| In one of the most politically despicable moves ever perpetrated by a sitting administration, federal immigration officials have released hundreds of illegal aliens from prison in anticipation of budget cuts produced by the sequester. “As fiscal uncertainty remains over the continuing resolution and possible sequestration, ICE has reviewed its detained population to ensure detention levels stay within ICE’s current budget,” said agency spokeswoman Gillian M. Impeach Obama Now! Identify, arrest, fire, prosecute all other "administration" officials and bureaucrats who were involved in this terrorist attack upon the American People. Catch the illegals released. If they cannot be caught monitor for crime events caused by them and sue the responsible "administration officials" for money damages and pain and suffering.

This rivals Clinton´s use of the military in Iraq when he threw a temper tantrum and bombed the place just to delay his impending impeachment.
We are only one month into the current tyrant´s second term....this is not going to end well - but then informed Americans saw this coming five years ago.

This makes me wonder....
(a) Are the prisoners being released because the gov´t no longer can afford to "support" them?
or (b) If so, does that mean that if we all decide to discontinue paying "our fair share", that they will not be able to afford to have our butts in prison?
OR - and I worry about this more - are they clearing out the prisons to make way for (b)

Common sense and human nature will tell you that once the government sets an enforcement policy to not arrest illegal aliens, until after they individually have been finally convicted of some serious violent crime, that you are going to end up with a lot more illegal aliens on into the future.
Granting the current illegal alien population some sort of amnesty will not clear up the illegal alien situation, as long as there is a government non-enforcement policy that refuses to arrest illegal aliens on into the future.
The current Obama crew inspired non-enforcement policy is just political appeasement to the very liberal ethnic and immigrant advocacy groups.

Senate Democrats picked up some GOP reinforcements in their bid to get to a conference on a House-Senate budget agreement. Republican Sens. John McCain of Arizona and Susan Collins of Maine joined Budget Chairwoman Patty Murray, D-Wash., on the floor in support of going to conference without imposing special mandates on conferees. WASHINGTON – The Internal Revenue Serviced scandal today spread further within the White House and closer to President Obama. White House spokesman Jay Carney today disclosed that Obama’s chief of staff, Dennis McDonough, and other top White House officials had advance warning that the IRS was targeting conservative groups. The wheels came off the Obama administration yesterday. We learned of a startling assault on freedom of the press by the Department of Justice, following the revelation last week of the unprecedented information-gathering foray by that department against The Associated Press. Then, a few minutes later, the Justice Department’s inspector general released a report declaring that the US attorney in Arizona used the leak of a confidential memo to try to discredit a whistleblower in the notorious “gun-walking” scandal known as Fast and Furious (which got two federal agents killed). The leak was called “egregious.”

Stuart Varney said this morning on "Varney & Co." that one of his producers was given a questionnaire with some surprisingly intrusive questions on it when he switched doctors. One of the questions was whether he/she was concerned about unsecured weapons in the home. Another asked whether he/she was "in a relationship in which you have been physically hurt or are you afraid of your partner?"
