Fake News: NYT Journalist Behind Comey
Memo Admits He NEVER Saw It (Video)

Original Article

Michael Schmidt, the New York Times “journalist” behind the alleged “Trump-Comey Memo”, told fake news anchor, Brian Williams, that he has NOT seen the memo Comey allegedly wrote. Schmidt stumbled over his words as he commented to Williams, “Someone that had seen [the memo] had recounted details to me.” You can watch a video of Schmidt below: (Video) GotNews reports: Schmidt has been called out for getting a story wildly wrong before thanks to his anonymous sources. Schmidt, citing his anonymous federal law enforcement sources, claimed that one of the San Bernardino terrorists had talked about jihad openly. She didn’t.

They just make stuff up and print it.

Garbage spewing from Fake News Central at NYT.

I´ll never ever click on their site again. I was close, but this will make it 100%.

Something that occurs to me, and I´m surprised nobody else has brought this up: Even if Comey can produce a ´memo´ this would be nothing more than something he scrawled on a piece of paper. There is no assurance it really represents notes taken at the time, or even if it was that it reflects what was actually said. Comey could write down anything at any time and claim it to be such a memo.

This stuff is bordering on sedition. It is a deliberate and cold-blooded attempt to overthrow this government.

The AG or FCC should pursue it as such. This might be a bit of a stretch, but not by much!

li·bel
´lib?l
noun
1.
LAW
a published false statement that is damaging to a person´s reputation; a written defamation.

I´m not a lawyer, but the circumstances in this case appear to be such that President Trump could have a serious case of libel against the NYT and this journalist. They printed a false assertion without any confirmation or evidence, and they did so with malicious intent knowing (actualy pre-celebrating) that it would be damaging to the President. Trump has successfully won such cases before. I´d like to see him become the new owner of the NYT.

Everyone, why do you think Obama brought Jarrett back to DC. This is all Obama´s doing. Please remember that the day the fake news hit about Trump telling Russians secrets and the same day this memo came out was the day that the information about Seth Rich hit the street. I´m telling you that all this fake news was to a smoke screen so that you would not pay attention to the real story of the day.....Seth Rich.

How much proof do you people need? We´ve already been told that Comey is a person who always writes down the details of his meetings -either during or shortly afterwords ,while it´s still fresh in his mind. I think that is something they teach in law school.

Time to impeach the President! I think they teach that at organ-grinder monkey class, too.

Numbers of us have already expressed our opinion that the memo could have been written at any time and it would still be a matter of “he said, he said”. Bear little weight.

Comey is realizing now that others know that had his “memo” described a Trump request to cancel the Flynn investigation that rose to the level of interference with that investigation, he (Comey) was required to inform Congress. He didn’t.

If he persists with this memo he puts himself in jeopardy.

He’s kind of in the soup either way, isn’t he. But backing down on his memo, admitting it doesn’t exist or that it doesn’t say Trump broke any law, only costs him face. The other could cost him far more.

We already knew he hadn´t seen it, he said so in the article. He also said his source only read parts of the memo to him and that it was unclassified. It is outrageous he would print such an inflammatory story without actually seeing the evidence. He didn´t even hear the whole thing so couldn´t possibly have known the context which as we know is critical. Fact is no one has seen it, yet "predictably deranged democrats and their unhinged allies" (h/t Sean Hannity) are so disturbed and screeching impeachment all over hell and half of Georgia. Some of those unhinged allies are Republicans - John McCain (D-Mole).

This whole thing has gotten way out of hand and Michael Schmidt should be chastised and shamed for publishing with such thin sourcing. Any "journalist" worth his salt would have insisted on seeing the memo before running the story. It all may be true but nobody, including Schmidt, knows for sure.

When I was in the Air Force (1974-1986), Memos for Record were considered a form of Official Correspondence, with rules of format and distribution. Format was simple, just state the topic and summarize the action. Distribution: One copy to your files, and one sent to the other party/parties involved. That way EVERYONE knew what happened and had the same record of it.

Seems to me, since the Dems/Enemedia do not have the votes to do anything but screech like evil retards, that they should just be ignored or possibly given a middle finger in passing. No sane person is compelled to take their witch hunts or mock trials seriously, much less participate in them. Let them screech, knowing the Electoral College landslide will stand until 2020, and that we have trumped their former power to deceive with votes to spare. Best, just ignore them and get on with the work of reversing all BarackHussein´s damage.

If the memo exists, I´d have to believe he dictated it into his phone or used a computer so that metadata would exist to prove WHEN he made the memo. If in fact he wanted to leave a paper trail or build a case, he´d make sure it could be documented and verified. I doubt he used handwritten notes.
If, as he claims (although I can´t be 100% sure he claims this because I haven´t spoken with him), it was his practice to create these memos after private discussions with important people, then he should be able to produce hundred or thousands of memos from conversations with others. If there ARE no others, then we have to wonder WHY ONLY Trump.

John Kelly reanimated the Department of Homeland Security during his six-month stay at the agency, which had been paralyzed by the easy-migration policies imposed by former President Barack Obama. His most skilled achievement was to push President Donald Trump’s pro-American policies forward while keeping good relations with the Hill Democrats. His main strategy was to remind Democrats that he was merely enforcing the laws they had already passed and to invite them to change their laws if they disliked his enforcement policies. He sidelined most of the top staff picked by Obama and allowed the department’s border and enforcement agents

Here are just some of the things that I believe show that the previous president was the crazy one: President Obama threatened to cut off education funds if schools didn´t allow boys to go into girls’ facilities if they felt like a girl. Anyone who not only thinks that it is OK for boys to expose their sex organs to girls but thinks the government should force everyone to allow it is off his rocker. Earlier in the night, I’d tweeted, citing a “senior White House official,” that Scaramucci was having dinner at the White House with President Trump, the First Lady, Sean Hannity, and the former Fox News executive Bill Shine. It was an interesting group, and raised some questions. Was Trump getting strategic advice from Hannity? Was he considering hiring Shine? But Scaramucci had his own question—for me. “Who leaked that to you?” he asked. I said I couldn’t give him that information.

Debbie Wasserman Schultz employed Pakistani IT staffers and brothers who were paid over $4 million dollars over the course of their employment even though they were accused of a cyber-security breach. Hillary Clinton is to call her new memoir about being beaten by Donald Trump ´What Happened´, her publisher announced Thursday. Her photograph will not feature on the cover - and she will call herself Hillary Rodham Clinton. She ran as Hillary Clinton. The memoir, published by Simon & Schuster promises to deliver the story of her defeat ´now free from the constraints of politics´. It will finally break the pattern of months by containing details of her ´mistakes´ - but firmly blame James Comey and the Russians. One friend of Clinton told The Hill it would be a ´bombshell´. President Trump responded to the Senate Republican´s inability to pass a skinny version of Obamacare´s repeal the only way he knows how: Twitter. (Tweet) Senate Republicans weren´t able to muster enough votes to pass their skinny repeal of Obamacare. Senators voted 49-51 shortly before 2:00 a.m. Friday morning. Sen. John McCain (R-Arizona) cast a surprise "no" vote. He was joined by GOP Sens. Lisa Murkowski (Alaska), Susan Collins (Maine). The bill, titled the Health Care Freedom Act, would have repealed the individual insurance mandate. It would also have repealed the employer mandate for eight years.

What would you conclude if you voted for a candidate or a party because of a promise to repeal or change a law that you strongly felt was harmful and unjust, but once in office the party refused to do it? You might conclude, rightly, that those politicians didn’t really work for you, and the party didn’t care what you thought. That’s precisely the message Republicans have been sending their constituents throughout the Obamacare repeal fiasco. The failure of Senate Republicans to pass a so-called “skinny repeal” in the early hours of Friday is merely the latest instance of GOP

During a press conference on Friday, Senate Minority Leader Senator Chuck Schumer (D-NY) praised Senators John McCain (R-AZ), Lisa Murkowski (R-AK), and Susan Collins (R-ME) for their votes against the skinny Obamacare repeal and stated McCain’s vote showed the same courage he showed during his service in the Vietnam War. Schumer said that he and McCain “have been friends for a very long time, ever since the Gang of Eight, which we put together. And I have not seen a senator who speaks truth to power as strongly, as well, and as frequently as John McCain. The very same courage

WASHINGTON -- The senator who was defeated by President Obama in his 2008 quest for the White House stepped in to cast the deciding vote to kill Senate Republicans´ last-gasp effort to repeal Obama´s signature healthcare legislation before the summer recess. Sens. Susan Collins (R-Maine) and Lisa Murkowski (R-Alaska) were expected to vote against the "skinny repeal" -- a bare-bones repeal of only the individual and employer mandates as well as the medical device tax; the latter has drawn bipartisan criticism over the years. Vice President Mike Pence was at the Capitol, ready to cast a tie-breaking vote as he had to
