Top Climate Alarm “Scientist”:
Get Rid of Cars, Coal, Steel —
or Its End of the World

Professor Hans Joachim Schellnhuber (shown) wants to take us back to the Stone Age — literally. In a March 15 interview with the German newspaper Deutsche Welle, the German physicist declared that global warming is so serious that not only must we all give up the use of coal and our internal combustion vehicles in the next 13 years, but we must also ditch concrete and steel — for “wood, clay and stone.” If we don’t do this, along with other drastic measures, we are headed toward planetary warming of “4, 5, 6 or even 12 degrees,” he claims. This

Comments:
To date I have never seen anyone ask deranged Marxists like him how they would fly planes, fuel ships, etc.by solar and wind energy. Before you blow this guy off as insignificant, it is terrifying to see that he is the lead author on the UN climate change panel and top science advisor to the EU and the World Bank. That is absolutely outrageous and horrifying.

Contd. FTA: "His most significant recent conquest has been his appointment in 2015 to the Pontifical Academy of Science, where his impact has already been felt. Schellnhuber, reportedly, had a significant role in writing Pope Francis’ radical environmental encyclical, Laudato Si, which has alarmed many Catholics and pro-life advocates (see here, here, and here) who see him as a key operative in the George Soros/John Podesta/Hillary Clinton/Barack Obama cabal exposed by WikiLeaks, and that has been welcomed into the Vatican by Pope Francis."

FTA: "The Vatican appointment is indeed odd and alarming. Not only is Schellnhuber a vocal atheist, but he is also well-known as a population-control advocate, along with being a member of the elite Club of Rome, one of the planet’s most prominent population-control organizations."

This guy is so frightening and wields way TOO MUCH power. The fact that the Pope even appointed him should stun every Catholic and any other US citizen. We are fighting and endless battle and I fear we are losing. Of course Soros is always in the mix. He is an evil, evil dangerous man.

God save us from evil leftist tyrants.

While forcing everyone into the stone age, they will make sure to have cars, planes, and plenty other ´status items´ for themselves. Know what else the left will make sure they keep for themselves? Guns and tanks. They will need them to control and cull the population. Get rid of steel and coal? How does he propose to feed the population?

These people are dangerous.

Funny how "THE END IS NIGH, ONLY 13 YEARS LEFT TO CHANGE!!!" doesn´t really seem to resonate.

It kinda reminds me of the old joke "Yo momma so fat, she got one of those flesh-eating bacterias, the doctor says she´s got 13 years to live".

Naturally, our cultural and intellectual ´betters´ will have heat, lights, transportation, etc. so that they can keep an eye on things.

I´m no "global climate alarmist". But, I do realize there is something dreadfully wrong with the human thing on this planet. I have a good understanding to the break even point where humans finally out strip the necessary resources for their continued sustenance. They are very much like the parasitic plant mistletoe, which continues to grow and consume its host tree until the host dies and thus so does the parasite.

What ever happens, if we do not get a grip on human population explosion, there is going to be a grim future for not only humans, but every living thing we hold dear.

For the last few days, much of Washington has been obsessed with what Representative Devin Nunes did last Tuesday evening. That was the night before Nunes, chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, made the explosive allegation that he had viewed dozens of intelligence reports obtained through government eavesdropping that inappropriately included details about the Trump transition team. (Snip) Most important, Nunes told me these reports were sent to the Obama White House among other executive branch agencies. Nunes until now had only said the reports he viewed were widely distributed inside the government. "The reports included details about the Trump

Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer said he predicts Republicans’ efforts on tax reform will have a similar outcome to their attempt to repeal and replace Obamacare. (Snip) While the White House has expressed hopes they can include Democrats in the process, Schumer said if they plan to pass the measure using the reconciliation process, they will run into some issues. “Now that the jig is finally up on health care, our Republican friends have signaled they will turn to taxes. I hope they have learned the lessons of Trumpcare,” he said on the Senate floor Monday. “One of the reasons

Fox’s Neil Cavuto ended his show this afternoon by criticizing the “over-the-top negative media response” to President Trump. Last week Cavuto said that while some of the media’s complaints about the Trump administration are important ones, there is a lot of unhinged “rage” going on in the press that keeps many from being fair. And while Fox has been criticized by other press outlets for not being tough enough on the president, Cavuto said today there are other outlets that are being way too biased against him. He made it clear that Trump “doesn’t much like me,” but Cavuto went on to observe,

The White House said Monday that President Trump is “absolutely” serious about working with Democrats on health care legislation after conservative Republicans balked at a GOP plan to repeal and replace Obamacare. “We learned a lot through this process,” said White House press secretary Sean Spicer. “If we can come up with resolution on a way to move forward, we’ll certainly entertain that. I don’t think we’ve seen the end of health care.” Mr. Trump criticized the conservative House Freedom Caucus for failing to support the administration-backed bill last week, saying they were allowing Obamacare to remain in place and

An FBI undercover agent encouraged a terrorist to “tear up Texas” before the 2015 Garland, Texas shooting, and was at the crime scene and failed to stop or engage the perpetrators. This was revealed in an investigation by CBS’s “60 Minutes” that aired Sunday. The Garland shooting left two terrorists, Elliot Simpson and Nadir Soofi, dead. They attempted to attack an event featuring cartoons of the Muslim prophet Mohammed, but were stopped by local police. Is a guaranteed paycheck from the government, with no strings attached, the answer to the relentless rise of automation? The concept might sound far-fetched, but a so-called universal basic income (UBI), is currently one of the most hotly debated policy topics being floated as a means to address income inequality and the disruption that technology poses to the workforce. UBI is being tested in Finland and other international markets, but has received decidedly mixed reactions. Meanwhile, developments in robotics and artificial intelligence have grave implications for the labor force. A report issued this week from consulting firm PwC found that
