Buzzfeed’s Trump report takes
‘fake news’ to a new level

New York Post, by John Podhoretz

So the website BuzzFeed decided to publish a series of memos that have been floating around for months alleging all kinds of terrible things about Donald Trump. Some of those terrible allegations have to do with efforts to influence the American elections and Trump. Some of them have to do with Trump’s personal sexual conduct. Readers of this newspaper know well not to include me among Trump’s supporters. But the scurrilousness of what BuzzFeed has done here is so beyond the bounds of what is even remotely acceptable it should compel even those most outraged by Trump’s political excesses to come to

Later in the piece he says as an experienced editor he´s found there is no source less trustworthy than an "intelligence" source delivering dirt on someone.

From Podhoeretz: “Fake news will become more sophisticated, and fake, ambiguous, and spun-up stories will spread widely,” warned an important American editor at the end of December 2016. His name: Ben Smith. His publication: BuzzFeed.

What an opportunity for an honest journalistic venture. Imagine being the last honest news source. These goons distributing propaganda and "Graffiti News"are merely trashing their own reputations. They are merely signing their own bankruptcy papers.

This is explains why intelligence agencies keep missing major events. They are too incompetent and corrupt to do their damn job.

So, the CIA placed this fake golden showers nonsense into their report and briefed Obama and Trump with totally made up information as truth, information only meant to destroy Trump and then the CIA got caught. Great. So now, whatever intel they claim to be factual will be doubted from here on out. How could that possibly put the nation in danger?

Thank you imbedded Saul Alinsky Marxists who have highest level security clearances and work for the government intelligence services. You´ve served the one to whom Alinsky dedicated Rules For Radicals quite well.

Schumer was absolutely correct. The intel services have proven beyond doubt that they will do anything to destroy Trump and this nation; anything.

This is McCarthyism, pure and simple. Call it out for what it is.

The sick trick of saying to someone that "I´m telling you about this [terrible, horrible, disgusting, career-ending, life-destroying] rumor floating around out there simply as a courtesy" was J. Edgar Hoover´s modus operandi and his favorite way of blackmailing people. His successor Jim Comey seems to have learned the trick as well, and CIA Director John Muhammad Brennan has been using it on steroids. Busting this hoax should destroy such corrupt entities as CNN and Buzzfeed -- but there is plenty of blame to go around -- including Jake the Fake Tapper, a host of Washington Post and NY Slimes "reporters," and in the middle of it all, John McCain, Lindsey Graham and above all others, Barack Hussein Obama.

Careful with the McCarthyism paradigm.

The ´Verona Files´ proved, and I mean PROVED, that McCarthy was right.

Like "Swift-Boating", do let us remember that the commonly held notion is bass-ackwards.

Absolutely right no. 7. The truth was expolsive. People should be prosecuted for this. I would not be surprised if the Dems were not in collusion with the CIA to destroy Trump and force him to step down. I think they have messed with the wrong guy.

The anti-Trump gang have no honor. They immerse themselves in low-life gossip and show no interest in issues which face the nation. Their gossip mongering is destroying their reputations with honest and decent people, which is a majority.

The MSM is patting itself on the back this morning for not jumping on this information that they "have had for months". In truth, Buzzfeed didn´t care about their reputation as much, so they took the bullet by publishing gossip, slander and innuendo that contained known errors. Now the MSM can report on the Buzzfeed article. These "journalists" will cause half of America to distrust the press and ignore everything they report, which is a dangerous thing in a democracy.

We all know that politics is dirty...on both sides. However the Democrat/communist/ Progressive party have taken it to the lowest level. Personally, I hope they keep this up, to demonstrate over and over again to the American people how ugly and evil they truly are. This is organized crime at its highest level. They make the Mafia look like boy scouts. I´m convinced they will self destruct right before our eyes. And I say go ahead punks, "Make our day."
God bless President Trump as our new CIC.

Virtually all news published or broadcast today by any outlet is "fake news". It is based on PR and personal bias, presented as "settled science" or plain fact, when it is neither. It is time to recognize this as an age of "yellow journalism", 360 degrees of supplemented literal truth as lies spun and presented in mainly lurid ways to attract eyeballs and elicit social or political rage.

We are being trolled by all sides, by all "causes" and by government at all levels. "Reporters" report what they are told, too lazy and ineffective to gather facts with which to judge the presented story, and too biased to bother "balancing" coverage while pitching their own thinly disguised opinion as the story.

FAR: ´´Virtually all news published or broadcast today by any outlet is ´fake news.´´

Which is why democrats and their propaganda media hate Trump´s use of Twitter so much. They can´t filter and spin anything he says, and he can respond directly to the American people when low-life people do this kind of thing.

Look CNN and Buzzfeed knew the report was fake but released it anyway knowing that the 65 million who voted for Hillary would believe it no matter the denials or even a later retraction or correction. They know that the report will be around for perpetuity now and that´s all they care about. That and delegitimizing PE Trump.

At some point this crosses the line between freedom of speech to slander and eventually to treason. If a 12 year old blogger can jokingly write that Trump took golden showers with prostitutes, and the CIA and McCain verify it as true, the line is crossed, a crime has been committed.

Sunlight is the great disinfectant that destroys fungus, scatters cockroaches, and sends the rats scurrying back to their rat holes. Buzzfeed may have actually blundered into a good result. Whether intentional or inadvertent, by publishing the memos it has exposed to daylight the entire sordid mess:

The first daylight exposure is the dirty smear campaign against Trump launched by CNN, referencing unnamed and leaked “intelligence” sources for their supposed dirt on Trump. No doubt more leaked info would have followed in a slow protracted drip drip drip by CNN.

The second daylight exposure is the blackmail of Trump attempted by someone within America’s intelligence community when he leaked smarmy descriptions of the charges to CNN. The implied threat was “don’t mess with us or we will leak more.”

Buzzfeed blew the whole plan to pieces by publishing the whole set of fake memos upon which the CNN smear was based, causing the allegations to be exposed as complete fabrications, and showing all the participants for the scum that they are.

Its a new chapter in the Trump Takedown saga. Authored by the media, and members of both political parties who think Washington is their own exclusive members-only private club.

Completely corrupt fake news.

They think the final chapter will be Trump´s resignation or impeachment. They are working up to it. They started with influencing the election, and moved on to overturning election results when that failed. Now they are manufacturing fake news ´scandals´ against Trump.

Total arrogance on their part. Its making it real easy to vote them out, and to turn them off. They will keep doing this garbage until they have their own way or are cast out of power.

If Trump is ever removed, promise every election afterwards will be an effort to remove these corrupt people from power, both parties. As for the media, the most damage that can be done to them is to turn them off. All networks, including Fox. No clicks on internet news sources either. Hit them in the pocketbook. If we ever get reliable honest media ever again, watch them but nobody else.

The other element of these things is that it happened in some remote or inaccessible place so there is no possible way to check the facts. Russia is a good one. Antarctica or the North Pole is another.

CNN´s press release dared Trump to point out where they were broadcasting lies. Beyond the report they were trolled with from the start, how about this?

"...the CNN report noted that both President-elect Donald Trump and President Barack Obama — as well as eight ranking members of Congress — had been briefed regarding potentially “compromising personal and financial information about Mr. Trump.” The report indicated that Director of National Intelligence James Clapper, FBI Director James Comey, CIA Director John Brennan, and NSA Director Adm. Mike Rogers all briefed the POTUS and PEOTUS alike on the allegations;"

No, no they did not. Trump was not briefed by leaders within the IC. That has already been confirmed in other press.

President-elect Donald Trump’s policies, if implemented, will ultimately lead to a balanced budget, predicted former House Speaker Newt Gingrich. Speaking Tuesday at The Heritage Foundation for the third of a six-part series on understanding Trump and Trumpism, Gingrich explained what a “Trumpian balanced budget” would look like. According to Gingrich, what makes both Trump and Trumpism captivating is that balancing the budget was not the focal point of the campaign. However, his emphasis on improving the lives of Americans, creating jobs, and reducing spending suggests that a balanced budget is realistic. President-elect Donald Trump’s policies, if implemented, will ultimately lead to a

She is credited with rooting out sexism, or perceived sexism, in language. Credited by many, I should say, and blamed by a few. In addition to being a writer and editor, she was a gay-rights activist and a pro-choice activist. When I say “choice,” you know I’m not talking about education. Last week Senator Elizabeth Warren introduced a bill that would require President-elect Trump and future presidential nominees to release their last 3 years of federal tax returns. This bill is a partisan ploy — the only co-sponsors are Democrats – and it is clearly meant to shame President-elect Trump, who did not release his. (Snip) But it is worth pointing out that the idea that releasing tax returns somehow promotes rational discourse in election campaigns or confirmation hearings is nonsense. To begin with, the oft-repeated claim that presidential candidates have released their tax returns since Watergate is absolutely untrue.

Seen from above, the 2016 electoral map of New York City is blue with dots of red. Trump’s home district is blue, but across the water a red wedge slices into Brooklyn. Around that red wedge are districts where Hillary won 90 percent of the vote and Trump was lucky to get 5 percent. Inside it, he beat her in district after district. The voters who handed him that victory are the Chassidic Jews of Williamsburg who dress in fur hats and black caftans. It was recently mentioned that U.S. Forces have dropped over 27,000 bombs on Syria and Iraq during Operation Inherent Resolve, the Obama administration´s campaign against ISIS. Given the current controversies over the reliability of and possible political motivations behind American intelligence assessments, let´s look behind this figure to see what these munitions have bought the U.S. during the campaign, and whether we can count on the Obama administration´s related claims about the war on ISIS or the claims of his intelligence community in general. Historically, air campaigns are mostly measured by aircraft sorties rather than munitions dropped. In the age of
