A conspiracy so vast
Power Line, by Scott Johnson

This past February Special Counsel Robert Mueller brought the dramatic indictment against Russian actors allegedly responsible for interference in the 2016 presidential election. The Department of Justice has posted the indictment online here. Politico covered the indictment in a good story by Michael Crowley and Louis Nelson. The indictment charged three Russian companies and 13 Russian individuals with election related crimes. I don’t think anyone (including Mueller) anticipated that one of the defendants would appear in court to defend against the charges. Rather, Mueller seems to have obtained the indictment to serve a public relations purpose, laying out the case

The starring actors in this production aren’t the only one who deserve chain link cages at Guantanamo. The mockingbird media that picked up where Mueller, Comey, Clapper and the rest left off should get the same.

So Mueller is charging Concord with conspiracy to commit a LEGAL act. Leave it to the federal government to make it a crime to tell friends you and your business partner will make them chocolate chip cookies but instead make them snickerdoodles. It only takes twenty million tax dollars to get to the conspiracy indictment.

Mueller hopes to drag out the process so long that eventually a new crime or newly-discovered old crime will reveal itself. There is no crime so far, just an awful lot of people invested in bringing Trump down. So far, they have been unsuccessful but they still have hope.

This case should end yesterday because it isn´t really a case as such, it´s really a hunt for a crime that will attach itself to Trump.

#3, You are right, I believe that is Mueller’s strategy.

You can bet HRC is behind the scenes on this because she can’t stand that Donald Trump beat her fair and square. While she played every dirty trick in the book, he was still victorious. I don’t think she even saw it coming because her confidence was so great. The blow on election night was so severe she could not even show her face to properly thank her supporters and graciously accept defeat. She was a woman scorned and she would extract her pound of flesh. She had traded her soul for political power and it had gone all wrong. She put up with humiliation from her horn dog husband in order to have a chance to run for President. She knew she needed him to further her political ambition so she took it on the chin for him. That pent up frustration and anger she projected on Donald Trump and decided on election night to bring him down. If this evil knot ever gets unraveled, she will be at the epicenter. God help us get to the truth and expose who she is and what she has done. Sedition is a very serious crime that requires a severe punishment.

Lady Lucifer was drunk on election night, so she had to be kept off camera.(My conclusion about her behavior that night. And I also have concluded that when she drinks, on top of her various parkinson medications, she turns into a mean drunk.)

This is just another case of the judiciary writing the law which was done by Taft many years back. Sounds like this case will proceed (eventually) but should be ripe for appeal if Concord wants to spend the money and it might be handled by a more Constitutionally based Supreme Court.

1. Democrats commit crimes
2. Enemedia covers them up
3. Democrats accuse Republicans of the very crimes they themselves committed
4. Republicans cower and apologize
5. Enemedia demands Republicans be harshly punished or humiliated
6. Democrats commit more crimes with Enemedia complicity and no "opposition" party

This cycle of ultimate frustration, which we´ve gotten so use to we take it for granted, is now over.

"It is not necessary that the Government shall be subjected to property or pecuniary loss by the fraud, but only that its legitimate official action and purpose shall be defeated by misrepresentation."

OK, so what do we call the Russian dossier, bought and paid for by Hillary and the DNC and foisted upon us by subversive elements in the bureaucracy? Various government agencies were trying to hold an election and it sure seems that the purpose was almost defeated by misrepresentation from that dossier and the various illegal investigations spun off from it.

How about the coverup by the DOJ and FBI of the Clintoon email scandal? Hillary should CERTAINLY have been at least indicted. There are people in jail for doing far less damage. It sure seems like a conspiracy that Hillary be given a get out of jail free card.

Sadly in fact, it seems like the whole purpose of elections these days is to conspire to cast misrepresentation on all candidates in order to win.

The linked article is a "must read" to understand this piece.

Hammerschmidt v. United States established that “It is not necessary that the Government shall be subjected to property or pecuniary loss by the fraud, but only that its legitimate official action and purpose shall be defeated by misrepresentation.”

If this is true, then when can we expect the indictment on conspiracy to defraud for the Democrats on the Senate Judiciary Committee, and Democrat Senate leadership?

I´m not even going to read it. This so called "Russian interference" the left keeps shrieking about still amounts to little more than Russian somebodies putting up "Hillary is a poopyhead" ads and comments on facebook and elsewhere. No one cared. No one was swayed by it. No one would have even noticed without the joint FBI/DOJ small-group conspiracy to use the nonsense Russia stuff to overturn the election.

First the Soviet Union, and then Russia, have been injecting propaganda into America through various means forever. Individual sympathizers who helped to do this were called "Communist agitators." They went into troubled communities, told them that their troubles were not their fault, but the fault of the "system," and tried to get them to vote Left. In more recent years, these same individuals have been called "community organizers," i.e., Obama. My point is that the Soviet Union, then Russia, have always attempted to influence our politics. But, the media are acting as if this is a new phenomenon, and trying to link it to Trump.

From the growing caravan of migrants making its way toward America´s southern border to a pledge of new tax cuts for middle-income Americans, the midterm season could yet hold a few twists and turns between now and Election Day. The Nov. 6 elections are widely seen as a referendum on the Trump administration and Republican policies pushed in the past two years. Democrats hope to take control of the House and Senate, where Republicans hold a narrow lead. But a series of developments could tilt the final outcome. Thousands of migrants are heading to the U.S. border seeking asylum,

The current lawsuit challenging Harvard University’s use of racial preferences in admissions is about “white supremacy,” according to the school’s supporters. So, too, was the defense of U.S. Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh against the charge of sexual assault, according to Kavanaugh’s critics. Never mind that the plaintiffs in the Harvard lawsuit are Asian-American students who were denied admission to the school despite academic qualifications superior to those of whites, and that Kavanaugh’s accuser was white herself. The roiling mass of resentments and one-upmanship that is identity politics is becoming ever more irrational in the Trump era.

With all the books about President Trump, one mystery has been ignored. How did this supposed clown manage not only to learn Ronald Reagan’s economic formula but also carry it to the next level? Bob Woodward has sketched a White House ruled by fear. Omarosa Manigault Newman has written a yarn about a president “unhinged.” Michael Wolff has penned a picture of “fire and fury.” Yet none has even tried to address the elephant in the room — how Trump built the platform of economic growth and jobs that managed to crack the Democrats’ presidential-election “Blue Wall” and leave our newscasters agape.

Emmanuel Macron, the youthful and ambitious president of the French, likes to talk about African birthrates. In the summer of 2017, he answered a question about why there couldn’t be a Marshall Plan for Africa by calling the continent’s problems “civilizational,” and lamenting that African countries “have seven or eight children per woman.” This was attacked by some as racist, defended by others as hardheaded realism about development economics.
