| Dozens of Manta Ray fish were mysteriously washed up on the beach in Gaza City today and carted off to market by Palestinian fishermen. It was the first time the fish had been seen on the beach for six years, according to a local video report purporting to show fisherman examining the Rays. Reaching up to an extraordinary 23ft in length, they are one of the largest living fish and have developed skeletons of cartilage rather than bone. In the video, you see Palestinians come in with the rays stacked on boats... already dead, before dragging them onto the beach. It´s clear the school was either shot at or a bomb used to stun them all.

Now you see another reason the Arabs need blockaded in their own countries and Western governors appointed to rule them....
No sane person would eat those rays. No moral person would consider selling them to somebody else. So ....the Arabs load them up and take them to market.
I think you take a one inch pipe and pound it through the wing, push out the core and slice it up into rounds...then sell them as faked scallops. Just think how many Arabs are puking tonight in Gaza.

DAMASCUS, Va - At least 50 people were injured Saturday after a car struck a crowd of hikers in the Appalachian Trail Days parade in Damascus. Sadly, most Americans may not even realize that Armed Forces Day is even a legitimate holiday. Armed Forces Day was established to be celebrated on the third Saturday in May. Dorothy, the 14-year-old peregrine falcon that since 2002 has nested on a 40th-floor ledge of the Cathedral of Learning in Oakland, was perched on the limestone railing next to that nest and her lone chick shortly before 9 a.m. Friday. She´d just fed the 22-day-old chick a small bird for breakfast. "Baltimore oriole ... again," said Kate St. John, who blogs about the city´s peregrines. Someone else watching from the office inside the window next to the nest said it looked like Dorothy was calmly "chilling." Ms. St. John´s response was that nothing could be further from the truth.

WASHINGTON — An Internal Revenue Service watchdog testified Friday that he told Obama administration officials in June that he was looking into allegations the IRS targeted conservative groups for extra scrutiny when they applied for tax-exempt status. The revelation by Inspector General Russell George came at the first congressional hearing on the IRS misconduct, which has generated a political firestorm since it was disclosed a week ago. George’s testimony represented the first evidence that officials in the Obama administration knew of the allegations as long as a year ago, during the presidential campaign.

Treasury Secretary Jack Lew on Friday urged congressional leaders to raise the debt limit and insisted that the White House is not going to negotiate over the increase because lawmakers have "no choice." "We will not negotiate over the debt limit," Lew wrote. "The creditworthiness of the United States is non-negotiable. The question of whether the country must pay obligations it has already incurred is not open to debate." Lew said that while President Obama is willing to discuss plans to reduce the nation´s deficit with Congress, those talks must be kept separate from any effort to raise the nation´s debt cap.

House Oversight Committee Chairman Darrell Issa (R-Calif.) formally demanded that retired ambassador Thomas Pickering submit to being deposed by the committee next Thursday. A healthcare provider has sued the Internal Revenue Service and 15 of its agents, charging they wrongfully seized 60 million medical records from 10 million Americans. The name of the provider is not yet known, United Press International said. But Courthouse News Service said the suit claims the agency violated the Fourth Amendment in 2011, when agents executed a search warrant for financial data on one employee – and that led to the seizure of information on 10 million, including state judges. The search warrant did not specify that the IRS could take medical information, UPI said.
