The U.S. Secret Service on Sunday said Donald Trump Jr. was not under protection during his meeting with a Russian attorney in June 2016, adding that they would not have screened any of his meetings. "Donald Trump, Jr. was not a protectee of the USSS in June, 2016. Thus we would not have screened anyone he was meeting with at that time," Secret Service spokesman Mason Brayman said in a statement to Reuters. On Sunday morning, Jay Sekulow, a member of Trump´s legal team, questioned on ABC News´ "This Week" why the Secret Service allowed Trump Jr. to meet Kremlin-linked

"Trump Jr., ......met with Veselnitskaya, who said she had damaging information on Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton."

She speaks only limited English, which is why the British music promoter had to arrange a meeting for her and Trump campaign. As to Jay Sekulow, he believes that he is still an FNC analyst rather than a discreet attorney for the President. He´s becoming the Lanny Davis of Repubs, always on and always spinning. There was nothing illegal about having the meeting and the Trump team did not ask anyone to perform an illegal act as a result of the meeting. That´s all that Jay has to say.

Let´s get back to those FISA warrants that allowed the snooping on the Trump campaign.
This Russian lawyer looks like the perfect vehicle to ride right in.

This whole situation reeks of setup by Clinton team, Loretta Lynch, and the Obama administration. From the moment Donald Trump won the presidency, these individuals took the necessary steps to start the "Russian collusion" theory. That was the very reason why Wisconsin had to do their recount.

They along with the liberals are trying daily to discredit Trump as our President. This is disgusting.

So since Jr. wasn´t under protective service, did that mean anyone who "said´ they were meeting with Jr would be let in.? That seems like a gaping hole in security.Absurd.

The leftist media keep leaving out the important things. Did Trump Jr. yawn at the meeting? Use a tissue? Take a sip of water?
Was the water in a paper cup or a glass? Was
there any water available at all?

All of these un-answered questions! We probably will never now the full extent of what went on at this secret meeting! (s/o)

It is becoming more and more evident.
the ANTI-American democRATS, their running, yappinf yellow dogs in the so-called media and so-called ?republicans? are trying to make this Anti-Trump thing into another "watergate" where LIES and Cheating took down President Nixon. I just hope to God there are enough sensible Americans and Republicans to beat back the hoards of LIARS, CHEATS and THEIVES acting like they are the ?elite? looking out for the rest of us.

The Department of Justice has identified a former business associate of ex-Trump campaign manager Paul Manafort as an "upper-echelon [associate] of Russian organized crime." The declaration came in a 115-page filing as part of the government´s case against Dmytro Firtash, a Ukrainian oligarch who was once involved in a failed multimillion-dollar deal to buy New York´s Drake Hotel with Manafort, and an important player in the Ukrainian political party for which Manafort worked. Firtash is being prosecuted for what federal prosecutors in Chicago say was his role in bribing Indian officials in order to get a lucrative mining deal to sell titanium

WASHINGTON: A small green sponge discovered in dark, icy waters of the Pacific off Alaska could be the first effective weapon against pancreatic cancer, researchers said Wednesday. Pancreatic cancer, with particularly aggressive tumors, is notoriously difficult to treat. “One would never have imagined looking at this sponge that it could be miraculous,” Bob Stone, a researcher at the NOAA Alaska Fisheries Science Center, said in a briefing by phone. Stone discovered the sponge, dull in color, called “Latrunculia austini” in 2005 while on a seabed exploration expedition in Alaska. It lives on rocks in patches at depths of 230-720 feet (70-219m). Lab testing has shown

Trump´s Transgender Ban Is

President Donald Trump’s Wednesday announcement on Twitter that transgender men and women will not be allowed to serve in the military “in any capacity” was not a complete surprise: Last month, Defense Secretary James Mattis announced that the military was hitting the pause button on an Obama-era plan to welcome openly transgender people into the military. But the announcement was a legal land mine. The Trump administration may soon learn that singling out a class of people for exclusion violates the constitutional guarantee of equal protection under the law. And as to those transgender soldiers already serving openly, any effort

WASHINGTON - House Majority Whip Steve Scalise - who was critically wounded in a shooting at a baseball practice last month - has been discharged from a Washington hospital. MedStar Washington Hospital Center says the six-term Louisiana Republican was released from the hospital on Tuesday and is beginning "intensive inpatient rehabilitation." It isn´t identifying the facility. The hospital says in a statement that Scalise (skuh-LEES´) was in good spirits and looking forward to returning to work once he completes his rehabilitation. Scalise and four other people were injured June 14 when a man opened fire on a Republican baseball practice in nearby Alexandria, Virginia. The

The big selloff is under way at Time Inc. “We are looking to sell Coastal Living, Sunset and Golf,” a Time Inc. spokeswoman confirmed on Tuesday, ending weeks of speculation. Media Ink had reported back on June 15 — in the wake of Time’ s announcement that it was chopping 300 jobs worldwide and would engage in “portfolio rationalization” — that rumors were swirling that those three titles were going to be sold. Health, a fourth title that was rumored to be heading out the door, will instead be kept, sources said. Execs believe the name has upside potential in the digital world —

Imran Awan, a House staffer at the center of a criminal investigation potentially impacting dozens of Democratic lawmakers, has been arrested on bank fraud and is prevented from leaving the country while the charges are pending. A senior House Democratic aide confirmed Awan was still employed by Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D-Fla.) as of Tuesday morning. But David Damron, a spokesman for Wasserman Schultz, later said that Awan was fired on Tuesday. Awan pleaded not guilty on Tuesday to one count of bank fraud during his arraignment in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.

On Thursday, New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio was holding a press conference in Queens regarding a $16 million sidewalk recovery project. He likely didn´t expect what came next. According to the New York Post, as de Blasio was speaking, 63-year-old Vickie Paladino stopped her car, stepped out, and began yelling at the mayor: I want to know why you let your police officers down and our country down by going to Germany and protesting against our country. I want to know why you are doing that, OK? I don´t care about the trees. We´ll work it out. Find

The moderator lauded Michelle Obama for her achievements over the past eight years and touched on the former first lady’s plans, but Tuesday’s conversation also veered into uncomfortable territory. It was Obama’s largest public appearance since the 2016 election — speaking in front of more than 8,000 people at the Women’s Foundation of Colorado’s 30th anniversary celebration — and she touched on personal attacks that she faced again and again. Many had the same theme. “The shards that cut me the deepest were the ones that intended to cut,” Obama said, according to the Denver Post. “Knowing that after eight

Her photograph will not feature on the cover - and she will call herself Hillary Rodham Clinton. She ran as Hillary Clinton. The memoir, published by Simon & Schuster promises to deliver the story of her defeat ´now free from the constraints of politics´. It will finally break the pattern of months by containing details of her ´mistakes´ - but firmly blame James Comey and the Russians. One friend of Clinton told The Hill it would be a ´bombshell´. Let’s review a few recent developments. Last week, Sean Spicer, the White House press secretary, resigned. This was part of a “White House shakeup” to get the Trump administration back on track. The new communications director, Anthony Scaramucci, would fix the White House’s “messaging problem.” Within 24 hours of Scaramucci’s appointment, the president returned to Twitter and unloaded another torrent of political bombshells, including talking about his power to pardon, even as his attorneys were denying that Donald Trump was thinking about pardoning anyone.
