His Retirement Effective April 1st…

It was the Mississippi primary race between 40-year-term Senator Thad Cochran and Chris McDaniel in 2014 that revealed just how far the GOPe would go to keep a grip on their power. The establishment and Mitch McConnell were willing to do anything to protect Thad Cochran despite his infirmity and near certain senility. Senator Cochran was barely awake for the past few years. Today his staff announce his retirement effective April 1st: (Snip) Chris McDaniel (pictured above) was already planning a primary challenge to Mississippi GOP Senator Roger Wicker. It will be interesting to see what comes next. Chris McDaniel is not

Let´s see how Haley and son screw up the next Mississippi election. With help from the GOPe and the Dems, of course.

Dittos to all the above comments. That doddering old man should never have been elected in the first place. McConnell and his dirty friends like Haley Barbour, used ugly tactics against Chris McDaniel to get that old RINO elected. Good riddance to him. He was only a warm (barely) body guaranteed to vote with the RINOs.

That primary election was the moment I realized that the republican elites were every bit as sleazy as the democrats. I changed my affiliation to independent that week.

Yes, and McCain too. Maybe these two can get a double room at the nursing home. Duct tape them to their walkers and keep the door bolted, please.

I suspect #3 just might be on to something here. But April Fool´s day is appropriate for his retirement, since his reelection was such a bad joke.

So the Straight Arrow has now gone and indicted a dozen members of the Russian military intelligence service, the GRU, on charges relating to—stop me if you’ve heard this one before—meddling in America’s internal affairs. That such meddling entirely fits their job description, and that Mr. Well Respected has exactly zero chance of ever bringing them to “justice” in an American courtroom is beside the point. The partisan clown car that is the Robert Mueller investigation into something—anything!— continues to roll along, excreting great columns of smoke behind it in the hope that an even more partisan media can convince

Even though only a mad man would trust America’s Intelligence Community, turn on your televisions and what you are seeing play out is a lethal mix of McCarthyism and Iraq. In 2002, in the lead up to the disastrous Iraq War, we were told to salute and buy 100 percent into the Intelligence Community’s (IC) assessment that of course Iraq was in possession of weapons of mass destruction, and of course those weapons would end up in the hands of terrorists. Therefore, we had no choice but to launch a pre-emptive war, and anyone who disagreed, or who even expressed skepticism, was

Reporters in Moscow usually hear the same brush-off a few times a week: Send us your request in writing, and we’ll deal with it as we see fit. But when President Vladimir Putin urged Special Counsel Robert Mueller to “send a formal and official request to us” about the indictment he brought on Friday, it was not the lazy reflex of a Russian bureaucrat who doesn’t want to answer questions. It was a calculated attempt to pull the Mueller investigation onto a playing field that Putin can control. Here’s roughly how the Russian leader would like things to unfold: Now that

President Trump hosts a cabinet meeting after returning from the NATO summit, U.K. visit and Helsinki meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin. The overall emphasis was on the U.S. economy, employment, job-training and the larger goal of leveraging economic strength to advance American interests. The administration kept the cameras rolling as key cabinet members and White House officials discussed ongoing initiatives with a heavy emphasis on workforce development. When the cant and emotionalism subside, the Helsinki summit will go down in history as a turning point in this American president’s struggle to disembowel the bipartisan regime of complacency and lassitude he successfully ran against. It may also be a modest inflection point in U.S.-Russian relations. President Trump knew what he was getting into in holding a press conference with Vladimir Putin. He knew the press would ask him whose version of Russian meddling in the 2016 election does he believe? Putin’s? Or that of former U.S. intelligence agency directors John Brennan, James Clapper, and James Comey? The question

At first glance saying: yesterday was a very good day, might sound like spin. However, for those who have been frustrated about the lack of righteous push-back from the executive office; the attacks from the former “spygate” co-conspirators might be just what is needed to trigger President Trump to declassify the underlying material. Consider the tweets from James Comey (former FBI), John Brennan (former CIA), Sally Yates (former DOJ), and statement from Ash Carter (former DoD).(Tweets) Think about the bigger questions: Why would former administration officials feel the need to engage in such discourse? What exactly does their response say about

Whoopi Goldberg exploded on Judge Jeanine Pirro in a fiery on-air debate about president Donald Trump on Thursday´s episode of The View. Towards the end of the show, Pirro praised Trump with lowering the unemployment rate for the first time in 50 years for ´minorities, Hispanics and African Americans´ but Goldberg and fellow The View co-host Sunny Hostin said the credit should be given to former president Barack Obama. Pirro fired back saying: ´You´re suffering from Trump derangement in this room.´ When the View co-host and Trump opponent Meghan McCain said she wasn´t deranged, Pirro pointed at Goldberg, setting the

The Trump-Helsinki summit brought new accusations in Congress Thursday, as GOP Sen. Jeff Flake of Arizona accused the president of providing ´aid and comfort´ to the enemy. Flake´s choice of words evoked the Constitution´s definition of treason – at a time when President Trump is facing a new level of scrutiny for his refusal to forcefully condemn Russian President Vladimir Putin for election meddling during their summit meeting Monday in Finland. ´By choosing to reject objective reality in Helsinki, the president let down the free world by giving aid and comfort to an enemy of democracy. Former GOP presidential nominee Mitt Romney tore into President Trump on Monday after Trump challenged the intelligence community´s assessment that Russia meddled in the 2016 election, calling Trump´s behavior "disgraceful and detrimental to our democratic principles." Romney´s comments came hours after Trump held a joint news conference with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Helsinki, Finland, in which he questioned whether Russia was behind efforts to meddle in the 2016 election. CAMBRIDGE, Mass. — Three-year-old twins Zyler and Kadyn Sharpe scurried around the boys and girls clothing racks of a narrow consignment store filled with toys. Zyler, wearing rainbow leggings, scrutinized a pair of hot-pink-and-purple sneakers. Kadyn, in a T-Rex shirt, fixated on a musical cube that flashed colorful lights. At a glance, the only discernible difference between these fraternal twins is their hair — Zyler’s is brown and Kadyn’s is blond. Is Zyler a boy or a girl? How about Kadyn? That’s a question their parents, Nate and Julia Sharpe, say only the twins can decide. The Cambridge, Mass., couple

President Trump has now been in office a year and a quarter. President Trump’s results when compared to those of President Obama at the same time are stunning. In every economic measurement, President Trump far out-performs President Obama. The mainstream media and Democrat Party continue to smear President Trump with the fake Russia collusion narrative. In doing so they also continue to ignore President Trump’s many accomplishments. When compared to Obama [and most presidents], President Trump’s efforts to shore up the economy are historic. Rep. Maxine Waters warned supporters on Wednesday of potential "armed protests" against her after an extremist group called for ongoing demonstrations outside her office in Los Angeles. In a lengthy statement issued late Wednesday, Waters, D-Calif., said she’d been notified about forthcoming protests by the Oath Keepers, which she described as "an anti-government militia" that´s staged armed protests in cities across the country. She warned her supporters against being "baited" into counter-demonstrations or confrontations with the organization, which she said has a track record of "violent and provocative behavior."
