Paris attack: The unbelievable stupidity of ISIS
Fox News, by Andrew Peek

Original Article

The slaying of at least one police officer and the wounding of two others by an ISIS gunman in Paris on Thursday was yet another tragedy for France. It joins the long list of French atrocities committed by ISIS, from the Bataclan massacre in November 2015 to the truck rampage in Nice that killed 84 last summer. France is the perfect target for jihadists. It is an icon of Western pleasures, from the Champs-Élysées, where Thursday’s attack occurred, to the beaches of the Riviera and Nice. It has an aggressive foreign policy: contra the laugh-lines of congressmen from 2003, the French

With a high population of muzzies--- what is it, 25%?--- the French have lost their own country.

It can happen here.

Exposing the New York Times’
hypocrisy on Jeff Sessions
New York Post, by Michael Goodwin    Original Article

Last year, after President-elect Trump picked Jeff Sessions to be attorney general, The New York Times editorial page called the Alabama senator “radical” and “extreme” and tarred him as an unrepentant racist and xenophobe. Last week, after Trump criticized Sessions and others, the same editorial page suddenly discovered a new fondness for Sessions. The Times now insisted that Trump had impugned his “integrity” and that of others “who have spent their careers respecting and protecting” the law. It’s not likely that Sessions is grateful for the embrace. He knows he’s just a pawn — dirt when Trump embraces him, and a saint

Trump Wants to Take on Bob

The news that President Trump’s legal team is already evaluating the scope of his pardon authority, as well as steps that can be taken to push back on the breadth of Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation, rippled across social media Thursday night. Of particular interest was that Mueller’s potential inquiry into the president’s financial dealings (and his tax returns) has apparently so incensed President Trump and resulted in a warning that the former FBI director should not cross that proverbial “red line.” President Trump, of course, has a long history of being a more-than-capable litigant in his pre-presidential life, and

Trump has already made America $4
trillion richer (with just six months in office)

It’s Thursday, July 20th. As of today, Donald Trump has been president for 6 months. The media coverage of the president is overwhelmingly negative: the press remains contemptuous, and they´re pushing to get him out before he completes his first term. Investors might think differently. The great success of the Trump presidency thus far, is not what he´s done, but what he promises to do, namely, get the economy going again. Evidently, investors believe he might yet get it done. Look at this: since his election win, the Trump rally has added $4.1 trillion to the nation´s wealth. Anyone with a

For Sanders, path to Trump press

WASHINGTON -- New White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders was schooled in hardscrabble politics - and down-home rhetoric - from a young age by her father, former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee. Her way with a zinger - and her unshakable loyalty to an often unpredictable boss - are big reasons why she became a rising star in President Donald Trump´s orbit. She´ll take over for Sean Spicer, who abruptly announced Friday that he´s resigning, effective at the end of August. Sanders steps into what has been deemed the most difficult job in Washington. Her responsibilities are not just to do

Kushner updates financial

White House senior adviser and President Trump’s son-in-law Jared Kushner filed an amended version of his personal financial disclosure form on Friday that showed his initial filing omitted dozens of additional assets, according to a new report. Kushner’s new disclosure includes 77 assets that were “inadvertently omitted” from Kushner’s original disclosure and include real estate, bonds and a personal art collection, The Wall Street Journal reported. The refiled form also adds additional details about Kushner’s real estate assets that were included on his original disclosure form filed in March. One of the disclosures Kushner omitted was a business relationship with Goldman Sachs and

The media´s war on Trump is

These are the worst of times for the American news media, but they are also the best. The newspaper industry as a whole has been dying slowly for years, as the pathetic tale of the once-mighty Chicago Tribune reminds us. But for the handful of well funded journalistic enterprises that survive, the Trump era is turning out to be a “golden age” – a time of high purpose and moral vindication. The people of the respectable east coast press loathe the president with an amazing unanimity. They are obsessed with documenting his bad taste, with finding faults in his stupid

America needs good folks like

In an extraordinary interview with The New York Times, President Trump was inappropriately critical of Attorney General Jeff Sessions. It was almost an invitation for Sessions to resign. He should not. There are many good people serving in this administration, under difficult circumstances. The circumstances are not difficult because of a foreign threat, economic calamity or effective political opposition, but because of the conduct, temperament and character of the president. Nonetheless, it is vital that the good people who function as the anchors of the Trump administration stay in place and serve for as long as they can. Without them,

Jeb Bush slammed Republicans Saturday for giving President Trump a free pass on Russia — while blasting President Obama for the same thing. “If your opponent does things that … your head explodes on … then when your guy does the same thing, have the same passion to be critical,” the former Florida governor fumed at Ozy Fest, a Central Park festival hosted by the digital news magazine Ozy. Jeb’s jab appeared to be a thinly veiled reference to GOP leadership going easy on Trump for not criticizing Russia for its alleged meddling in U.S. elections. Trump has deflected criticism

South Carolina Sen. Lindsey Graham is urging South Carolinians to vote against him when they disagree with his support for a national amnesty plus a greater inflow of foreign workers to take Americans’ jobs. “To the people who object to this, I don’t want you to vote for me because I cannot serve you well,” he said in a Capitol Hill press conference July 20. He continued: The key here is to be fair to the 11 million [illegal immigrants], starting with the [2 million younger illegals] ‘Dreamers,’ but convince people we’re going to do what our great friend [President] Ronald Reagan

Colin Kaepernick is an NFL pariah. His stand for social justice by taking a knee during the national anthem last season as a member of the San Francisco 49ers has left him sitting on his couch as NFL training camps commence this week. His sideline satyagraha, designed to bring attention to civil rights violations and disparities in treatment from law enforcement in this country, makes him unemployable in a league that frowns upon individuality and values compliance and conformity from its players. Players for all 32 teams will have reported for camp by end of this week. It doesn’t look

While there are doubtless celebrations in Moscow, the news that Sen. John McCain has irreversible brain cancer hit me harder than any such news since I sat in a seventh-grade classroom and our science teacher ran down the hall shouting, “The president’s been shot.” That president, JFK, was a war hero, too, but not one of McCain’s stature. Shot down over North Vietnam, crippled by wounds and tortured, McCain refused early release and remained in his Hanoi prison, suffering for years beside his comrades. Returning home at last, on crutches, he dedicated himself to serving the people of Arizona and the

Authorities in Florida say that a group of teenagers recorded the drowning of a disabled man last week — and did nothing to help as they made fun of his struggles. Jamel Dunn, 32, of Cocoa, drowned in a retention pond July 9. His body was recovered July 14, two days after his fiancee reported him missing. Late last week, a friend of Dunn´s family came across the video on social media and forwarded it to authorities in Brevard County. In the video, which was published by the Florida Today newspaper Thursday, the teens can be heard laughing at Dunn

The outcome of O.J. Simpson’s parole hearing, broadcast live Thursday, was clear from the very beginning, when chairperson Connie Bisbee addressed him not as Inmate #1027820 but as a star. “I’m a little nervous, so bear with me,” she said. It was an odd ceding of power: After all, there’s no law requiring televised parole hearings. But Simpson doesn’t just occupy a singular nexus between celebrity and the criminal justice system; there’s never been a figure like him in American life. Bisbee wasn’t alone in being starstruck. Her colleague, parole board member Adam Engel, wore an NFL tie. When Bisbee mistakenly declared

An organization representing top state election officials is complaining it´s being kept in the dark by the federal government after a new report showed the Obama administration was quietly making extensive plans — including the possibility of deploying armed troops — in the case of an election day cyberattack or last-minute propaganda efforts from Russia. Time Magazine reported on a document it obtained showing the administration´s plans, which noted that state and local governments would have the primary jurisdiction, but called for the deployment of armed troops to counter a "significant incident." The plan allowed for the deployment of "armed federal law
