Cory Booker uses Senate Judiciary
platform to highlight ‘implicit
racial bias’ in justice system

Washington Times, by Alex Swoyer

When President Trump’s judicial nominees come before the Senate Judiciary Committee for their confirmation hearings, they had better be prepared to talk racial bias in the criminal justice system — or they are going to get an earful from Sen. Cory A. Booker. Michael B. Brennan, nominated to a federal appeals court, found out firsthand when he would not acknowledge that racial bias was rampant. “You’re aware that African-Americans are stopped more than whites for drug searches in this country, that there is no difference between blacks and whites for using drugs or dealing drugs, but they’re 3.7 times more

Comments:
Blah, blah, blah. The demented racist Booker thinks he´s Obama. He´s taking up where Obama left off. Everything in the world is caused by racism. II guess it never occurred to him that blacks are stopped more because they commit more of the crimes. I hope the Republicans who are so intent in changing the prison system or sentence guidelines don´t fall for this bilge. That is shown by the idiot senator from Louisiana, John Kennedy who said Booker is a good man and his points are valid. Kennedy has an ´F´ rating from Conservative Review. What a surprise.

Sen. Booger plays that tired, torn, tattered race card.

Booger has not a word to say about the black government that hijacked South Africa looking to seize the remaining farms from the white people who own them.

I suggest to the moronic Booker The Buffoon that more crime is committed by criminals of color that get into the justice system by their own illegal actions. The justice department doesn’t pick and choose those that get prosecuted. Give me a break Booker.

Promote and celebrate gangsta rap and gangsta culture and then come back and tell me that black incarceration rates are the result of white racism ?

Kiss my white azz.

.....and just wait till the whip comes down.

Cory Booker is a crook, comes from a crooked state, NJ, and is a Democrat, all are crooks. That is what I believe.

I find it interesting that part of the black sub culture seems to find it necessary to stay up and be out all night and sleep during the day.
That makes them targets of opportunity for police on patrol. If a car has a headlight or tail light out, and is driving in strange ways, or blaring loud music out of car speakers that shake the cars near them, expect to be stopped by the police. And if the police smell marijuana, they have the right to search the car.
Booker should not be surprised at the statistics.

This is the logic of the Promise program that got 17 killed. It would be nice if old Corey faced the fact that blacks have a higher propensity to commit crimes than whites. Facts aren’t racist, by the way. Ignoring them may be...

Its called probably cause IIRC #6. Not our white fault that there is a significant portion of Booker´s community that just refuses to control themselves when it comes to not committing crime.

This is what comes from Sharpton, Jackson and Obama telling the black community that they don´t have to take personal responsibility for their own behavior. That kind of talk is what destroyed Bill Cosby´s reputation.

#6 – Your mention of the night owl ways of some of our citizens reminded me of my dad. He was a morning-watch (graveyard in the old days) sergeant on the LAPD, Wilshire Division; where the edge of the tonier parts of town meet the edge of the other side of town.

Circa 1972 he’s cruising around and comes across a brother standing under a lamp post, stylin’ real nice and wearing a pair of sunglasses. Even after 25 years of service, this was something he’d never seen and was intrigued. He gets out and asks the dude, “Hey man, why are you wearing shades at 2 o’clock in the morning?” “Officer. When you’re cool, the sun shines twenty-four hours a day!” The “twenty-four hours” is said slowly and with meaning. It became one of my dad’s favorite responses or comments as the situation warranted. Thanks for sparking the memory.

Dad would never recognize LA today.

A Republican running for the U.S. House of Representatives in Oklahoma said he would "use" his Second Amendment if anyone treated his daughter the way President Trump treats women. Danny Stockstill, a Republican running for the vacant seat in Oklahoma’s 1st Congressional District, admitted that, while he approves of Trump’s job in office, he doesn’t want him to be a role model for his children. “So why are we so afraid to say, ‘There’s no way I want my son to act like [Trump]?´" Stockstill said during a Tuesday night forum, according to the Tulsa World. “If my daughter ever

Rep. Matt Gaetz (R_FL) went on with Lou Dobbs on Wednesday and called out Speaker Paul Ryan for defending the deep state and refusing to defend Republican congressional investigators. Earlier today Paul Ryan defended the Obama FBI for spying on the Trump campaign during the 2016 election. This was unbelievable. "Rep. The Justice Department signaled Wednesday in a letter to Republican Sen. Lindsey Graham that Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein will not recuse himself from Special Counsel Robert Mueller´s Russia investigation unless department officials find it necessary. Assistant Attorney General Stephen Boyd wrote that Rosenstein "would recuse from all or part of any matter if recusal were deemed appropriate by Department officials who are informed about the matter. The curious case of Imran Awan, which sounds like an international spy thriller, is entering its third act. Awan was a congressional IT aide to Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz, D-Fla., and he was finally fired just after he was arrested trying to fly to Pakistan last summer. Awan and his wife, Hina Alvi, were charged last summer with bank fraud. They now appear poised to strike a plea deal with the Department of Justice. (Snip) Sources tell me that the FBI’s Joint Terrorism Task Force has been looking into this matter since well before Awan and his crew of Pakistani

Melinda Gates has decided to enter the venture capital world by sending her money to people based at least partly on their sex and skin color, she said in a recent Fortune interview. “It’s been incredibly disappointing to watch how few women-led businesses are getting funded,” Gates said. “Ultimately, if we want more innovation and better products, we’ve got to put more money behind women and minorities. That wasn’t happening, so I decided to step in and see what I could do to help a little bit.” Here are other portions of her interview where Gates specifically says some criteria

The rhetorical attacks on incoming National Security Council Executive Secretary Fred Fleitz (the author’s former colleague) have been shrill and ineffective. Conservatives have rallied to Fleitz’ defense, bolstered in part by Fleitz’s long history of work as a Central Intelligence Agency analyst, State Department official, and House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence staffer, along with his solid reputation working on Iran and nonproliferation-related issues. According to Trump administration insiders, the White House blames Obama allies and Iran deal advocates for ginning up the non-controversy, and there’s no indication of a willingness to surrender the scalp of a long-time national security

The agency wouldn´t say on Wednesday whether it had contacted the aging Oscar-winner directly. Today I renounce my membership in the Republican Party. It is fully the party of Trump," Steve Schmidt tweeted early Wednesday morning. Schmidt went on to call the party

The latest cover of Time magazine criticizes President Trump´s tough border policy, by showing him looking down at a crying, two-year-old Honduran girl whose mother was detained after crossing the border. The photoshopped image is the latest ding against Trump and his zero tolerance policy, which led to the increased family separation of illegal immigrants. The cover is captioned, "Welcome to America." (Tweet/Video) On Wednesday, Trump signed an executive order aimed at putting an end to the practice of separating families, after calling on Congress, specifically Democrats, several times to change the laws.
