CNN´s Bizarre Praise of Kim Jong Un´s
Sister at the Winter Olympics

CNN ran an absurd story Saturday afternoon, seemingly praising the sister of one the world’s most evil dictators for “stealing the show” at the 2018 Winter Olympics in PyeongChang, South Korea. The piece starts off, saying, “If ´diplomatic dance´ were an event at the Winter Olympics, Kim Jong Un´s younger sister would be favored to win gold.” Hailing Kim Yo Jong as North Korea’s “answer” to Ivanka Trump, CNN claims that “with a smile, a handshake and a warm message in South Korea's presidential guest book, Kim Yo Jong has struck a chord with the public just one day into the PyeongChang Games.”

When did progressives not heap words of praise on any communist leader who has killed and tortured their people? That these awful people can show their faces in the world and actually receive praise from the media is disgusting. The hypocritical media is enabling the worst of the worst to be given a modicum of respect they do not deserve. They should be shunned and shamed but that is something that the left reserves for good and decent people. The media should force them to take responsibility for the awful, dangerous, and inhuman conditions their people are forced to endure.

CNN finds someone within a murderous world peace threatening regime they can praise. Par for the course. I wonder if they notice that Vice President Pence was nearby?

Having all these cheerleaders and athletes at the winter Olympics make me wonder what stories they will have to tell about the south when they return, or if they will be allowed to return to tell stories.

Kim Jong Un´s younger sister was the first member of the NK ruling family to be in South Korea since 1953. She sat right behind Vice President Pence and his wife.

She even leaned forward to Pence and said something. She said " DOWN IN FRONT!"

Kim Jong Un´s sister is the propaganda minister in North Korea. Is it any wonder that CNN is gaga over her? I´m sure they hope to learn a lot from her, since CNN is not doing very well. Take CNN out of the airports and they wouldn´t have much of an audience.

More and more it seems that ´leftist´ thought is simply the reverse of common sense. Show us a situation where reasonable people will have a commonsensical response and the left goes 180 degrees in the other direction. It comes down to the fact that they want to shock the bourgeoisie and show you how much more sophisticated they are than you. What it actually demonstrates is that they´re unreflective and uninformed idiots.

Were it not for two facts, every one of the North Korean athletes and cheerleaders at the Olympics would defect to South Korea. First, they are all under constant surveillance by the army of security forces who accompanied them. And second, even if they could evade their guards and successfully defect, all their family members would be executed. Kim Jong In and his phony sister are ruthless despots with no concern for the welfare of anyone in North Korea except themselves.

In weekly online posts last year, WikiLeaks released a stolen archive of secret documents about the Central Intelligence Agency’s hacking operations, including software exploits designed to take over iPhones and turn smart television sets into surveillance devices. It was the largest loss of classified documents in the agency’s history and a huge embarrassment for C.I.A. officials. Now, The New York Times has learned the identity of the prime suspect in the breach: a 29-year-old former C.I.A. software engineer who had designed malware used to break into the computers of terrorism suspects and other targets. F.B.I. agents searched the Manhattan apartment of the suspect,

President Barack Obama took a light swing at his successor during a tech conference in Las Vegas on Wednesday. His eight years in office were scandal free, he told the audience. Until 1968, Walter Cronkite believed what his government told him about the Vietnam War. He was an old-school journalist, a patriot, a man who came of age covering World War II as a wire-service reporter and then taking over as the anchor of “The CBS Evening News” at the height of the Cold War. Like most journalists of his generation, he embraced the fight against communism and understood why the United States had intervened in the war raging in Vietnam.
