Watch: Bernie Sanders Calls for New
World Order of ´Shared Prosperity´

Townhall, by Cortney O´Brien

Original Article

Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) called for a new world order on Tuesday - one that does away with state sovereignty. Speaking at an event at Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies, the former presidential candidate dreamed of a world where we could all enjoy "shared prosperity." "It is time for us to stand up and say there is a better way to use our wealth," Sanders declared. "In closing let me simply state, in order to effectively to combat the pluses of global oligarchy and authoritarianism, we need an international movement

The Bernies and Elizabeths of our political world don´t address who is producing that "prosperity" and who is simply enjoying it. And how long that unbalanced equation would exist.

Isn´t it amazing how these leftist billionaire/millionaire weasels are so good at talking Communism, yet they are clueless at to what it really is? Alright, Bernie. When you, Soros, Steyner, Bezos and the rest of you hypocrites give up your billions, your mansions, and your limos, then you can come to us with you Commie sob stories. Otherwise, buzz off and find a real job for a change.

I wonder who Bernie sees as The Leader? Socialism has always worked best for those who bring it about-just ask Fidel Castro, or Hugo Chavez, or Pol Pot, Stalin, Mao, etc. Those guys would give it a big thumbs up.

"we all want our children to grow up healthy, to have a good education, to have decent jobs, to drink clean water, to breathe clean air and to live in peace."

This is the "hook". Yes, those are some goals. None of which Sanders´ socialism EVER delivers. In fact, it delivers misery; worse healthcare, indoctrination instead of free thinking education, dreary and dead end jobs, more pollution, and death or imprisonment for millions who disagree with the new world order of the Socialists.

It´s not like social hasn´t had plenty of chances in many foolish countries that either drank the kool aid or were forced into the People´s Utopia. It ALWAYS fails as it falls into the hands of dictatorial men and governments and police states.

Bernie is the guy with a piece of candy trying to lure his unwitting victim into his car.

I observed socialism, way back in 1959 and 1960, while stationed in England.
I was a youngster, unsophisticated in matters of governance, but picked up on the attitude of good British people that there was no reason to exert much effort in any endeavor. (It was worse in France, where the USAF hired French nationals and Algerians. They might as well have stayed home, because they didn´t do much work.
The Germans who worked on our base in Weisbaden were completely different. With few exceptions, they were better workers than we were.
Why do I mention this? Because socialism takes the wind out of one´s sails - no reason to accomplish great things - no reward in doing so.

If an American framer’s tractor breaks down during harvest he immediately calls John Deere to get it fixed or a neighbor to help finish the harvest. Which the neighbor willingly will do. Under Bernie’s socialism the framer doesn’t own the tractor and when it breaks down he just walks away and waits on the State to fix it. The harvest is not finished and the crops are left to rot. Which in a nutshell is why there is always scarcity of everything under socialism! Under Bernie’s socialism the farmer gets his stipend whether or not he brings in a harvest. There’s no fool like an old fool and Bernie’s a classic example!

We have been creeping toward this for decades - how many of the younger crowd think in terms of "it is somebody else´s fault" or "there ought to be law"? A lot of that is human nature - take the easy way out and refuse to pick the responsibility for one´s self and family. Nihilism and ungodliness and the ´self-esteem´ movement help push us into the arms of totalitarianism.

Here´s the problem Bernie; you can´t have it. I´ll try to keep it simple for you comrade:

We stop making stuff if you are only going to steal it. See how that works?

That is the underlying concept behind the Laffer curve. The simplest concept of human behavior and democrats called it "voodoo economics." Which of course is the reverse, stop stealing from me and I´ll produce more stuff.

Even a two year old is going to stop bringing his blankie to preschool if it gets taken away from him every day.

You can´t have it without breaking it Bernie.

Old Democrat: We can spend our way to prosperity
New Democrat: We can steal our way to prosperity

The change?

Their old plan is steal and spend from the future
Their new plan is steal and spend from "everywhen"

And just as a side note...
In and of itself, prosperity isn´t much of a goal.

What are you going to do with it?
Is a much better question.

Especially while Americans are "suffering" prosperity
unknown in the history of man.

FLAGSTAFF, Ariz. — Jon Rios traces his ancestry to the Pima people of Arizona, but he has no tribal enrollment card and lives hundreds of miles away in Colorado. He has no interest in meeting any federally imposed requirements to prove his connection to a tribe. If anyone asks, he says he´s Native American. "I´m a little bit like Elizabeth Warren. During the lead-up to the Vietnam War, the media sometimes carried horrific images of Buddhist monks setting themselves afire to protest the South Vietnamese government. These tragic self-immolations were literally Pyrrhic victories for the protesters, who never got to see the results of their sacrifice. The Associated Press on Sunday changed a headline after a backlash from liberals furious at the AP for describing a caravan of illegal immigrants heading towards the United States as an “army of migrants.” “A ragged, growing army of migrants resumes march toward US,” read the original headline on the AP story. The AP later changed the headline to replace the word “army” with “caravan.” Though the AP has used the word “army” to refer to large groups of people besides migrants — including nurses and political activists — many on the political left criticized the wire service for its original headline.

This has been a rough week for women on the left. It began with Hillary Clinton, the zombie candidate who just won’t die, giving an interview to “CBS Sunday Morning” for a story about the post-#MeToo “pink wave” of younger women running for political office, many for the first time. Guess who became the star? Yes — as usual, Hillary herself, who spent a good part of that interview defending her husband’s sexual predation while disavowing her key role in what Clinton aides, back in the ’90s, cheerfully called the “nuts-and-sluts” shaming of any and all of Bill’s female accusers.

Like many conservatives, I´ve been a critic of Sen. Elizabeth Warren for years. She´s a hardcore statist and collectivist whose views on nearly every major issues are, in my view, deeply wrong-headed. I´ve also been writing about her dubious-to-fraudulent "Native American" gambit for quite some time, having featured the matter during an examination of the Left´s obsession with "privilege" in my 2015 book, End of Discussion. Warren is not a Native American, yet there´s strong circumstantial evidence that she identified as one for a very discrete period of time in order to advance her career.

We now know why President Obama had to struggle so hard to spur the economy and allow it to grow more than 2 percent a year. And that was the high-water mark. In the last quarter of his presidency, growth had slipped to 1.5 percent. Today it’s obvious what Obama’s problem was. He had the wrong policies‚ lots of them. How do we know this? Obama’s successor, Donald Trump, and the Republican Congress reversed Obama’s policies. The result, from the day Trump was elected, has been a more robust economy. Nearly 4 million jobs

Rather than settle the matter once and for all, the results have raised more questions about the presumptive presidential candidate’s integrity with respect to matters of race and ethnicity. According to her own hired expert, Warren had an indigenous ancestor “in the range of 6-10 generations ago.” This makes her, at best, 1/64th indigenous, and possibly as little as 1/1024th. In a recent statement, the animal advocate organization explains that dairy milk has been the drink of choice for supremacists because "the dairy industry inflicts extreme violence on other living beings." According to PETA, "some people might be surprised to learn that cows used by the dairy industry are slaughtered after about five years because their bodies are so spent from being kept constantly pregnant." (Snip) Peta links this concept to white supremacy by saying cows are controlled by humans, similar to the mindset of

Despite Mexican efforts to stop them at the border, a growing throng of Central American migrants resumed their advance toward the U.S. border early Sunday in southern Mexico. Their numbers swelled to about 5,000 overnight and at first light they set out walking toward the Mexican town of Tapachula, 10 abreast in a line stretching approximately a mile (1.5 kilometers). It was not immediately clear where the additional travelers had materialized from since about 2,000 gathered on the Mexican side Saturday night. They seemed likely to be people who had been waiting on the bridge over the Suchiate River or in the

CNN chief White House correspondent Jim Acosta slammed “dishonest, deceptive” President Trump and mocked Press Secretary Sarah Sanders’ briefings on Monday at a CNN event in New York. “I wouldn’t put productive and a Sarah Sanders briefing in the same sentence,” Acosta said when asked if it’s more productive to hear from the press secretary or from Trump directly. Acosta -- who is billed as an impartial journalist -- declared that Sanders typically aims to “perform for the president” in order to maintain her own job security. He was part of a panel discussion at Citizen by CNN, a daylong

Booker is considered a leading contender for the Democratic presidential nomination in 2020. The man, who wishes to remain anonymous for now, penned a lengthy open letter that was posted on Twitter. In the letter he describes the assault that occurred in a bathroom following a meeting at his workplace, where the two met. The letter goes into excruciating detail. I stopped to use one of the building’s single-occupancy restrooms. Upon washing my hands

About 2,000 Central American migrants who avoided Mexican law enforcement at a border bridge and swam or floated across from Guatemala have decided to reconstitute their mass caravan and continue the push north toward the U.S. Gathered at a park in the border city of Ciudad Hidalgo, the migrants voted, then marched to the bridge to urge those still there to cross the river and join them, The Associated Press reported on Saturday night. "Let´s all walk together!" and "Yes we can!" they cried, defying warnings to turn back this week from President Trump, who has sought to make immigration,

The fact that Christine Blasey Ford’s lawyers refused to release the results of her polygraph exam until the day before her testimony to the Senate Judiciary Committee last month caused some suspicion. And when we finally got a look at them, a lot of Judge Kavanaugh’s supporters were confirmed in their suspicions. It turned out that Ford’s examiner, former FBI agent Jeremiah Hanafin, only asked her two relevant questions. And that’s not how most folks imagine polygraph exams are supposed to go.
