Washington, DC - Two weeks after arriving in the US seeking asylum, E, 23, found herself in a detention cell in San Luis, Arizona, bleeding profusely and begging for help from staff at the facility. She was four months pregnant and felt like she was losing her baby. She had come to the US from El Salvador after finding out she was pregnant, in the hopes of raising her son in a safer home. “An official arrived and they said it was not a hospital and they weren’t doctors. They wouldn’t look after me,” she told BuzzFeed News, speaking by phone from another detention center, Otay Mesa in San Diego. “I realized I was losing my son.

I know this is BS from BF. However, a prominent pro-life media figure has posted this as truth and she´s chastising anyone who calls BS on the topic. I´m annoyed, and need help debunking this. Nothing, NOTHING, about this passes the sniff test, especially in light of all the fake news coming from the border in the last few weeks.

Not our problem. The US is not the world´s doctor. If she had stayed home to have the baby all would be fine except it wouldn´t be a automatic American which was the only reason she made the trip in the first place.

Gender is usually identifiable on ultrasound at between 18-20 weeks. 4 months is 16 weeks, so taking the story at face value, she´d have been 14 weeks when she arrived at the facility and could only have had the ultrasound to identify gender in her native country, which is unlikely on multiple levels IMO.

And a great deal depends on the skill of the sonographer. I had a patient whom I still remember decades later who came in for a baby girl (the doctor had PROMISED her it was definitely a girl) to go with the 2 boys she already had...and went home with twin boys. Boy, was she surprised!

Sorry! Any woman who is dumb enough to make the trip from El Salvador to the US Border, in 100 degree heat and KNOWS she will not be admitted into the country immediately...well, if she lost that Baby, it was her own stupidity that caused it!

I´ve seen this line of attack on ICE for at least 18 months here in AZ. San Luis is far far south west Arizona. It´s actually farther south than Tijuana and in the middle of nowhere. There are no state of the art OB/Gyn facilities. She´d probably have to be transported to Yuma for help. The legal advocates are using these women to attack and discredit ICE.

Stay home. Or... Immigrate legally. Those are the only two acceptable answers.

The point of this article is to advocate for the release from custody of any woman who is pregnant i.e. catch and release. I remember reading a story in the LATimes a few years ago about a woman crossing the border illegally when she was very pregnant (so that she could have her baby here, at American taxpayer expense, of course, as are nearly 100% of the births to illegal alien women) and so that her baby would be a U.S. citizen, (so she could sit at home in the U.S. watching TV and collecting welfare via her baby). What shocked me about the story was how entitled the woman felt and how blase the reporter was, and how there had been no problem as the woman crossed the border, we just let her in. (btw, The cost to American taxpayers, just to educate that child K-12 is more than $125,000.)

Perhaps she should have availed herself of one of the many fine maternity hospitals back home in El Salvador.

We need to be compassionate!
Holding these people imprisoned is WRONG.
They should be released into Mexico near the Mexican southern border IMEDIATLY!
They need to be freed so they can go home with their kids.
We can treat them well, hire cruise ships to take them back.

Maybe you should not have traveled when you were pregnant. I don´t care. You tried to take us for hundreds of thousands of dollars in free stuff. Go home. Don´t come back. Be thankful we do not bomb your home country into the stone age for invading us.

It’s worse than that... they come with children... whose who knows... leave them and sneak back later... to Auntie Consuela in Idaho or wherever... totally gaming the system, if you could call it that.

And we should believe them why? They have been extensively coached by American traitors in how to game the system by claiming all sorts of fake stuff.

I don´t believe a word of it.

And if true, how would your care have been in Guatemala? Yeah, worse.

I don´t buy this for an instant!! Even if it is true, if she DID care about her baby, there are reportedly NINE places in Mexico where she can apply for asylum in the United States. Or she can stay in her neck of the woods and apply for asylum in one of the SIX Spanish speaking countries that are close to or border El Salvador. Of course, she wouldn´t get the lifetime freebies, courtesy of Uncle Stupid and the US Taxslaves. But she would have the child she says she cares about!! Priorities, doncha know!!

She chose to come to this country ILLEGALLY!!!!

She is lucky she didn´t die in the dessert, or get sold into sexual slavery!!!!!

This whole story reeks of BS. But it wouldn´t be an issue at all if she didn´t try to sneak into this country ILLEGALLY in the first place!!!!!!!

Note to pregnant women wanting to sneak into the US to have your baby: DON´T DO IT!!!!!! You may succeed, but lots of bad things can happen too. It´s NOT worth the RISK!!!!!

These immigrants know that if you can make it to a hospital, you will be released after treatment. Women are cutting themselves, smearing their thighs with blood and claiming miscarriage. This is a fake news story.

A wave of nostalgia appears to have swept the nation, with the swinging sixties creeping back into fashion. Hawaiian shirts, traditional barbershops and vintage buys are all making a comeback, and with it, retro scents. The Perfume Shop has reported a 35 per cent yearly increase in the sales of traditional fragrances made famous in the 1960s. Surprisingly, the fragrance specialists say millennials are driving the craze, along with the trend of adopting a sixties lifestyle. An expert for the brand explained the sixties could be defined by the prominence in scents with lavender, tobacco and sandalwood notes, moving away from

One disastrous tweet has finally revealed Elon Musk for what he is: a fraud. Enraged that a British cave diver called his idea to rescue the Thai soccer team for what it was — “a p.r. stunt [with] absolutely no chance of working” — Musk took to Twitter and called him a “pedo.” Just like that, Tesla’s market value plummeted by $2 billion. Musk has been in business since 2002. His stated goal is nothing short of transforming humanity through his products: his electric cars, space travel, and an underground high-speed Hyperloop system. Nearly two years ago, I moved with my daughter, who was then 7, from Yonkers to a small town in Pennsylvania. It’s minutes outside of New Jersey, but right in the heart of Donald Trump’s America. Sixty-one percent of the people in my county voted for him. Drive through most communities in my town and you’ll still see large blue Trump campaign signs on perfectly manicured lawns. Chances are, you’ll spot at least two newer-model pickup trucks with Confederate flag license plate frames. CLEARWATER — Pinellas County Sheriff Bob Gualtieri announced Friday that his agency will not arrest a man deputies say shot and killed another man during an argument over a handicap parking space. The incident falls under Florida’s self-defense law known as "stand your ground," the sheriff said during a news conference. The law gives immunity to those in fear of their lives who use force to defend themselves. The shooting "is within the bookends of ‘stand your ground’ and within the bookends of force being justified," the sheriff said, later adding, "I’m not saying I agree with it, but I don’t make
