1) If the FISA Court orders to explore the purported Trump-Russian collusion were predicated on phony Steele/Fusion GPS documents and suppositions that prove largely untrue (Comey himself testified under oath that he could not verify their contents), then are subsequent transcripts of court-approved surveilled conversations somewhat poisoned? And, if so, not permissible to be used in collation with later sworn FBI statements to prove inconsistencies, lying, or obstructing? Would someone like Flynn eventually have grounds to appeal his confession? 2) Given the overwhelming progressive consensus by summer 2016 that Trump was not going to be president and that his likely

One really has to wonder why there are still no solid indictments over this grotesque mess. 2018 had damn well better produce something of substance or this crap is going to only get much worse.

If it is a "Crime" to lie to the ´agents of the people´....then why would it not be criminal for said agents to lie to the people themselves, having derived their just powers from the higher authority, that being the people. (?)

If a true and massive scandal had been uncovered (like Uranium One) and a few add on side cases of process crime tacked on...that would be different.

But when your catch is no bigger than your bait then who´s zoomin´ whom ?

One thing that can be said for sure about the FBI hierarchy....they weren´t professional agents.

The left seems to thrive on traitorous criminality. First in the person of their mulato so-called president, then in the clearly thieving Clinton, and in this perpetually lying Comey individual.

Stiff as they are in pompous self-regard, do ANY of them perceive the difference between right and wrong?

Everyday somebody comes up with something new to add to the Timeline for the Dossier.

The fellows and gals at Fusion have taken it back to April 2016!

And that´s getting into the 4CHAN territory where some of their regular posters claim to have written up much of the most salacious parts YEARS BEFORE!

Agent Strzok´s involvement in so much of the Dossier development, and his use in questioning Hillary and her ladys in waiting, suggest somebody at DOJ/FBI was a real nutcase ~ this guy seems to have been the top dog in COUNTER INTELLIGENCE!

That´s what HE DID (and doesn´t do anymore of course). But think about it, why would a major actor in Counter Intelligence be involved in questioning people about 30,000 lost emails..... certainly they have staff lawyers and agents who could have handled that.

Was there a broader conspiracy that had Strzok ON THE OTHER SIDE.... and working to keep the lid on what went on in the Clinton State Department?

My questions - isn’t knowingly submitting a fraudulent document as evidence to a court a felony? And if so, why aren’t the people who submitted it under arrest and awaiting their days in court?

You’d think that the members of the FISA court would be outraged that they were duped and used in a Clinton scam and would be demanding that heads roll.

The idea that the rank-and-file FBI is "good" doesn´t stand up when one considers that the "hierarchy" doesn´t operate alone, and not one of the "rank-and-file" seems to have come forward with any information. The FBI operates within its own vacuum. The dirt thickly covers just about every niche of the Hoover Building.

Reply #7 asks the pertinent question, but the answer may well be, "are the judges in the FISA Court as partisan as many other Courts" ?
and yes, if the ´evidence´ was fraudulent, the
folks that entered the evidence should be prosecuted.

This all boils does to one thing, it was not for the love of Hillary, it was all high level people trying to keep their big paying, high profile government jobs...Comey, Rosenstein, McCabe, the agent who interviewed Hillary & Flynn.... With Hillary they had a guaranteed job. The sad part is Trump is keeping all these democrats in the JD. Rosenstein is Session’s boss.

The purpose of the phoney investigation isn´t to weed out the bad guys, but to keep the pot stirred and boiling for the ´18 election.

Every Democrat will run against DJT´s dirty administration. It´s so bad that investigations are still going on.

Well if the Obama FBI/DOJ did not use the so-called “dossier” unverified Information as bogus predication in a fraudulent presentation to the FISA court to obtain search warrant(s) to spy on Trump, his campaign, his Administration, and a lot of other Americans, why don’t they just come out an say so?

That they have not should tell you something!

It’s also interesting all the above is now being described by the FBI/DOJ as being outside the preview of the Mueller investigation. Well maybe so, but it definitely would be within the preview of the ongoing DOJ/IG investigation.

We are told that the information contained in the “dossier” was obtained from Russians in Russia and that the FBI has been yet unable to verify it, but may sometime in the future. In that respect Reagan had it right when he said when dealing with the Russians, “trust but verify” must be the watchword for the USA, apparently not with the Obama crew and their bureaucratic apparacheks when it comes to spying on their political opponents. If such political spying is not brought to a screeching halt it will not be long before the USA slides into the ways of the old banana republics.

This is far worse than it looks. What if the FISA judge was NOT duped but was fully complicit with the requesters and submitters?

S–hole? Clinton made us explain

“It’s pretty embarrassing when you have to take your children out of the room to report the news,” Sen. Lindsey Graham, South Carolina Republican, whined Monday. Mr. Graham, longtime pal of Sen. John McCain, was complaining about President Trump’s alleged use of the word “s–hole” to describe Haiti and some other nations in Africa and Latin America in a meeting Thursday. Both Mr. Trump and the White House said he didn’t say the word, but the media and liberals (along with “Republicans In Name Only” like Mr. Graham) had already gotten their undies in a wad. Mainstream news outlet CNN reveled in the

Get Off the Couch, If You Want Medicaid

Last week the Trump administration announced it will allow states to impose a “community engagement” requirement on healthy adults getting Medicaid, the public health insurance program for lower income people. So far, ten states intend to do it, though not welfare-haven New York. To get Medicaid, adults in these states will have to work or look for a job, study for a high school diploma, learn English as a second language, volunteer, get addiction treatment, or take care of a family member. In short, do something. Democrats and the liberal media call the requirement “cruel” and “pathological.” Baloney. There’s no

Have you you ever noticed that for today’s civil rights movement, every racial problem is the equivalent of the Edmund Pettus Bridge? Everything is Selma! And have you ever noticed that for modern environmentalists, the Cuyahoga River is burning forever? What would have happened if the Edmund Pettus Bridge had been built over the Cuyahoga River? You’d get climate change uber alles. To wit: Jacqueline Patterson of the NAACP’s Environmental and Climate Justice Program says to achieve [Martin Luther] King’s vision, we must address climate change. Hillary Clinton was not a role model
Washington Examiner [DC], by Noemie Emery    Original Article

The New York Times dragged out a sanitized version of Hillary Clinton once again, in a lament that she had to expire politically to create an uprising. But people who want to see women advancing in politics should be glad that she lost. Clinton was not a role model, as her model wasn’t available to anyone who hadn’t married a president. A bad politician, she was dependent upon him, and when he turned out to be a chronic seducer and even abuser of women, she was willing to threaten and even destroy his victims to assure his success. Hillary Clinton’s biggest moments

Uranium Indictment in Maryland

A Maryland transportation firm executive´s indictment last week in the FBI investigation of a corrupt uranium deal was not "coincidental," Judicial Watch president Tom Fitton suggested on Fox and Friends Monday morning. The charges come after reports released in late December revealed that the Justice Department was taking a fresh look at the Uranium One deal that gave a Russian company control of 20 percent of the U.S. uranium industry while Hillary Clinton was secretary of state. Fitton couldn´t say for sure if the fresh scrutiny led to the indictment, but added, "It´s, I don´t think, coincidental, a few months after it´s

Georgia lawmaker Rep. John Lewis said he gets taunted in public, recalling a specific account of boarding a plane where someone was shouting "Trump!" at him. Planned Parenthood President Cecile Richards explained how the abortion giant’s business model works in a Monday interview, unveiling the various ways the company seeks to further its business activities. Richards encouraged pro-abortion civilians to come up with and act on their own creative ideas. Just do it, whatever it is you’re going to do,” Richards told FastCompany in an interview. “It’s going to be everybody doing their part.” Richards also touted the abortion organization’s text-chat service, which

NBC plans to televise any players who refuse to stand for “The Star-Spangled Banner” at the Super Bowl, but there may be nothing to show. It appears that NFL players are no longer taking a knee during the national anthem, namely because none of the teams with still-active protesters has qualified for the postseason. By the end of the regular season, only five teams featured at least one player regularly sitting or kneeling on the sidelines for the anthem: the Seattle Seahawks, the San Francisco 49ers, the Miami Dolphins, the New York Giants and the Oakland Raiders. Mitt Romney took a swipe at Donald Trump on Monday, condemning the crude comments the president was said to have made about Haiti and African countries -- calling them “inconsistent (with) America’s history and antithetical to American values” with a reference to Martin Luther King, Jr. The poverty of an aspiring immigrant’s nation of origin is as irrelevant as their race,” Romney tweeted. “The sentiment attributed to POTUS is inconsistent w/America’s history and antithetical to American values. Ever since Donald Trump entered the political arena, his intelligence has been viciously attacked and his supporters have been labeled as moronic deplorables. In a recent Trump tweet, the president responded to the most recent attack by saying he is a stable genius. The mainstream media never bothered checking evidence of Obama´s intelligence before one historian declared him "the smartest man with the highest IQ ever to be elected to the presidency", even though his academic records were sealed. A crazed, bug-eyed Cory Booker, junior senator from New Jersey, blasted Department of Homeland Security secretary Kristjen Nielsen during a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing yesterday on immigration. Booker became so unhinged in his staged outrage that he repeatedly threatened Nielsen, with clenched fists pointed in her direction. Equal to Booker´s overt violation of Nielsen´s right to be treated without hostility and intimidation was the deranged content of his tirade. Nielsen had stated earlier she did not hear the president say the "s-hole" word at last week´s White House meeting on DACA. Booker went ballistic and accused Nielsen of covering up

From his perch in the Ohio governor’s mansion, Republican John Kasich is keeping a keen eye on President Trump’s every move and showing a willingness — some say eagerness — to hurl rotten tomatoes toward the leader of his party when he gets upset with the act.He has become a go-to anti-Trump source for the media and often doesn’t even wait for the press to call. Instead, he leaps in to pile on after presidential missteps. While insisting he wants Mr. Trump to succeed, Mr. Kasich has pointedly refused to rule out mounting a primary challenge against the president in 2020.
