Get a pencil: California marijuana-

LOS ANGELES — California´s legal pot economy was supposed to operate under the umbrella of a vast computerized system to track marijuana from seed to storefronts, ensuring that plants are followed throughout the supply chain and don´t drift into the black market. But recreational cannabis sales began this week without the computer system in use for pot businesses. Instead, they are being asked to document sales and transfers of pot manually, using paper invoices or shipping manifests. That raises the potential that an unknown amount of weed will continue slipping into the illicit market, as it has for years. For the

Comments:
All the red tape, regulations, taxes, and confusion by CA´s government may just turn pot users into conservative Republicans.

And the lying, corruption, crooked dealing and drug money buying Dem politicians and their evil minions is just beginning.

Cali, circling the drain faster and faster.

When is Sessions going to act on these states that allow marijuana? After all it’s still against federal law.

I will guess it will be September 2018 when the cartels have effectively taken over California - and the criminal influence will begin toppling neighboring states like dominoes. There will be no real law or law enforcement effort in California - all cartel directed crime including illegal alien smuggling to other states, drug running and theft rings will metastasize. To win more supporters to the cartel "cause" Black Lives Matters, La Raza, and Mexican Mafia will be embraced, property will be seized under color of law. Sounds bad, eh? Just watch.

Having spent a month in Humboldt County( Garberville/Redway as a young hippie, I can tell you that marijuana was legal for all intents and purposes in 1972. 40 years later , I saw the legalizing of marijuana for ´medical purposes´ in Michigan and said the same thing I´m saying now. It will never be a source of any substantial tax collection by the government,dude....

City of LA has already announced legal marijuana is a no-go inside city limits. I think a few other towns, Fresno and Bakersfield have followed suit, but don´t quote me on that. Well, if you can have sanctuary cities, why can´t municipalities say no to dope?

#11 might consider that while CA was the beachhead for medical marijuana in the U.S., they´re johnny-come-lately to the recreational pot game. (Didn´t CO and WA lead the way for that?)

More than Californication, this seems to be a matter of Amsterdamnation, and part of the legacy of President ´Choom Master´.

There will be hell to pay, yes.

Here´s the thing; after all the chickens have split (and turned around to do the "nya nya" bit on L.com), after the Kali political maniacs have driven California into a collapsed natural state, and after all of us are to hell and gone dead, there will still be beautiful fabulous California. In 30000000 years, Los Angeles will be where San Francisco currently squats.

Meanwhile, there´s what´s happening now.

We know you hate us. We know you do. You make it abundantly clear pretty much every day.

All of us California patriots know you hate us. Evidently you can´t help it.

Fifa is investigating alleged homophobic chants by Mexico fans during the 1-0 World Cup win over defending champions Germany on Sunday. Sunday´s chants seemed to be directed at Germany goalkeeper Manuel Neuer at the Luzhniki Stadium in Moscow. The Mexican Football Federation (FMF) was fined nine times for supporters´ homophobic chanting during the qualifying campaign. It has repeatedly asked fans to refrain from using the slurs. Javier Ruiz Galindo, head of the National House of Mexico for fans in Moscow, said the chant could be perceived in "many ways". "It´s not necessarily meant to insult somebody," he said.

Conservative political newcomer Ivan Duque has been elected president of Colombia. With nearly all votes counted. Mr Duque has 54% with his rival Gustavo Petro on 41.8%. The result raises questions about the future of a historic but controversial peace deal with Farc rebels. Mr Duque, who is supported by former President Alvaro Uribe, has said he will overhaul the 2016 agreement which gave the rebels places in Congress. The orthodox economist also says he will revisit crimes allegedly committed by the rebels during the brutal five-decade conflict with the government. Mr Duque is viewed as the business-friendly

Maybe you think of yourself as a person who really, really loves candy. Maybe there is even a particular kind or brand of candy that stimulates your dopamine receptors most of all, throwing you into sheer sugared bliss and delight. But is there a candy you love so much that you would name your child after it? Eric and Renee Cupp of Elizabethtown, North Carolina, said that yes, in fact, there is. With the last name "Cupp," Eric and Renee deliberately chose their daughter´s name, Reese Eve, after their favorite peanut butter and chocolate treat. And now, the family has won $10,000 in the Reese's Outrageous Fan contest in tribute to that

Former first lady Laura Bush tore into the Trump administration for separating migrant families at the border, calling the “zero tolerance” policy “cruel” and “immoral.” Bush penned an op-ed for the Washington Post, which was published Sunday night as public outcry over the hundreds of children in detention centers intensified. “I live in a border state,” Bush wrote. “I appreciate the need to enforce and protect our international boundaries, but this zero-tolerance policy is cruel. It is immoral. And it breaks my heart.” Bush’s commentary comes as more images and accounts from inside the detention centers have

Roseanne Barr has become untouchable due to the "Valerie Jarrett/Ambien/Planet of the Apes" controversy, irrevocably contaminated by racism. This presents a problem for ABC, which canceled her revived show but wants the show to return in some form because it had high ratings. The apparent solution is to create a new show focused on the daughter character "Darlene," which would exclude Roseanne. Unfortunately, Roseanne Barr owns a chunk of the show, and ABC doesn´t want to be seen letting Barr profit from it, so ABC is in talks to buy the show from Barr so she would not technically profit

The Justice Department’s tepid OIG report, with its risible assertion that there was no political bias in the FBI’s Clinton email probe, suggests that it was written by people afraid to tell the unvarnished truth about the conduct of the federal government’s police apparatus, an agency that openly defies congressional oversight and has participated in a vendetta against a sitting president. The FBI’s leadership clearly hopes that the Democrats will win majorities in Congress and put a halt to the investigations into its multifarious abuses of power. The OIG is loath to face the ruthless reprisals that would inevitably follow
