Jimmy Kimmel Admits Divisive Politics
Have Cost Him ‘Commercially’

Far-left late-night host Jimmy Kimmel, who is currently one of the most polarizing and divisive personalities in the country, admitted he has seen polls that show that his partisanship “has cost me commercially.” “According to polls I’ve seen, it has cost me commercially,” he told Oprah Winfrey in an interview for her O Magazine. “That’s not ideal, but I wouldn’t change anything I said.” “I know my job is, for the most part, to entertain people and make them laugh. That said, if I can be selfish every once in a while and talk about something serious that’s important to

Rather than costing him ´commercially´ what he really means is that he knowingly offends half the country (or more) every time he opens his mouth. If his political opinions, which no one really cares about, mean more to him than his career then he can quit whining about it. The rest of us don´t care.

Jimmy, you are a trained monkey who dances at our pleasure. Your thoughts are of no interest to us when you are supposed to be dancing and making us laugh. This is true for all "entertainers". They are there to entertain us and not to try to tell us what is right and wrong and why conservatives are evil.

Just watched an old bit by Johnny Carson the other day. He was playing Ronald Reagan, and, apparently, at the time, one of Reagan´s staff was named "Watt" and the Chinese President was named "Hu". It was so hilarious! It was like "Who´s on First" and no one was denigrated. I don´t know what Mr. Carson´s political persuasion was, and I don´t want to know - who cares? He was what these guys should be trying to be like, but they think they are above such things, I guess. Too bad! The only things coming out of late nights and Hollywood in general as far as "humor" is concerned these days is cutting or sexual. They have no real talent.

I appreciate people thinking I could be sensitive enough to care what happens to people like Jimmy Kimmel or their career, but I don´t. Be advised that even that self-righteous, pompous ass Oprah Winfrey cannot find where I have personally increased her wealth by one penny. Late night television died with Johnny Carson.

Nix the nuclear warheads, cue the doves. The North Korean government is erasing much of its anti-U.S. propaganda following dictator Kim Jong-un’s forays onto the world stage.Gone are the posters depicting the U.S. as a “rotten, diseased, pirate nation” and promising “merciless revenge” on American forces for an imagined attack on the totalitarian country. In their place are cheery messages touting praising the prospects for Korean reunification and the declaration Kim signed in April with South Korean President Moon Jae-in promising “lasting peace,” according to reports.Still the most isolated country in the world, very few North Koreans have access to news and

The advantage of having to write a column at the end of the week is that usually within seven days, the latest leftist meme has been thoroughly debunked. And so it is this week with such bunkum as claims that crying toddlers and children at the border are being ripped from the arms of loving parents and held in concentration camp-style settings. My online friend Randy Bock has dubbed this propaganda ploy "Kidtrina," and it certainly bears a great deal of similarity to the overwrought coverage of the Hurricane Katrina aftermath in New Orleans. Sure, it´s common in New York City to see men in suits commuting on the subway or in taxis -- but on a paddleboard across the Hudson River? That may be a first. Eunice Rivers was taking the ferry to work in Jersey City Thursday morning when she spotted a man paddleboarding across the Hudson River wearing a full suit, dress shoes and all. Without hesitation, she grabbed her phone to capture the odd moment on video and share it over social media. She wasn’t the only one. Many others joined in her amusement over the unusual sighting. An op-ed in Friday’s Washington Post by the long-time political pundit and conservative calls for voters to end the “carnage of Republican misrule” in Washington. Mr. Will claimed the “most telegenic example” of a need to oust Republicans exists with the administration’s “zero tolerance” policy regarding illegal immigrants along the U.S. southern border. “The Republican-controlled Congress, which waited for Trump to undo by unilateral decree the border folly they could have prevented by actually legislating, is an advertisement for the unimportance of

How´s this for sneaky? Sen. John McCain, not too long after seeking conservative and Republican votes in his failed 2008 bid for the presidency, went right after those same conservative voters without telling them, by egging on the IRS to ruin them. It´s the sort of political back-stabbing that defies belief, taking an active role in destroying the Tea Party, which was an authentic grassroots movement of local groups calling for smaller government. But sure enough, Judicial Watch has found McCain´s central role right there in the documents: Judicial Watch today released newly obtained internal IRS documents, including material revealing that Sen.

Taxes: Whatever you think about the issue of taxing internet sales, the simple fact is that the Supreme Court has just guaranteed that people across the country will now be paying more in state taxes. It´s hard for us to see how this is good news. In its 5-4 decision on South Dakota v. Wayfair, the court overturned two previous rulings that prevented states from taxing sales of out-of-state companies. That meant a catalog company based in Maine didn´t have to navigate 45 state sales-tax laws to figure out how much each customer owed, and then remit that money to the
