| The Hub’s top earner in 2012 is a grade school teacher who once said she had the “urge to kill” her boss, comments school officials used to fire her and later, paid for — to the tune of nearly $400,000 in back pay after a judge ruled they had no grounds to boot her. Teresa D. Underwood topped the city’s payroll last year with $427,522.71, an eye-popping number that dwarfed the next highest earner — Superintendent Carol R. Johnson — by more than $100,000. So threatening to kill your boss is not grounds for dismissal, eh? That´s how things work in a progressive state like MA, which dominated by the public employee unions, e.g., MA, where arbitrators make up the rules as their progressive mindsets dictate. Of course, Deval Patrick doesn´t mind paying for this, despite the state´s money troubles. He shares the same warped mindset.

Context. You have never been in the work force if you have never felt like killing your boss at least a time or two...Course actually doing so is another matter.

#1, she didn´t threaten to kill her boss. She said she had the urge to kill her boss.
I had the urge to kill the ex, but didn´t.
And as for arbitrators making it up as they go, you are mostly incorrect.
Arbitrators apply what are known as the daugherty tests of just cause. I will spare you the lecture, but trust me, the tests are applied.

It is understood that a contingency plan is in place for the unlikely event that an attempt would be made on the President’s life. The Secret Service also have diplomatic immunity which will allow them to shoot to kill a would-be assassin without fear of prosecution. As part of the “evacuation route” plan, they would be able to spirit the President by chopper to one of the carriers where a jet is on standby to take him back to the United States.
