Comey told Congress FBI agents
didn´t think Michael Flynn lied

Washington Examiner, by Byron York

Original Article

In March 2017, then-FBI Director James Comey briefed a number of Capitol Hill lawmakers on the Trump-Russia investigation. One topic of intense interest was the case of Michael Flynn, the Trump White House national security adviser who resigned under pressure on February 13 after just 24 days in the job. (Snip) According to two sources familiar with the meetings, Comey told lawmakers that the FBI agents who interviewed Flynn did not believe that Flynn had lied to them, or that any inaccuracies in his answers were intentional. As a result, some of those in attendance came away with the impression

Comments:
Well my, my, my. Mueller wanted another scalp and Flynn was the perfect mark. Besides Manafort he wanted another Trump associate. This entire fiasco stinks of fraud and corruption. If Mueller had any integrity. that is alleged by so many, he would disband his evil little group of DNC supporters. What they did to Flynn was horrific and evil. He was a man who served this country with honor and it sickens me to see him practically destroyed by those blood thirsty hacks on a Trump witch hunt.

Weren´t the folks involved in the MYE (Hillary´s case was known as the "Mid-Year Exam," and was said to be a "HQ Special," both more-or-less meaning that the fix was in also involved in changing a number of 302´s (FBI agents notes on meetings with sources, etc.)?

Real easy, it appears, for the coup plotters to make a "perjury trap" even without actual perjury, it sounds.

There are a bunch of folks that need to spend the next several years behind bars. I´m not talking Obama, Clinton or Lynch (although that would be justified), but a bunch of these executive level coup plotters in the deep state, so that others learn that this subversion is not something to be taken lightly.

There´s another back-story concerning Flynn and, IIRC, a female FBI? employee that Flynn (before he retired) stepped in and vouched for when she was being accused/harassed by a high-ranking FBI official? News was floating around early last year. Was it Mueller at the FBI? Was this payback? Or a ´favor´ to another?

Mueller had dirt on Flynn’s son, and Flynn Sr. pled guilty to the lying, so that Mueller would drop the case against Jr. All so he could add a scalp, and help going after Jared.

Obama fired Flynn late during his era, and obviously did not want Flynn to have any position in the Trump Administration, so they used the Special Counsel and the DOJ-FBI to get rid of him and then filed criminal charges against him. After reading this article and others about what happened at the start of the Trump Administration, that has to be the conventional wisdom. Since then the Democrats have been trying to pick off Trump’s crew one by one.

Flynn took a bullet for his son, as any good soldier would do. This entire thing is a trumped up mess and needs to stop now! Gen. Flynn and his wife have lost everything.
These ghouls on the left and still within our government must be made to leave along with all other Swamp dwellers. It´s beyond time! We cannot wait till November.

Regarding the FBI interview with Flynn, the conclusions of the FBI agents who conducted the interview should count for something, even as a politically charged criminal persecution is being contemplated.

Rudyard Kipling had no idea that someday Tommy would not just be disdained by an unappreciative nation but would also be utterly destroyed by the same nation he so loyally served.

BUT, and hear this Republican Party and President Trump (and not just the Marxists), you bet that Tommy sees.

The House Intelligence Committee on Saturday released a long-awaited Democratic rebuttal to a GOP memo that outlined alleged government surveillance abuses during the 2016 presidential campaign. (Snip) The Democratic rebuttal finds that the FBI had an "independent basis" for investigating Page´s motivations, and that he had been targeted for recruitment by the Russians. It also claims that the DOJ "repeatedly informed the Court about Steele´s background, credibility, and potential bias." It also says that the Justice Department infomed the FISA court that Stelle was hired by "politically-motivated U.S. persons and entities and that his research appeared intended for use "to

Fox News contributor Geraldo Rivera was met with boos and jeers when he voiced support for gun reform at this year´s Conservative Political Action Conference. Speaking on a panel as part of Sean Hannity’s Fox News show live at the conservative event on Thursday night, Rivera said Trump was so “moved” by the student survivors of last week´s school shooting in Parkland, Fla., that he was looking at adopting modest changes, possibly even over over the objections of the National Rifle Association (NRA). “We need to do something. Broward County Sheriff Scott Israel—the man whose agency failed to prevent the Parkland massacre despite having received a tip last November that Nikolas Cruz was plotting a mass shooting—has been accused of public corruption. Two years ago, the Sun Sentinel reported that Israel was rewarding top political supporters by giving them and their family members cushy jobs doing public relations and community outreach for the Broward County Sheriff´s Office. One such position, outreach manager, paid out a salary of $78,489. The person who got that job was the husband of Israel´s campaign manager. Israel had been a Republican but ran

John Kasich’s inner circle is gearing up for a possible presidential run in 2020 — actively weighing the prospect of a Republican primary challenge to President Donald Trump against the feasibility of a long-shot general election campaign as an independent. And there’s one consideration driving their thinking perhaps more than any other: what some of his advisers consider the very real, maybe even likely, possibility that Trump doesn’t run again — by choice or not — or that the president becomes so politically hobbled by late next year that the political landscape fundamentally shifts in Kasich’s favor. That’s one reason

Former Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice called on Friday for a "conversation about what the right to bear arms means in the modern world," and questioned why Americans should have access to "military weapons." "I think it is time for us to have a conversation about what the right to bear arms means in the modern world," Rice told conservative radio host Hugh Hewitt. "I don’t understand why civilians need to have access to military weapons." "We wouldn’t, we wouldn’t say you can go out and buy a tank," she continued. A discussion among students at Oberlin High School in Oberlin, La., about a mathematical symbol led to a police investigation and a search of one of the student’s homes, according to the Allen Parish Sheriff’s Office. On the afternoon of Feb. 20, detectives investigated a report of terroristic threats at the school, where they learned that a student had been completing a math problem that required drawing the square-root sign. Students in the group began commenting that the symbol, which represents a number that when multiplied by itself equals another number, looked like a gun.

The way Rush Limbaugh sees it, CNN has become so consumed by hatred of President Donald Trump that everyone at the network has full-on descended into madness. The conservative radio host began his Friday show by applauding Trump’s CPAC speech and saying once again that CNN’s town hall on the Parkland shooting was nothing but terrible, nasty, anti-gun mind control.
