Hillary Clinton on Tuesday predicted that President Trump will "wholesale fire people" following November´s midterm elections. "After this election, this president is going to wholesale fire people," Clinton said during an interview on MSNBC´s "The Rachel Maddow Show." Predicting that Trump will "be even more uncontrollable and unaccountable" following the results, Clinton argued that the president will fire people who he believes are "undermining him" and "questioning him." I hope he does. He should have done it when he entered the White House.

And what´s wrong with that? After all, she fired the White House travel office in order to get "our people" in there.

Why stop there Hillary? Trump will kill all the first born males in the entire country, he´ll desecrate the grave of MLK, he´ll outlaw premarital sex, he´ll kill everybody´s cats, dogs and hamsters, he´ll tap into the ocean floor and release enough carbon dioxide to ignite the entire planet, he´ll build walls around the country so that rising ocean levels don´t put out the aforementioned ignited planet, then he´ll tear off every mattress tag in the country. I suppose he´ll have time to invade a few other countries too. Then he will commence to do bad stuff.

He SHOULD "wholesale fire people." None of the other presidential contenders (except maybe Dr. Carson or Ted Cruz) would have had the guts to do it. If there is proof an employeee is actively working to disenfranchise voters or undermine our republic/ constitution they should be fired and have their security clearance permanently revoked.

If the President chooses to act with such boldness after the dust settles and the smoke of the mid-term election clears, he can explain, from the Oval Office, that this extraordinary action was necessary to restore the confidence of every American citizen (regardless of their political affiliation), that our government is working for us and not against us.

Those of you who believe in the power of prayer, stay on it until this whole awful, ugly mess is concluded. Pray that which was done in the darkness will surely and quickly come to the light; that transparency and truth will prevail; that God will give our president trustworthy, far-sighted advisors and the wisdom, courage and strength to do what is right for the American people and to preserve our republic.

A deal in which President Trump accepts an amnesty for millions of illegal aliens enrolled and eligible for President Obama’s Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program in exchange for minor border wall funding would be counterproductive to the “America First” goals of the administration, depressing U.S. wages in the process ahead of the 2020 election. For the women who showed up at Little Caesars Arena on Tuesday night, seeing Michelle Obama was like meeting up with their super-smart best friend who just happens to be the former first lady of the United States and author of the best-selling hardcover book of the year. They praised her intelligence, her poise, her grace, her style, her penchant for shopping at Target, her ability to live in the spotlight but remain down to earth. "She was a regular person, she was relatable," said Jacqueline Coleman, who lives in Lansing and brought her sister to the event as a birthday

As Bill Kristol (no Trump apologist) put it: “[B]ased on what I saw of their respective performances in that Oval Office meeting today, I don’t understand why it’s Nancy Pelosi who’s facing a leadership challenge and Chuck Schumer who isn’t.” The mainstream media will focus

Two groups of migrants from Central America marched to the American consulate in Tijuana, Mexico, yesterday, with a list of demands to the Trump administration. One of them asked the American president to either let them in the country or pay them $50,000 each to go home, a report said. The first group, including about 100 migrants, arrived at the consulate around 11am on Tuesday. Alfonso Guerreo Ulloa, an organizer from Honduras, told the San Diego Union-Tribune that the $50,000 figure is not a very big sum. ´It may seem like a lot of money to you,´ he said.

New York Times opinion writer Jennifer Weiner told CBS This Morning hosts that holiday office parties are nothing more than another opportunity for women to be sexually harassed. In her article titled “The Torture of Dressing for Your Office Holiday Party,” Weiner described the holiday season as “the least wonderful time of the year.” “Why are we having holiday parties at all?” complained Weiner to Gayle King on Monday morning. “Wouldn’t you rather have an extra $100 in your paycheck than have to put on the Spanx, put on the heels, be social with the guy with, like, the stale coffee breath

Mayor Rahm Emanuel joined forces with suburban mayors on Tuesday to call for a 20- to 30-cents-a-gallon increase in the state’s gasoline tax to bankroll sorely needed mass transit and road improvements. After that, the mayors argued that the gas tax should be increased ev ery year to match the inflation rate.At a City Hall news conference Tuesday, Emanuel argued that 24 states have raised their gas tax since 2012 alone. Meanwhile, Illinois is “stuck in neutral” with a state gas tax of 19 cents a gallon that’s been frozen since 1990 — even though federal taxes and local and state

MSNBC host Mika Brzezinski had to apologize for what some perceived to be a homophobic joke on Morning Joe Wednesday. Brzezinski called Secretary of State Mike Pompeo was “wannabe dictator’s butt-boy.” “I understand that Donald Trump doesn’t care, Heilemann makes a good point, he doesn’t care. But why doesn’t Mike Pompeo care right now?” Mika Brzezinski said of Pompeo’s response to a question about the killing of Saudi dissident Jamal Khashoggi. She continued, “Are the pathetic deflections that we just heard when he appeared on Fox & Friends, is that a patriot speaking? Or a wannabe dictator’s butt-boy?” Mika’s joke

When Professor Christine Blasey-Ford testified against the Supreme Court nomination of then-Judge Bret Kavanaugh, my very first impression was that her voice sounded fake. She sounded like a scared little girl, her voice tremulous, creating an impression of sadness and vulnerability. (snip) For the first time since her testimony, we now have the opportunity to hear her voice, and guess what? She doesn’t sound at all like the witness whose fear and suffering moved so many Democrats and feminists. She sounds like a grown-up, a professor indeed.
