Republican Sen. Lindsey Graham of South Carolina said Friday he spoke ´directly´ to President Trump inside the Oval Office after he reportedly used a crude slur to describe to ´s***hole countries´ from Africa. Graham said he pushed back at the president – an account that was backed up by Illinois Democratic Sen. Richard Durbin of Illinois – after Trump reportedly made the comment at an Oval Office meeting, where he was also is claimed to have said disparaging things about Haitian immigrants. ´Following comments by the President, I said my piece directly to him yesterday,´ Graham said in a statement.

Comments:
I see Miss Lindsey is stepping into the John McCain "bash Trump every day, every hour" job.

So it was Graham and Durbin who paraphrased the President. What a surprise.

And it´s good to see Graham knows what E Pluribus Unum means, too bad he doesn´t support it. His policies and principles support just the opposite.

I always knew he was a lying, no good weasel. Weasel Lindsey!

Grahamnesty wants Amnesty. It´s the deal he made with the moneymakers who fill his pockets with lots of loot.

He´s bought and paid for, that´s very clear.

Durbin and Graham took a bleeper deal supported by nobody in the Congress to the POTUS, wasted his time, and the POTUS vulgarities were said in private to Durbin and Graham, as anyone would use when looking at those two.

I don´t know if I believe what´s been reported from the likes Durbin or Graham. But how did Durbin react when creepy Joe Biden called the passage of Obamacare "a big f ~ ing deal?" I don´t recall any democraps going into high dudgeon. I believe they printed out shirts with what he said and used them to fundraise. Hypocritical much?

I watched Graham during part of this meeting and could only cringe at the really obsequious way he tried to suck up to Trump. He clearly thinks Trump is an airhead with whom flattery will get you everywhere. The fact is that illegal immigration, chain migration and the lottery system have reached a boiling point and too many Americans have gone from discomfort to alarm to feeling existentially threatened by the illegals taking advantage of us while being taught to despise us for our white skin and our so-called privilege. Graham, McCain, Flake, Durban, Schumer, etc. will be remembered as the scoundrels they are when this problem overflows into bloodshed as it inevitably will. Through lies, greed, hate and selfishness their ilk are guaranteeing it.

I can´t stand these virtue-signaling hypocrites, elitists all who live in the best neighborhoods and hobnob with the well-to-do and so-called "bien pensant". They may never utter the language, but their lifestyle choices, both daily and long-term, expose them for the phonies that they are. Self-righteous hypocrite Graham can go jump in a lake, to put it nicely. The same to all who have publically beaten their chests over this incident. I don´t have any time at all to waste on them. nor should any honest person. Few things stink more than hypocrisy.

Graham, its time you gathered a group of senators together and make a junket to the alleged countries
mentioned by President Trump.
Ask their leaders how they justify smiling as their women produce a child every nine months and four minutes..
Videos will show most crowds with few women but lots of knee high children. The fathers are never in sight.
Are these the “immigrants” that are being shoved across our borders?

“No one in modern politics, male or female, has had to withstand more indignities, setbacks and cynicism. She developed protective armor that made the real Hillary Clinton an enigma. But if she was guarded about her feelings and opinions, she believed it was in careful pursuit of a dream for generations of Americans: the election of the country’s first woman president.” That would have been the nut graf of The New York Times story about Hillary Clinton’s historic victory that would have run under the headline “Madam President” spread across six front-page columns, according to reporter Amy Chozick’s new book,

Employees of the Denver Post published an editorial aimed at its owners, a New York hedge fund, pleading "The Denver Post Must be Saved." No doubt the editorial mimics similar pieces from 120 years ago where blacksmiths and wheelwrights pleaded to be saved as well. At The Denver Post on Monday, more than two dozen reporters, editors, photographers, videographers, page designers, digital producers and opinion staff will walk out the door. Our marching orders are to cut a full 30 by the start of July.

Mary Jo Kopechne had been dead for several months when her parents began to have serious questions about what had really happened the night of July 18, 1969. At first, Gwen and Joe Kopechne had believed Senator Ted Kennedy’s account of that evening after his car had plunged off the narrow wooden bridge on Chappaquiddick Island, just off of Martha’s Vineyard, landing upside down in a tidal pond with their daughter trapped inside. “They trusted him,” says Mary Jo’s aunt, Georgetta Potoski, 75. “They loved the Kennedys. Everyone did. But later on, they started to question what happened.” Kennedy escaped from

They are among a large swath of about 60 Olympians who will not attend the White House reception this year. On the domestic and foreign fronts, the Trump administration has prompted economic growth and restored U.S. deterrence. Polls show increased consumer confidence, and in some, Trump himself has gained ground. Yet good news is bad news to the Resistance and its strange continued efforts to stop an elected president in a way it failed to do in the 2016 election. Indeed, the aim of the so-called Resistance to Donald J. Trump is ending Trump’s presidency by any means necessary before the 2020 election. Or, barring that, it seeks to so delegitimize him that he becomes presidentially impotent. It has been only

Reid still has hurt feelings about Trump mocking the injuries he sustained when an exercise band he was using at home snapped and hit him in the face. Reid fell to the floor, breaking his ribs and bones in his face. He now is blind in one eye. Trump mocked Reid in September 2016 after the Democratic leader commented on Trump’s weight. “[To show] what kind of a person he is, when I injured myself, I couldn’t sleep

Sen. Orrin Hatch, R-Utah, warned President Trump firing special counsel Robert Mueller could lead to impeachment, becoming one of the first congressional Republicans to mention impeachment directly. “Firing Mr. Mueller would be a grave error. It would trigger a crisis, possibly even impeachment,” Hatch said in a Wall Street Journal opinion piece published Tuesday night. “It would threaten many of the administration’s accomplishments and make continued progress virtually impossible.” In his op-ed, Hatch endorsed the proposed legislation aimed at protect Mueller from being fired by Trump, or, for that matter, any president from firing a counsel appointed to investigating potential presidential misconduct.
