Barely Coherent: Supreme Court
Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg
Makes an Appearance…

Conservative Treehouse, by Sundance

Original Article

Posted By:earlybird, 9/14/2018 5:44:33 AM

A few weeks ago American media began heavily promoting a generally odd video of Supreme Court Justice doing a workout. It seemed weird. Today, the motive of putting out that video becomes transparent. Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg appears at an event hosted by the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association (NAPABA). Watch: (Video) How long can the left-wing apparatchik maintain a ruse that Justice Ginsburg is fit to remain on the court?

Comments:
The photos are scary. She can barely hold her head up.

There is a boatload of libs nearing their expiration date. Will be interesting to see where we are in 5-10 years, if conservatives can hold on that long.

I disagree entirely with her. Because the Senate was once ´bipartican´ on nominees, we have idiots like Ruth, the liar Kagan and the racist, sexst Sotomayer on the court making up laws as they go. Had the Rebublicans employed the Kennedy Borking method, maybe one or two of the unelected black-robed demigods on the court would not have made it onto the Court.

Well, that was a real, live and up close moment brought to you by the Weekend At Bernie´s. Poor little communist. If that had been a constutionalist member of the Court, the left would be screaming and demanding that she step down. Isn’t it just the cutest thing to watch these leftist ideologues defend someone who is clearly unfit to serve on the Court. Her posture, syntax, and barely audible voice was alarming to witness. I had to wonder if she actually walked out on the stage under her own power or had been wheeled in like Hannibal Lecture. Regardless, it was very sad and disturbing.

Wouldn’t it be great if Republicans were successful in the midterms and shortly after Justice Ginsberg decides to retire? Imagine the meltdown! Conservatives would be delirious with joy. Let’s do our part to make that happen. Vote Red.

Kavanaugh is the last SC Justice Trump will be able to appoint unless he wins a second term. The GOP played the "not in your last year" card on Obama to stop the Merrick Garland appointment. That means we are down to about one year by the time Kavanaugh is confirmed. That puts us on a one year clock which the dems can find a way to run out, even if RBG can hang on.

That´s good reason to fight for our lives in the mid terms.

Old age hurts. I am old, my wife is old, almost all our friends are over 80. Everyone has some bone or tendon or poorly functioning organ or joint issue. Most take a pain management drug of some kind. Looking at how Ginsberg is moving and having to think before talking, she is in agony without serious drugs dulling the pain. This is horrible. And this woman is judging people- She most likely has trouble deciding on whether to get out of bed in the mornings. She says she has a routine exercise program. Nonsense. At that age, and with her arthritis issues, every movement is an experience in torture. Pain management is never enough to make you feel good. You are either in distracting pain or you are comfortable but incoherent and very sleepy.

She was holding on for Hillary to have the "honor" of replacing her. She is so angry now that Trump beat Felonia Von Pantsuit that she will refuse to leave the SCOTUS even if she has to be stuffed and propped at the bench. If it weren´t for her occasional movement, I´d believe that had already happened.

The liberals worship her like a god.

That is because she represents everything they believe in at this point and they are afraid of losing the imprimatur of the Supremes who have taken leave of their Constitution duty and supported tings not found in the Constitution.

When people are allowed to thing whatever they want without regard for the guiding principles laid out in the Constitution, then ANY crazy idea will play based on the Justices´ agendas--e.g. Sotomayer and Kagan

That tape provides all the evidence that anyone might need to prove that Collins and Murkowski or any other of the GOP’s reluctant debutantes really have no choice whatsoever in the vote to confirm Kavanaugh. Dithering on this nomination, even by permitting a delay, is an indefensible tactic in the battle for control of the Supreme Court. By sustaining this relic of another century on the court, the Democrats show that they are prepared to fight this battle to the death. Casually opportunistic Republicans like Collins and Murkowski may pose and posture for the media but that’s just a tease. Lose this battle over Kavanaugh and those two will be among the first casualties of the ensuing war.

Ruthie, Ruthie, Ruthie.

You should have retired when Obama was in office and your 40 year old replacement would be in his/her third year by now. But I´m glad you didn´t because if Trump doesn´t get to replace you this term, he will definitely get to do it in the next term.

She won´t retire to do what she likes because she is having such fun screwing America.

RBG´s immense ego and unearned sense of entitlement made her think she would live forever. But God works in very mysterious ways and replacing 3 judges on the Supreme Court just might be what He really wanted all along!

I read a bunch of the responses here and here is my take. This an old woman suffering from cancer and ready to die. I cannot wait until she is replaced because she does not care what the constitution says, only what she believes it should say.
Having said that, I can´t wait until some of you younger critics come face to face with old age, illness, and the misery they bring. How she looks has absolutely nothing to do with her mental agility. I´m a few years behind her and I´m still pretty physically active. I hurt every morning when I get up, but I am able to conduct my business without any problem. Just keep in mind that if you´re lucky, you will be able to enjoy your life and your family even though you´re not the dashing bon vivant you see yourself as now.

Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi appointed anti-Israel radical Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) to the House Foreign Affairs Committee on Thursday. Omar confirmed the appointment on Twitter on Thursday afternoon. Omar supports the boycott, divestment, and sanctions (BDS) movement against Israel, which has been called antisemitic because it singles out the Jewish state for isolation and ignores the Palestinian side. (She pretended not to support BDS until after she had been elected to Congress.) Omar has also referred to Israel as an “apartheid regime,”

Since winning the primary over incumbent Joseph Crowley, who many believed would be the next leader of the House Democrats, democratic socialist Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez has made it increasingly clear that one of her key goals is to create more candidates like herself: ones who embrace a more radical left agenda and who are willing to take on establishment Democrats. In a new promotional video for the Justice Democrats(Snip)Ocasio-Cortez puts out the call to her fellow democratic socialist-minded activists to oust congressional members of her own party, declaring it´s "#OurTime."

When Nancy tried to cancel President Donald John Trump´s State of the Union speech, I thought it´s petty. Today, while she and her cronies were aboard an Air Force bus headed for a military flight to Europe, the Commander-in-Chief cancelled the flight. It´s funny. It´s walking-into-the-door funny. It´s The Three Stooges Meet the Marx Brothers funny. It´s society woman-meets-pie-with-her-face funny. A woman elected from some gerrymandered district in San Francisco challenged the Leader of the Free World. He left her on the bus. He physically grounded her.

Imagine this: A 46-year-old former congresswoman and mother of three, who just lost a Senate bid to one of the most despised incumbents, sets off on a road trip adventure to clear her head. She instagrams part of her trip to the dentist. She gives a two-hour interview to The Washington Post where she shows no real knowledge of policy. An ESPN host suggested Wednesday it was racist for President Donald Trump to serve fast food to the Clemson football team at the White House, saying such food being given to players of a "predominately black sport" gave her pause. (Snip)While the players appeared to enjoy the food, some political and sports observers took Trump to task for what they considered a low-class gesture. On the daily ESPN debate show "First Take," panelists Stephen A. Smith and Max Kellerman discussed the matter, with Smith saying it was a "classless" and "disgraceful" move by Trump.

The funny part of this isn’t the wrong turn. The funny part is the idea that McConnell, of all people, might be cowed by a bunch of Democrats. It’d be like the Freedom Caucus showing up at Pelosi’s office and demanding she back a balanced-budget amendment. Think she’d be intimidated?— A GROUP OF HOUSE DEMOCRATIC FRESHMEN marched outside in the cold, to the Senate on Tuesday to confront SENATE MAJORITY LEADER MITCH MCCONNELL in his Russell office. The only thing is he doesn’t work in that office. They quickly switched to go to his Capitol office .

A hard-left Democrat from Minnesota is facing backlash and accusations of homophobia after repeating baseless allegations pushed by MSNBC and liberal activists that Republican Sen. Lindsey Graham is somehow being blackmailed into supporting President Trump. Rep. Ilhan Omar, a freshman lawmaker and close ally of Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y., was condemned Tuesday after claiming Graham was “compromised.” Omar was responding to a video that suggested Graham pivoted from being a Trump critic to one of the president´s biggest supporters in the Senate.

With youthful optimism, one Michael Rieger offers some friendly advice to Utah’s freshman U.S. senator. Upon closer examination, Rieger’s essay in the Washington Examiner, “How Mitt Romney can avoid becoming the next Jeff Flake,” appears to squander the young author’s scholarship. That’s because Senator Romney has no interest in avoiding the kind of notoriety that attaches to Jeff Flake; indeed, it is Mitt’s mission to become the “Frosted Flake.” (Snip) there is a fine line for Mitt Romney between determination and delusion. Senate minority leader Chuck Schumer met privately with AG nominee William Barr earlier today. At the conclusion of the meeting Senator Schumer addresses the media. Schumer appears conflicted and confused as to how to describe his own highly political desires with the answers he received from Mr. Barr. It does not appear Schumer was pleased with his overall inability to leverage control over the nominee; and that comes out in the early part of his statement. That’s a good sign. Watch: (Video)

Speaker Nancy Pelosi on Wednesday asked President Donald Trump to reschedule his State of the Union address — or deliver it in writing — as long as the government remains shut down. "Sadly, given the security concerns and unless government re-opens this week, I suggest that we work together to determine another suitable date after government has re-opened for this address or for you to consider delivering your State of the Union address in writing to the Congress on January 29th," Pelosi wrote in a letter to Trump.

Nancy Pelosi has asked Donald Trump to put off his State of the Union speech to the joint session of Congress until after the funding issues have been resolved: (Copy of Letter/Tweet) And with that, the new Speaker of the House just made the best case possible for a perpetual shutdown. Kidding! What I meant to say was that Nancy Pelosi has finally sounded a note of wisdom, at least in her reminder that presidents used to just deliver a report in writing to Congress.
