Sworn Donald Trump enemy John McCain admitted Wednesday that he passed the dossier of claims of a Russian blackmail plot against the president-elect. The Arizona senator issued a public statement amid mounting questions of his exact role in the affair - and how a document riddled with errors and unverifiable claims came to be published. ´Late last year, I received sensitive information that has since been made public,´ he said. ´Upon examination of the contents, and unable to make a judgment about their accuracy, I delivered the information to the Director of the FBI. ´That has been the extent of

Senator McCain needs to be recalled if possible or if he has any dignity left he should resign.

Arizona needs to recall him and replace him with an actual Conservative. By the way, Flake needs to go too....

McCain should be stripped of the Armed Forces Committee Chairmanship. This is the most dirty act of betrayal possible. The man did not even have the courtesy to call Trump, and ask him, because he was so anxious to stab Trump in the back. McCain is persona non grata, and forever branded with lying traitor on his forehead. McCain has not met a terrorist that he does not want to arm, or a country he does not want to get the US involved in militarily. McCain should court martialed out of the Senate.

He is still an American hero for his actions while a POW in North Vietnam, but McCain has been slipping for years and has now completely lost it.

He should resign from the Senate immediately, if he has the mental capacity left to do it, or else he should be impeached and removed from office.

Put up a statue to his 1960´s era Navy service, then try to forget the depths to which he has sunk since then.

Hopefully this is the ammunition needed to knock enough sense into the Arizona voters to get McCain beaten in his next primary contest.

The pressure should be unrelenting for McCain to do the honorable thing and resign. This was such an act of betrayal and dishonesty, that his name should forever be associated with one of the most despicable politically motivated deeds in modern history. He must be confronted and then denounced.

To poster #5, McPain is despised by the POWs he was interned with. He was a traitor then and is a traitor now. If it weren´t for his dad and grandfather being respected flag officers, admirals at that, he would have been fired for crashing not one, but five navy aircraft. I guess that makes him an Ace. Not!

I call AZ home and I am totally disgusted with both of the senators from this great state of Arizona. I hope Dr. Kelli Ward tromps on Flake (great name for a true flake) and brings some dignity to the US Senate.

I have had great difficulty understanding how Arizona voters can continue to re-elect this horrible person, as well as the awful Jeff Flake. Is it the nut jobs from California who infiltrated?

Reply 21 - Posted by: earlybird, 1/11/2017 2:18:55 PM     (No. 11104490)

Some posters don’t seem to understand that a person doesn’t have to be elected unanimously to an office. Not every person in a state has to vote for a senator for them to be elected. I am stunned at the ignorance displayed on this. If someone we don’t like is elected, it doesn’t mean that every person or every Republican voted for them. Just enough votes for a majority.

Before posting such opinions, posters should go to the respective state offices that give the registration count just before elections. (In California, that is the office of the Secretary of State.) In California, they’d find out that Republican registrations in the millions are seriously outnumbered by Democrats in more millions. Outnumbered Republican voters should not be held responsible and slammed for what happens in elections.

#23: that´s the concern. He switches to Dem as does Graham and causes major problems for Trump. I´d love it if Manchin crossed over as he´s said he might. That would take some of the power away from the bobsy twins.

Best if Arizona were to just recall him or demand his resignation and then replace him. What a horrible man he´s become.

McCain would never, ever have been selected to become a naval aviator, being at the bottom of his class at the Naval Academy (894 out of 899). Only because of nepotism; his father and grandfather being Admirals, was he allowed to fly. He was known as McNasty in high school. How this aged p**** keeps being re-elected is sad. He should be in a rest home.

McCain was such a lousy pilot that he destroyed 5 aircraft before his last one. He and Kerry conspired to cover up and hide the survival of American POWs in VietNam. This guy was never a hero. A true hero from the Hanoi Hilton was Rep. Sam Johnson from Texas. They barely talk. McTraitor broke faster than anyone else in the Hilton, giving him great infamy among the rest, who STILL tended his wounds and nursed him to health, although they witnessed others who died from their torture. McVain has been living with demons ever since.

His traitorous ways have just come home to roost. There is no way out of this one. He´d doomed. If McChins McConnell doesn´t oust him after inauguration and replace him with Ted Cruz, there will be war in the GOP.

Political counter culture icon Andrew Breitbart mastered the use of a simple term: “SO”? Whenever challenged about the downside of his approach, AB had an inherent knack for removing toxic attacks by owning, yet not accepting their framework of, the downside; then artfully he’d expose their banality through simple counter questions, ‘truisms’. Rabid leftists would never quite know how to respond to the linguistic judo and consistently over react in behavior and declaration. This exposed their ideological moonbattery. Sometimes he’d even join them in leading a chant framed to display the inevitable conclusion of their current protest: What do we

Sen. Ted Cruz (R., Texas) on Tuesday introduced legislation that would mandate the declassification and public release of information on previous terrorist activities of former Guantanamo Bay detainees transferred since the presidential election. The Defense Department has announced the transfer of several Guantanamo prisoners to foreign countries in recent months, as Republicans in Congress have expressed concerns about former prisoners resuming terrorist activities and the ability of foreign governments to keep track of ex-detainees. The Wall Street Journal reported on Monday that 10 detainees were transferred to the government of Oman this week, whittling the prison population down to below

President Barack Obama announced his plan to free Chelsea Manning (who changed his name from Bradley) after leaking classified military documents to Wikileaks and being sentenced to 35 years in prison for his crimes. Once in prison, Manning went on a hunger strike to demand sex change surgery in prison, which was granted by officials at the cost of American taxpayers. Obama included Manning on a list of prisoner commutations announced late Tuesday afternoon, allowing him to be set free on May 17, 2017. A set of spectacular pictures have emerged showing a precarious mountain motorway carved out of cliffs in remote China by local villagers hoping to reach the outside world. Located in Ningqang county in Shaanxi province, this 6000-metre-long (3.73-mile-long) road was designed and built by residents of Xifanggou, according to Xinhua. Construction started in 2000 and finished in 2006. (Photos) Driveways are carved from the vertical cliffs of Daba mountain, north-west China. The road has brought Xifanggou villagers closer to the nearby Maobahe Town as it shortened the usual travelling time to 10 minutes to reach the closest bus stop. There

Michelle Obama´s choice of clothes has had an enormous impact on American and the world, the New York Times tells us. Consider that for five and a half years there was a blog chronicling Mrs. Obama’s wardrobe choices, arguably the first devoted to the clothes of a political figure, and that when Mr. Obama wore a tan suit to a news conference it practically broke the internet (ditto when he eschewed a tie). Consider that Mrs. Obama’s effect on fashion brands was the subject of a study by a New York University professor in the Harvard Business Review entitled “How
