Barely Coherent: Supreme Court
Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg
Makes an Appearance…

Conservative Treehouse, by Sundance

Original Article

Posted By:earlybird, 9/14/2018 5:44:33 AM

A few weeks ago American media began heavily promoting a generally odd video of Supreme Court Justice doing a workout. It seemed weird. Today, the motive of putting out that video becomes transparent. Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg appears at an event hosted by the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association (NAPABA). Watch: (Video) How long can the left-wing apparatchik maintain a ruse that Justice Ginsburg is fit to remain on the court?

Comments:
The photos are scary. She can barely hold her head up.

There is a boatload of libs nearing their expiration date. Will be interesting to see where we are in 5-10 years, if conservatives can hold on that long.

I disagree entirely with her. Because the Senate was once ´bipartican´ on nominees, we have idiots like Ruth, the liar Kagan and the racist, sexst Sotomayer on the court making up laws as they go. Had the Rebublicans employed the Kennedy Borking method, maybe one or two of the unelected black-robed demigods on the court would not have made it onto the Court.

I Did Ruth Bader Ginsburg´s Workout. It Nearly Broke Me. Pumping iron with RBG’s personal trainer is no joke.

Well, that was a real, live and up close moment brought to you by the Weekend At Bernie´s. Poor little communist. If that had been a constutionalist member of the Court, the left would be screaming and demanding that she step down. Isn’t it just the cutest thing to watch these leftist ideologues defend someone who is clearly unfit to serve on the Court. Her posture, syntax, and barely audible voice was alarming to witness. I had to wonder if she actually walked out on the stage under her own power or had been wheeled in like Hannibal Lecture. Regardless, it was very sad and disturbing.

Wouldn’t it be great if Republicans were successful in the midterms and shortly after Justice Ginsberg decides to retire? Imagine the meltdown! Conservatives would be delirious with joy. Let’s do our part to make that happen. Vote Red.

Kavanaugh is the last SC Justice Trump will be able to appoint unless he wins a second term. The GOP played the "not in your last year" card on Obama to stop the Merrick Garland appointment. That means we are down to about one year by the time Kavanaugh is confirmed. That puts us on a one year clock which the dems can find a way to run out, even if RBG can hang on.

That´s good reason to fight for our lives in the mid terms.

Old age hurts. I am old, my wife is old, almost all our friends are over 80. Everyone has some bone or tendon or poorly functioning organ or joint issue. Most take a pain management drug of some kind. Looking at how Ginsberg is moving and having to think before talking, she is in agony without serious drugs dulling the pain. This is horrible. And this woman is judging people- She most likely has trouble deciding on whether to get out of bed in the mornings. She says she has a routine exercise program. Nonsense. At that age, and with her arthritis issues, every movement is an experience in torture. Pain management is never enough to make you feel good. You are either in distracting pain or you are comfortable but incoherent and very sleepy.

RBG will only leave SCOTUS in a box or a body bag. Don´t get your hopes up that it will happen soon. Human beings can circle the bowl for years before they croak, especially if they are motivated as she obviously is to survive to the next Democrat president.

She was holding on for Hillary to have the "honor" of replacing her. She is so angry now that Trump beat Felonia Von Pantsuit that she will refuse to leave the SCOTUS even if she has to be stuffed and propped at the bench. If it weren´t for her occasional movement, I´d believe that had already happened.

The liberals worship her like a god.

That is because she represents everything they believe in at this point and they are afraid of losing the imprimatur of the Supremes who have taken leave of their Constitution duty and supported tings not found in the Constitution.

When people are allowed to thing whatever they want without regard for the guiding principles laid out in the Constitution, then ANY crazy idea will play based on the Justices´ agendas--e.g. Sotomayer and Kagan

That tape provides all the evidence that anyone might need to prove that Collins and Murkowski or any other of the GOP’s reluctant debutantes really have no choice whatsoever in the vote to confirm Kavanaugh. Dithering on this nomination, even by permitting a delay, is an indefensible tactic in the battle for control of the Supreme Court. By sustaining this relic of another century on the court, the Democrats show that they are prepared to fight this battle to the death. Casually opportunistic Republicans like Collins and Murkowski may pose and posture for the media but that’s just a tease. Lose this battle over Kavanaugh and those two will be among the first casualties of the ensuing war.

Ruthie, Ruthie, Ruthie.

You should have retired when Obama was in office and your 40 year old replacement would be in his/her third year by now. But I´m glad you didn´t because if Trump doesn´t get to replace you this term, he will definitely get to do it in the next term.

She won´t retire to do what she likes because she is having such fun screwing America.

RBG´s immense ego and unearned sense of entitlement made her think she would live forever. But God works in very mysterious ways and replacing 3 judges on the Supreme Court just might be what He really wanted all along!

I read a bunch of the responses here and here is my take. This an old woman suffering from cancer and ready to die. I cannot wait until she is replaced because she does not care what the constitution says, only what she believes it should say.
Having said that, I can´t wait until some of you younger critics come face to face with old age, illness, and the misery they bring. How she looks has absolutely nothing to do with her mental agility. I´m a few years behind her and I´m still pretty physically active. I hurt every morning when I get up, but I am able to conduct my business without any problem. Just keep in mind that if you´re lucky, you will be able to enjoy your life and your family even though you´re not the dashing bon vivant you see yourself as now.

The inmate was Rodney James Quine, 57, twice married and the father of two daughters. I write “was” because while in prison he changed his name to Shiloh Heavenly Quine. Quine began living as a woman in 2008, when prison officials authorized hormone treatments at taxpayer expense. Quine then began pushing for a sex change operation, to be paid

The controversy over acting Attorney General Matthew Whitaker is the inane death rattle of the Democratic addiction to the idea, pushed by the 90 percent-hostile press, that President Trump must remain handcuffed to an endless special counsel inquiry. This conviction persists, despite Robert Mueller’s failure—and the failure of his Justice Department predecessors—to turn up any reason for their investigations in two years’ worth of frenzied efforts to find something damaging about Trump. Astounding fatuities abound at the U.S. Capitol. Departing senator Jeff Flake, as he finally takes his permanent imitation of a righteous chipmunk back to Arizona, portentously

Obama showed his true self in comments about President Donald John Trump on Monday. It was not pleasant. Unable to articulate a reasoned argument using facts, Obama attacked the president in a manner that if it were the other way around would be deemed racist. Maybe it is. Obama said, “The reason we don´t [invest in climate change policies] is because we are still confused, blind, shrouded with hate, anger, racism — mommy issues.”

Interesting report from The Hill today quoting an interview with Representative Mark Meadows. According to the report U.S. Attorney John Huber is expected to testify to the House Subcommittee on Oversight and Reform about an investigation into the Clinton Foundation. (Via The Hill) Rep. Mark Meadows (R-N.C.) said Tuesday that House Republicans plan to hear testimony on Dec. 5 from the prosecutor appointed by former Attorney General Jeff Sessions to probe alleged wrongdoing by the Clinton Foundation. Meadows, who is chairman of the House Oversight Subcommittee on Government Operations, told Hill.TV’s “Rising” that it’s time to

CTH has pointed, repeatedly, toward a very specific economic and financial dynamic because President Trump is uniquely focused on Main Street’s “real economy“. Everything happening in/around the financial markets is very predictable when you focus on understanding the principles of Main Street MAGAnomics and how those basic principles diverge from Wall Street’s “paper economy” (currently weighted by tech stocks).Everything is happening in a very predictable sequence. Few understand the MAGAnomic reset and what was predicted to happen in the space between disconnecting a Wall Street economic engine (globalism and multinationals) and restarting a Main Street economic engine (nationalism/America-First).

Peggy Noonan’s intense dislike for President Donald Trump undermines her credibility as a fair and balanced columnist: She cannot be true to her trade when she hates the objects of her pen. With the Trumps, she has lost all sense of balance. Her unwarranted attack on First Lady Melania Trump last weekend in the Wall Street Journal is plain ugly. In a column titled “Melania’s Misstep and Michelle’s Mystery,” Noonan declares her love for former first lady Michelle Obama after reading her memoir, Becoming. Noonan should know by now that every auto-biographer blows his/her own trumpet.

They were on a roll for weeks after the midterm election until now, but anti-Nancy Pelosi rebels inside the House Democrat Conference just hit their first major snag in the wake of Democrats taking control of the House majority next year: Their potential candidate for Speaker, former Congressional Black Caucus chairwoman Rep. Marcia Fudge (D-OH), is under fire for previously defending a judge now accused of brutally murdering his wife. The vicious hit on Fudge comes after she had attacked Pelosi as an “elitist,” signed a letter with more than a dozen other Democrats vowing to oppose Pelosi for Speaker

Romaine lettuce is unsafe to eat in any form, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said Tuesday in a broad alert in response to a new outbreak of illnesses caused by a particularly dangerous type of E. coli contamination. The CDC told consumers to throw away any romaine lettuce they may already have purchased. Restaurants should not serve it, stores should not sell it, and people should not buy it, no matter where or when the lettuce was grown. It doesn’t matter if it is chopped, whole head or part of a mix. All romaine should be avoided.

California Gov. TIJUANA, Mexico — Migrants stranded in Tijuana are complaining about cramped living spaces, exposure to the cold at night, limited access to food and safety concerns. The makeshift shelter they´ve been living in for almost a week is nearing capacity, and more migrants are on the way to this border community. More than 2,500 migrants, hailing mostly from Honduras and to a lesser extent from other Central American countries and Mexico, are staying at Unidad Deportiva Benito Juárez, a sports complex in Tijuana´s north end. Another 3,400 are in nearby Mexicali, about 90 miles away, according to the state officials.

That´s when Dr. Jumana Nagarwala of Northville was arrested and accused of heading a conspiracy that lasted 12 years, involved seven other people and led to mutilating the genitalia of nine girls as part of a religious procedure practiced by some
