Now Obama and Holder are stuck
American Thinker, by Scott Varland

Original Article

With racialist political motives, President Obama and Attorney General Holder attempted to railroad George Zimmerman (snip) But Obama and Holder are caught on the horns of a dilemma. If they prosecute Zimmerman, the trial will make crystal clear that he is a racially tolerant man while Trayvon Martin was a bigot. This is not a good outcome for their racialist politics. On the other hand, if they decline to prosecute, then many members of the African-American community will feel betrayed by the two men who led them to believe that George Zimmerman is the Devil

Smart advisor to Obama:

"If you press charges, law abiding Americans will be furious and your support will dwindle to record low numbers. If you don´t press charges, the stupid blacks will still fully support you. It´s an easy call."

What makes me sick to my stomach with this DOJ is that fact they said nothing about the Black Panthers and their attempts at voter intimidation, it was nothing to see here just move along, yet the NAACP says something and they need to do a full blown investigation. I do hope this comes back to bite Obama and Holder their racism is so apparent. They have created more racism and racism where none existed.

I don´t agree. Oabma´s support in most of the black community is unwavering. The tricky part is going forward. Will blacks turn out in huge numbers for white Democrat candidates in 2014?

If it comes to a civil trial we may finally get to see a photo of Trayvon Martin as he appeared at the time of his death. No innocent-looking 12-year old. Instead, a gang-banger who was over 6 feet tall. Not a ´´child´´ as the liberals like to call him.

We will also see all the things that the judge did not allow in the trial. Martins troubles with the law, his troubles at school, his substance abuse problems, his fixation with fighting. His possession of a handgun, which is illegal in Florida, if not elsewhere too.

Yes, there are plenty of things that were not allowed for the jury to see- nor the consumers of MSM propaganda.

Wouldn´t their time be better spent looking into the black murders of children and elderly people that occur daily in Chicago?

This is a mystery to me why the murders in Chicago continue without a word from the administration.

Takes the focus away from the lack of jobs.

It´s all about diversions, distractions, and outright divisive rhetoric to keep the plantation slaves from noticing their plight.

Martin would be alive today had the public schools done what they used to do whenever they found evidence of criminal activity-turn the student over to the cops. The school officials, more concerned with their performance records than the long term well being of their students let him off with a suspension and never turned the loot over to the police.

Of course, public school teachers and administrators are just as important to Obama as the black vote.

The State of Florida may preclude the parents from filing a wrongful death civil suit against Zimmerman, and the parents may not want to sue anyway, due to what would come out about St. Skittles. They might want to leave the image of the angelic 12 year old in the minds of the public at large --the image perpetrated by the media.

As to the federal criminal charge of violating St Skittles´ civil rights, Holder will probably re-think that for the same reason the parents re-think their suit: not to sully the image that so many people have of the "child." I´m sure it will be discussed at length with the parents, Crump, Parks, Al and the rest of the Race Baiting Industry.

If you think about it, it may be more lucrative for the parents to just sit back and take advantage of the "donations" that will come their way. They would probably lose a wrongful death civil suit if it went forward, while the "donations" could go on forever.

I can hear black preachers across the country in thousands of churches, telling their congregations how the parents are struggling financially and ask for a "Love" offering [you Baptists will know all about Love Offerings]. The pastor take up the offering, takes his 10% cut and passes the rest on to the parents --which they then split --and that could go on forever, until both are old and gray.

I´m just way too cynical.

Bush would never let himself be brought down to local politics/law enforcement level. That´s not a President´s job. However, Obigmouth can´t keep his yap shut, especially when there´s a chance to community agitate.

I don´t see how the DOJ can go forward, for several reasons. One is that it has a conflict of interest from organizing demonstrations against GZ. It is in no position to now say it can conduct a fair prosecution. Not to mention Rachel´s disclosures suggesting hat Trayvon may have attacked GZ because of animosity to GZ´s race.

Based on all the intelligent observations today from ldotters I sort of hope the regime does go ahead because it´s clear it may finally help to sink them.

The problem is that George Zimmerman has already suffered far too much. Does he have a legal defense fund?

Trayvon went down toward where he was staying and then came back and stocks Zimmerman! This after Trayvon profiles Zimmerman as "creepy white cracker"!

There will be no federal prosecution.

The Democrats will pound the table about Zimmerman until after the elections next year then move on to demonizing someone else.

Alas, another reporter asked me the same question I have been repeatedly asked for the past five years. “As an African-American, why are you a member of the Tea Party?” It dawned on me to ask the reporter, “If you are a thinking patriotic American, why are you not a member of the Tea Party?” It is stunning that reporters cannot see the absurdity and racism against white voters in their assumption that Tea Party membership (pushback against Obama's agenda) equals racism. For the first time in U.S. history, are Americans required to submit to their president's agenda or suffer the mainstream media and Democratic party branding an R on

Retired Supreme Court Justice John Paul Stevens penned a putrid op-ed in the Washington Post claiming he knew how to fix the Second Amendment to end controversy over its true meaning. The first 10 amendments to the Constitution placed limits on the powers of the new federal government. Carson, the former director of pediatric neurosurgery at Johns Hopkins Hospital, recalls the events surrounding his 2013 speech in his new book, One Nation: What We Can All Do To Save America’s Future. On Saturday, I wrote about the standoff at Bundy Ranch. That post drew a remarkable amount of traffic, even though, as I wrote then, I had not quite decided what to make of the story. Since then, I have continued to study the facts and have drawn some conclusions. Here they are. First, it must be admitted that legally, Bundy doesn’t have a leg to stand on. The Bureau of Land Management has been charging him grazing fees since the early 1990s, which he has refused to pay. Further, BLM has issued orders limiting the area on which Bundy’s cows can

Casual marijuana use may come with some not-so-casual side effects. For the first time ever, researchers at Northwestern University have analyzed the relationship between casual use of marijuana and brain changes – and found that young adults who used cannabis just once or twice a week showed significant abnormalities in two important brain structures. The study’s findings, to be published Wednesday in the Journal of Neuroscience, are similar to those of past research linking chronic, long-term marijuana use with mental illness and changes in brain development. Dr. Hans Breiter, co-senior study author, said he was inspired to look at the effects of casual

People love that Scottish brogue so much, they don’t mind that he has it when he plays Juan Sánchez Villa-Lobos Ramírez, an immortal Spaniard in Highlander. The guy even won an Oscar for playing an Irish cop with a Scottish accent. Talk about sexist double standards: Meryl Streep has to master foreign dialects to get her golden statuettes.
