Ken Starr says he considered perjury

(Video) - Former independent counsel Ken Starr writes in his new memoir that he considered -- but ultimately abandoned -- the idea of perjury charges against then-first lady Hillary Clinton after her “preposterous” deposition with investigators in 1995. “I was upset over Mrs. Clinton’s performance, and was even considering bringing the matter before the Washington grand jury for possible indictment on perjury,” Starr writes in “Contempt: A Memoir of the Clinton Investigation,” which hits bookshelves Tuesday. Fox News obtained an advance copy of the book. In it, Starr recounts a Jan. 22, 1995, deposition with both

To be fair, having to get 24-hour protection for him and his daughter Caroline because of the Clinton sycophants, may explain why he didn´t pull the trigger on perp walking PIAPS. With the ongoing fawning of the then liberal to now "fake news" media. it takes a President Trump to stand up to the unwarranted agitation. How true justice today is thwarted because of these seemly political inspired machinations.

Ken Starr considered the idea of bringing perjury charges against the Hilldebeast.

But then he realized that he didn´t really want to end up DEAD -- as usually happens to anyone who crosses the Clintons!!!!

Ken Starr / Jeff Sessions.....both good men who preferred to meet their grand-children rather than do their duty.

We ALL know that crossing the Clintons equals
Arkancide.....but the urge towards personal survival is strong and the Clintons, like the Mafia, have demonstrated that they don´t EFF around when it comes to reducing their opponents to room temperature.

Ken, you will forever go down in history as a ball less coward. Don´t write about it now. You had a duty then, and your failure allowed this stain to become Senator and then SOS, who then allowed our secrets to get our operatives killed, AND that also makes you responsible for Benghazi. Sorry. Not good enough.

For those of you letting Starr off the hook and excusing the yellow stripe down his back, I remind you of the women who told the truth about Clinton who DID do the right thing. They never had Starr’s financial where withall to even secure the security detail that he had for quite some time. I thought only Democrats made excuses for one of their own who make self-serving decisions in office. The fact he has the gall to write a book, admit this now is beneath contempt.

Ken Starr dragged Slick Willie all the way to impeachment. No way the Dimocrat senators were going to convict him but there were Rinos who also gave Clintoon a pass.

My only disappointment was that Ken Starr did not charge Slick with the real scandals, taking Chinese money in exchange for military secrets, the whole Wen Ho Lee fiasco, the ballistic missile assistance via Loral´s Bernie Schwarz, the largest contributor to the Clintoon regime.

I surely did #18. Its funny in that there always are reasons why Republicans simply can never manage to hold the Clintons accountable for lying under oath. It was Congressman Gowdy who chaired the Committee that allowed Hillary to not even be put under oath for her long-awaited Benghazi hearing. Its ALWAYS something. Bottom line, Mr. Starr did not want to be forever associated with taking a crooked First Lady down.

Ken Starr should not have resurfaced. He is doing himself and the country no service by doing so. He is a weak man hiding behind the same old excuse of not enough evidence to convict. There is not much fire in the belly of these attorneys who revere the law, is there? Where is the outrage that this vile woman and her husband have been using their political positions in mafia-like fashion for decades to enrich themselves and destroy anyone who opposes them. The freedom from prosecution has emboldened them to the point that they fear no one. It is an abomination that these two have escaped justice for so long. Apparently, that is easy to do when men sworn to uphold the Constitution don’t have the will or courage to do their duty. The Clintons roam free because the rule of law means nothing to those sworn to uphold it. Edmund Burke was right. When good men do nothing evil flourishes.

Go away, Mr. Starr. Your feeble arguments for you actions are falling on deaf ears because we know you let a real criminal off the hook and real men and women died because of it.

If every prosecutor in the country felt threatened while in the course of doing their job and did nothing, there would be no justice. There already is a shortage of it.

Christine Blasey Ford´s legal team has asked the Senate Judiciary Committee to agree to certain terms before she sits down for a potential interview over her accusation that Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh sexually assaulted her decades ago, two sources told Fox News on Thursday night. Among the terms: Only members of the committee -- no lawyers -- can question her; Kavanaugh cannot be in the room at the time; and Kavanaugh should be questioned first, before he has the opportunity to hear Ford´s testimony. In an interview with CNN, the Democratic senator says that committee members are bullying Ford by calling for her testimony without the support of corroborating witnesses or an FBI investigation into the credibility of her claim. "I don´t think she should be bullied into this scenario, where it´s a ´he-said, she-said´ when many of the committee members
