Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg said Sunday "sexism" and a "macho atmosphere" helped doom Hillary Clinton´s 2016 presidential campaign. "I think it was difficult for Hillary Clinton to get by even the macho atmosphere prevailing during that campaign, and she was criticized in a way I think no man would have been criticized," Ginsburg said during a discussion at Columbia University. The liberal-leaning associate justice, who is 84 years old, shared a stage with CNN reporter Poppy Harlow and took a long pause before continuing. "I think anyone who watched that campaign unfold would answer it the same way I did: Yes,

Speaking of expiration dates, if Ginsburg (or her ideas) were a carton of milk, it would have from non-Newtonian fluid to a solid by now, if not decades ago.

Terrifying to see into the “mind” of our so called leaders.

It is difficult to believe that a supposedly legal mind can be so encrusted with pop culture superstition. And so credulous of it.

Emptiness.

Actually, RBG is partially right. For years, the traits associated with masculinity have been demonized, and the traits associated with feminimity have been celebrated. It was time for the pendulum to swing...a candidate with a masculine personage and masculine message had an innate advantage (in this election) over a candidate with a personage and message more aligned to feminine virtues (frailty, for one example). RGB blames it on sexism... there she is wrong. HRC was weak, devious, devoid of message, at a time when strength, directness, and purpose were wanted (with due respect for all the warts of her opponent)

Ruth, nice try at excuse making, but in reality, she lost because she is greedy, power hungry, totally crooked, dishonest, codependent, a liar, mentally ill, an alcoholic, and untrustable. Not exactly what I would call a person of high moral values and purity of virtue.

She likely lost because she was so arrogant that she couldn´t spend a little time in Wisconsin and Michigan.

And, then the Deplorables decided they´d vote.

They spent over $1 BILLION on an election they expected to win, and where the fix was in on any Dem competition.

Plus, remember how they WANTED Trump as the candidate to run against, how easy it was going to be for them?

"I think anyone who watched that campaign unfold would answer it the same way I did: Yes, sexism played a prominent part," she said.
I watched the campaign unfold and since I am writing this I must exist and therefore I fit the definition of "anyone". My observation was that with the Clinton´s past history of criminal participation many of the voters felt she was not a good choice to lead our country, even if the alternative was someone who was not totally savory (at that time). Ruth, words have meaning and if you reread your statement you will notice that it overstates the event.

Clearly Justice Ginsburg is disappointed, as she waited all through the Obama era for Hillary Clinton to be elected, so that Clinton could name a big time liberal progressive feminist replacement for her on the Supreme Court. Now it appears that Ginsburg may have to wait another seven years to again gain that opportunity, and even then, that is not a sure thing as the man upstairs could weigh in at anytime.

That fact that this ACLU communist is on the Supreme Court for life is a national disgrace. The Supreme Court should never, ever, have the amount of power they currently have and it´s members should certainly NOT be appointed for life.

This creature should be impeached and removed from the legal profession for advising foreign governments NOT to follow the U.S. Constitution. No one who puts other forms of government above ours should be ruling on national laws. It is a sick joke forced on us by decades of corrupt politicians.

Hillary´s toxic PC feminism doomed her campaign. So did 24 years of Barack Obama, George W Bush, and Bill Clinton. People were sick and tired of business as usual in Washington, and Trump offered a real alternative.

Ginsburg is a Supreme Court Justice, and needs to stop indulging in politics.

The successful Stanford University project could even open the door to finding a cure for type 1 diabetes by creating healthy pancreases to regulate blood sugar. While scientists have previously developed human-pig hybrids, sparking excitement that they could use them grow human organs, no team has been able to take it to the next step. But Stanford´s team, which has already successfully transplanted pancreases into mice, is tipped to be the first after now that they have produced a

Breast cancer patients could be encouraged to cut asparagus and other foods from their diets in the future to reduce the risk of the disease spreading, scientists say. Researchers are investigating whether a change in diet could help patients with breast tumours after studies in mice showed that asparagine, a compound first identified in asparagus but present in many other foods, drives the spread of the disease to other organs. When scientists reduced asparagine in animals with breast cancer, they found that the number of secondary tumours in other tissues fell dramatically. The spread of malignant cells, often to the bones, lungs and brain, is the main cause of death among patients who are diagnosed with breast cancer.

By the end of the week, the immigration debate seemed deadlocked between the fate of the Dreamers and the fate of the wall.
