Carney: Benghazi Happened
A Long Time Ago

Washington Free Beacon, by Staff

Original Article

Posted By:KarenJ1, 5/1/2013 2:58:41 PM

White House spokesman Jay Carney denied Benghazi whistleblowers have been denied access to testifying. On Monday, Fox News reported at least four officials within the State Department, and CIA have retained lawyers to provide sensitive information about the Benghazi attacks to Congress. Several of the whistleblowers claim they have been threatened by unnamed Obama admin officials to not testify.

Comments:
I look forward to the day this liar and the rest of his comrades in the regime are brought down. Of course I didn´t see any response to that blatant lie from the lapdogs in the media. He most likely would have avoided at all costs calling on Ed Henry. This is the entire article.

How dare this administration treat the death of four men as "old news" and as obama said "bumps in the road". What arrogant sobs. I hope that Rep. Gowdy is right when he says these hearings will be explosive. When the "elites" think that four people can be murdered and we are to simply sweep them aside . . . well, it is just pathetic. These are not the people I want leading our country but we are stuck with them for now. From poor aborted babies to Benghazi they have a very low opinion of life.

At least Carney is consistent. Obama´s promise that OCare would reduce average familyre premiums by $2,500 per year occurred 2010. His promise to close Gitmo In 2009. His promise to reduce deficits and not raise taxes happened in 2008. Just as his law and college transcripts and his state senate records happened a long time ago. If only Obama never happened in 2008.

Yes, this was the Clintoon´s strategy, stall, stall, stall on the white stuff on the blue dress, and then after a time they would just say, "There is nothing new here, just old news." The American people have not heard what really happened in Benghazi, and if there really are threats to people who know what happened, they need to be made out as heros for coming forward. I think both Hillary and 0bama know they are at fault for the deaths of these four Americans who were murdered at Behghazi. Carney is a fool, and he can keep the spin of "happened a long time ago," but America should know the truth .... even now.

How dare this smirky little pipsqueak respond to Ed Henry saying ´Benghazi happened a long time ago´. Hey Carney, September 2012 wasn´t that long ago and we´re still waiting for answers.

As earlier poster commented, Gibbs was awful, but this character is much worse.

September 2012 was a long time ago...so don´t talk about it.

Wasn´t President Bush back in 2008...but Obama and Carney can´t mention him enough?

1) "Happened a long time ago..." G W Bush happened an even longer time ago, but these shysters are still trying to blame him for their ineptitude.

2) "We are unaware of any agency..." Parse it. He really means the alleged threats are coming from individuals via White House orders, rather than as an official "agency"-sanctioned threat.

He´s lying, but as we know Libs can rationalize even the meaning of "is."

America is the laughing stock of the World.
We have a president who sounds like he just stepped out of the ghetto, and spokespeople
who prove their stupidity everytime they open their mouths.
Golf and rubbing elbows with so-called entertainers and spending other peoples´ money are Obama´s forte.

A long time ago?

GWB´s Air National Guard service record was "a long time ago" when the the Dems went out to smear him.

Romney´s dog on car roof episode was "a long time ago" as was his supposed bullying of a gay kid in high school when the Dems played it up.

Should we now also forget that Obama was not natural born in the USA and eligible to be president because he was born "a long time ago"?

Two of the men murdered were Ex-Seals, the former USAF man was from the "quiet" part of that service. These men are bound to have friends of which many are known for long memories and fierce royalty their fellow members. They are also known for not being afraid and shy.

This thing should stay in play until some conclusion is reached.

The two agencies he denies have received requests are State and Defense. This conveniently leaves out CIA which would be the agency whose employees would most likely need approval to make a statement. You know they will ultimately lie, but want to drag things out in the meantime.

Researchers at Princeton and Northwestern universities have pored over 1,800 US policies and concluded that America is an oligarchy. Instead of looking out for the majority of the country’s citizens, the US government is ruled by the interests of the rich and the powerful, they found. No great surprises there, then. But the government is not the only American power whose motivations need to be rigourously examined. Some 2,400 miles away from Washington, in Silicon Valley, Google is aggressively gaining power with little to keep it in check. It has cosied up to governments around the world so effectively that its chairman,

Then-Sens. Joe Biden and John Kerry were both opposed to Hillary Clinton’s 1993 health-care reform program, according to documents released by the Clinton presidential library. Clinton marked a handwritten “No” beside Biden’s name on Clinton’s list of Capitol Hill lawmakers that she needed to win over for her universal health care law, known as the “Clinton health plan” or “Hillarycare,” to pass. John Kerry, meanwhile, was marked with a “Probably not.” “Hillarycare” ended up dying in the Democratic-controlled Senate in 1994 without coming to a floor vote. But the French aristocrat and American think tanker have the measure of the federal behemoth in the age of Obama. Writing in 1835, Tocqueville eloquently predicted how it would function, while Crews today supplies in his annual compilation of federal rules and regulations, “10,000 Commandments,” the hard numbers that describe the behemoth´s contemporary reach and costs.
