This Opinion Just In… Dr. Mueller’s
Endless Surgery Defines Malpractice

Townhall, by Deroy Murdock

Original Article

Imagine that a 40-year-old agrees to a colonoscopy. His doctor detects no evidence of disease, and it’s a decade early for a preventive procedure. But the physician insists on checking anyway. He knocks the patient out and finds...nothing. But, since he’s strapped to a gurney and paralyzed by Propofol, the doctor keeps looking. He opens the patient’s abdomen, inspects the internal organs, and finds no hint of cancer. But he removes the appendix because…why not? Then he peers down the man’s throat. Still no cancer. But — great idea! — he snatches the tonsils. Next, the doctor orders an endodontist to perform 12 root canals.

He stops just a little short. Remember Dr. Mueller is charging the patient for each and every procedure to enrich himself.

My Question: Can a Special Prosecutor grant immunity to his own team?

Because, the indictments are coming. Mueller and his whole team may get charged with criminal FISA warrant violations.

Mueller has lied to a court of law. That is a felony offense with personal liability. But..if justice had any connection with the law Hillary would die in prison.

Some fun reading here ("Dr. Mueller’s hunt for reds in October 2016 has failed.")

The more details that get unearthed, the more it becomes clear that the desperation to have Hillary win was the driving force behind all pre-election shenanigans and post-election machinations. The position was hers and dammit, everyone will suffer until she is in the White House.

Since "election nullification", per Robert Reich, is the latest buzz-term, the terms of the debate will shift from impeachment to nullification, which would be infinitely worse because all Trump´s accomplishments would be reversed as null and void.

Can this happen? A dozen years ago, I´d have said no.

I have a document in my word processor that I print out and stuff into the weekly RNC begging for donations. Summarized it goes like this:

When ObamaCare is fully repealed (not repealed and replaced - GONE),

When Hillary Clinton is doing jail time for the rest of her life,

When Mueller and his merry band of anti-USA liberal lawyers are out of government and without a pension,

When the top 10-15% of the Obama appointees in the FBI and the Justice Dept are gone without a pension,

When all Republican politicians grow some stones and are actively supporting President Trump,

Then you will get some of my money. So get busy.

Media assassins and whining losers don´t "nullify" elections or the records of presidents. Time and history do that. Just look--the exalted presidency of Barack Hussein Obama is already careening toward nullification, all on its own. When you do nothing but blather and posture you leave nothing of substance behind.

Herr Mueller is just reliving his "glory days" as FBI Director when he was able to publicly torture, Dr. Steven Hatfill for sending anthrax laden envelopes to Congressional mailboxes. Dr. Hatfill is today a multi-millionaire for Mueller´s obsessive compulsive traits, which makes one wonder what President Trump will get in return for Mueller´s evil ways?

And for those with Georgia on their minds, did Stacey Abrams finally figure out that 49 percent is less than 50 percent, or is she still working on the new math? The decision by U.S. District Court Judge Timothy Kelly in Cable News Network v. Donald J. Trump ordering the White House to restore the press pass of reporter Jim Acosta has been hailed as a victory not only for CNN but for the entire press and the cause of journalism. But the end result of Kelly´s ruling, and of the CNN lawsuit, might not be happy for reporters and the news organizations that employ them. The transcript of the Nov. 16 court session in which Kelly delivered his oral ruling was released in group of court papers on Monday.

Labor unions were dealt another blow in Kentucky after the state supreme court upheld its right to work law. The state´s highest court upheld a lower court judge´s ruling dismissing the lawsuit filed by Teamsters Local 89. The 4-3 majority affirmed that the law, which prohibits mandatory union fees as a condition of employment, passed state constitutional muster and was appropriate under federal labor law. "We hold that the Unions´ constitutional challenges to the Act are without merit," the majority ruling in the 4-3 case says.

Extra, extra, read all about it: CNN’s Jim Acosta has his press pass back. Last week, the Trump administration yanked the White House reporter’s credential following a silly spat with an intern over a microphone. CNN sued, arguing Acosta’s due process rights had been violated, and on Friday morning, a judge granted them a temporary restraining order, compelling the White House to return his credential. “I want to thank all of my colleagues in the press who supported us this week,” proclaimed a jubilant Acosta in a statement. “Let’s go back to work!” And OK, look, this is good news.

Fake news is a serious problem in our political life. I’m not referring to a pathetically small number of Facebook ads bought by Russian provocateurs. I’m talking about the fake news that was paid for by the Hillary Clinton campaign and the Democratic National Committee; fabricated by Democratic Party-allied consultants; propagated by the FBI and the CIA; promoted by the broadcast networks, CNN, MSNBC, the New York Times, the Washington Post, and the Associated Press; trumpeted by pretty much every senior elected Democrat; and kept alive by the appalling Robert Mueller.

Sebastian Junger’s book The Perfect Storm chronicled an unusual weather event when several storm fronts combined to create a storm of unimaginable strength. Years of cuts in defense spending, the atrophying of our forces strained by seventeen years of war, President Trump’s sudden decision to cut Pentagon spending willy-nilly, and the Democrats’ taking control of the House has created a perfect political storm that will batter the Pentagon and enormously damage our national security. To look back at the moment John Kerry entered US public life, addressing the Senate foreign relations committee on 22 April 1971, is to be struck by many things. There are the famous words, of course: “How do you ask a man to be the last man to die in Vietnam? How do you ask a man to be the last man to die for a mistake?” There is the shock of dark, Beatles-inspired hair, the distinctly British-tinged accent. Above all, there is the self-possession. After decades of butting heads, some environmentalists and logging supporters have largely come to agreement that forests need to be logged to be saved. The current fires are hitting populated areas along the edges of forests and brush lands, including the 142,000-acre Camp Fire in Northern California’s Butte County. That now ranks as the most deadly and destructive in state history, killing at least 63 people, leaving hundreds missing and destroying more than 9,800 homes.

The Australian marsupial can pass up to 100 deposits of poop a night and they use the piles to mark territory. The shape helps it stop rolling away. Despite having round anuses like other mammals, wombats do not produce round pellets, tubular coils or messy piles. Researchers revealed on Sunday the varied elasticity of the intestines help to sculpt the poop into cubes.
