also a person of color — that they’d have to make a purchase if they wanted to stay. “This is what it means to be black in America,” White said in a Facebook post last week. “I am a regular in this

A top elections official in Florida who endured national humiliation after missing a midterms recount deadline by two minutes has told the Guardian that racism is “probably” a factor in the backlash against her. Brenda Snipes, elections supervisor of Broward county, was condemned by Republicans and Democrats after failing to submit tallies in the US Senate race between Rick Scott and Bill Nelson on schedule. (Snip) In a short interview, Snipes, 75, said: “You know, the protesters have been claiming stuff all week so whatever they’re doing, that’s what they’re doing. That’s what they feel like they need to do.”

"Assault rifle" is a politically loaded, misleading term used by the left to demonize semi-automatic rifles. And yes, confiscating millions of privately owned firearms is indeed tyrannical. To look back at the moment John Kerry entered US public life, addressing the Senate foreign relations committee on 22 April 1971, is to be struck by many things. There are the famous words, of course: “How do you ask a man to be the last man to die in Vietnam? How do you ask a man to be the last man to die for a mistake?” There is the shock of dark, Beatles-inspired hair, the distinctly British-tinged accent. Above all, there is the self-possession. Even though, as he describes it in his new book, Every Day Is Extra,

Championing the cause of the poor, Pope Francis on Sunday lamented that "the wealthy few" enjoy what, "in justice, belongs to all" and said Christians cannot remain indifferent to the growing cries of the exploited and the indigent, including migrants. Francis invited about 6,000 poor people as well as some of the volunteers who help them to the splendor of St. Peter´s Basilica where he celebrated Mass on a day the Catholic Church dedicates to the needy. Later, he sat down with 1,500 of the indigent for a lunch of lasagna, chicken, mashed potatoes and tiramisu in a Vatican auditorium.

Broward County’s ballot recount hit yet another snag Saturday with 2,040 ballots lost or misplaced. The county’s eternally beleaguered Supervisor of Elections Brenda Snipes said they were either misplaced, misfiled or mixed in with another stack. There would be nowhere else for them to be,” Snipes said. “The ballots are in the building. Michelle Obama raged against the risk of her "integration and/or assimilation into a White cultural and social structure" in her Princeton University thesis. I reviewed this document, remarkable for its rancor as well as for its orthographical dysfunction, during her husband´s first presidential campaign ten years ago. Stacey Abrams refused to acknowledge Georgia’s Republican Governor-elect Brian Kemp as “legitimate” during a Sunday morning appearance on CNN’s “State of the Union” with Jake Tapper. So CNN’s Jim Acosta scored some court points with a ruling that orders the White House to give back his press pass, at least for the time being. But he still presents as a smug elitist. He presented as an out-of-touch elitist the day he jerked away from the arm of the reaching White House intern — the day he refused to cede the microphone and cede the floor and cede his time to the many other journalists who were patiently waiting to pose questions to the president. But post-ruling, caught on camera walking from the courthouse,
