Senate Democrats to centrist colleagues:
You’ll ‘have to answer to history’
on Supreme Court vote

Senate Democrats have to stay united if they want to stand a chance at blocking President Trump’s pick to replace Justice Anthony Kennedy on the Supreme Court. To do that, the majority of the Democratic caucus will hammer Trump’s nominee, Brett Kavanaugh, as an anti-worker, pro-corporate judge who would likely cast a deciding vote against Affordable Care Act protections for people with pre-existing conditions and fail to provide a check on executive power. Sen. Chris Murphy, D-Conn., said all Democrats have to do is to show voters the “true” Kavanaugh, "an anti-consumer zealot” who will be a “swing vote on the

Does anyone in blue states have a sense of decency? These Democrat Senators have no principles except to utterly destroy anyone they do not like.

It may come to pass that we are deluged with cherry-picked, out-of-context Kavanaugh quotes designed to paint him as the worst human being since the coming of DJT.

What they are saying is "we´ll protect you if you vote no, but by God, don´t give the Republicans any help in getting the necessary votes".
Except, they will jettison those same "moderate" democrats as soon as they can, and relegate them to the back benches again after their vote.

The liberal/progressive democrats are showing full-well they aren´t objective in any sort of way, which also jeopardizes the entire jury system of jurisprudence in the United States.

The good news is that John McCain has tweeted his strong support for Kavanaugh, and Susah Collins and Lisa Murkowski have both sent very positive signals. That being the case, several red state Dems will protect their own interests by voting to confirm.

At what point do the Democrats in Congress or anywhere else cross the line and are accused of treason? They are openly calling for the overthrow of a duty elected President, and the abolishment of the Constitution.

Yes, and history is on the side of right and the Constitution.

That is Kavanaugh´s side.

A heartwarming new photograph of the Duchess of Cambridge cradling Prince Louis after his christening was released by Kensington Palace today. Louis, 12 weeks old today, slept through the entire ceremony but was pictured alert and with a wide opened-mouth smile as he was held upright by his mother in the gardens of Clarence House. The new picture taken by Matt Porteous was released on social media at 10am today, nearly 12 hours after Kensington Palace put out another four shots by Matt Holyoak from the day last night. President Vladimir Putin rolled into his Helsinki summit with President Trump with a new ride that can compare to the Secret Service-operated ´Beast.´ As he arrived late for a meeting that observers already are calling a win for the Russian strongman, Putin made use of the new car for the first time since being inaugurated after winning 77 per cent of the vote. It was one of several ways the two leaders were on equal footing in Helsinki. The car, a Kortezh limousine, is a sleek black ride that conveys the power and prestige of an oligarch – or someone

Former U.S. Army Special Forces member Jim Hanson said that the criticism President Trump is facing for meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin is hypocritical to what the Obama administration faced in 2012. Hanson, during an appearance on “Fox & Friends,” specifically called out former President Barack Obama´s hot mic incident with then-Russian President Dmitry Medvedev and the lax media reaction to it. Obama told Medvedev that after the 2012 election, he´d “have more flexibility.” The former U.S. president and Medvedev were talking about missile defense, Hanson added, saying that the world´s security was

President Trump said early Monday that former President Barack Obama ignored the threat Russia posed to the U.S. election because he thought Hillary Clinton would win, and that Democrats only started caring about Russia after Trump won. "President Obama thought that Crooked Hillary was going to win the election, so when he was informed by the FBI about Russian Meddling, he said it couldn’t happen, was no big deal, & did NOTHING about it," Trump tweeted Monday from Finland, just before he was set to meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin. Prince Charles and Prince William reportedly ‘snubbed’ the US President during his visit to Britain - leaving the Queen to meet Donald Trump alone at Windsor Castle. The royal father and son apparently shared their desire to not take part in the arrangements during informal discussions regarding the president’s four-day tour. Trump’s trip was not a state visit and so only the Queen greeted the president and his wife Melania. However even on working trips dignitaries expect to see more members of the royal family than only the Queen. When deciding which royals to include in the meeting, senior courtiers shared concerns about

Saturday on MSNBC, Rep. Maxine Waters (D-CA) said President Donald Trump criticizes former President Barack Obama because “he’s jealous of Obama and his administration.” When asked about Trump tweeting that President Obama should have done more about Russian’s interfering in our elections, Waters said, “First of all, let me say this: If the president wrote out at some point and said the sky is falling and it is Obama’s fault, and everybody knows he likes to blame Obama for any and everything that he can come up with. Judge Brett Kavanaugh is going into the Supreme Court confirmation process with a hail of rhetorical arrows zinging by him, including a phony letter-writing campaign aimed at unsuspecting American newspaper editors. At least 21 papers were duped last week, including big-market brands like the Dallas Morning News and The Washington Times. They ran identical letters over a four-day period, each signed by a different person. The effort is an example of public-relations ´astroturfing,´ a technique meant to simulate genuine grassroots support for an idea or cause.
