Michelle Obama: It’s hard to find
time to reflect on my legacy

During her interview with the Tom Joyner Morning Show yesterday, First Lady Michelle Obama was asked if she recognized her legacy – particularly during Black History Month. The First Lady explained that she thinks about it more often since beginning her second term, but added that it is difficult because she is so busy. “It’s hard to get that time to reflect on that,” Michelle Obama admitted. “Just, honestly because the days just fly by, you know. So I’m trying to be more proactive about thinking about that legacy.” The First Lady explained that she

I guess a healthy (as opposed to unhealthily aggrandized) self-image is not part of her character. Can you imagine say a Barbara Bush or Laura Bush reflecting on their, ahem, "legacy?" I mean, really. What drivel, and that she should humorlessly, seriously respond demonstrates what a lightweight she really is.

And as far as an Obama "legacy," chronic unemployment and lethargic economy, the handing of the Middle East to our enemies... endless.

Michelle and Hussein are seriously considering stealing the election 2016 from the PIAPS.

Interesting to see how Axelrod et al are thrusting Michelle to the front constantly for one simple reason- ´nother eight years of thug rule.

Of course, The Media is taking the bait.

The FBI is probing past legal work done by Texas gubernatorial candidate Wendy Davis, according to a report her Republican opponent’s campaign calls a “bombshell.” The Dallas Morning News reported Friday that documents “related to Sen. Researchers at Princeton and Northwestern universities have pored over 1,800 US policies and concluded that America is an oligarchy. Instead of looking out for the majority of the country’s citizens, the US government is ruled by the interests of the rich and the powerful, they found. No great surprises there, then. But the government is not the only American power whose motivations need to be rigourously examined. Some 2,400 miles away from Washington, in Silicon Valley, Google is aggressively gaining power with little to keep it in check. It has cosied up to governments around the world so effectively that its chairman,

Then-Sens. Joe Biden and John Kerry were both opposed to Hillary Clinton’s 1993 health-care reform program, according to documents released by the Clinton presidential library. Clinton marked a handwritten “No” beside Biden’s name on Clinton’s list of Capitol Hill lawmakers that she needed to win over for her universal health care law, known as the “Clinton health plan” or “Hillarycare,” to pass. John Kerry, meanwhile, was marked with a “Probably not.” “Hillarycare” ended up dying in the Democratic-controlled Senate in 1994 without coming to a floor vote. Wayne Crews of the Competitive Enterprise Institute and Alexis de Tocqueville, author of the classic Democracy in America, were born in different times and places. But the French aristocrat and American think tanker have the measure of the federal behemoth in the age of Obama. Writing in 1835, Tocqueville eloquently predicted how it would function, while Crews today supplies in his annual compilation of federal rules and regulations, “10,000 Commandments,” the hard numbers that describe the behemoth´s contemporary reach and costs. Several elements of his comments were misleading: (1) At first blush, the 35 percent stat is both significant and impressive. Imagine a vendor on the National Mall, selling burgers and dogs, who hasn’t paid his rent in 20 years. He refuses to recognize his landlord, the National Park Service, as a legitimate authority. Every court has ruled against him, and fines have piled up. What’s more, the effluents from his food cart are having a detrimental effect on the spring grass in the capital. Would an armed posse come to his defense, aiming their guns at the park police? Would the lawbreaker get prime airtime on Fox News, breathless updates in the Drudge Report, a sympathetic ear from Tea Party Republicans?
