Prosecutor: Paterson man impregnated
daughter to keep bloodlines pure

The Record [Hackensack, NJ], by John Petrick

Original Article

Posted By:Ribicon, 2/26/2013 3:05:11 PM

Paterson resident Aswad Ayinde proclaimed he was Christ reincarnated when he deliberately impregnated his underage daughter multiple times in a plan to keep the family’s bloodlines pure, a prosecutor told jurors in state court Tuesday. The defense, meanwhile, said the jury must not convict Ayinde over a "lifestyle choice" of incest – no matter how offensive it might seem – especially if those who engaged in it did so willingly. “To be 15-years-old and pregnant is a difficult situation. To be 15-years-old and pregnant with your father’s child is just sad,” said Passaic County Senior Assistant Prosecutor Lisa Squitieri

Comments:
"Father" rapes and impregnates his daughters? In modern-day America, that´s a "lifestyle choice," says the attorney for the defense.

Here we go...first gay marriage, now this is coming. Legalize incest! "LIfestyle" choice indeed! And, you know, if we´re to change the definition of marriage based on the reasoning of the gay lobby, logic would seem to dictate that there´s no reason to prohibit this kind of behavior either.

Statutory rape as well.

This multicultural garbage has gone way too far, miles too far. Throw this dirtbag in jail and throw away the key.

NJ repealed capital punished in 2007. Ought to reinstate it, have this guy be the poster boy.

The only reason for repeated prosecutions of this guy can only be to plump the reputation of the DA is the various jurisdictions. What a waste of time/money!

Raping your daughter is a lifestyle choice? Unreal. Turn him into a eunuch.

I do understand that everyone is entitled to an attorney. That said, this attorney should be disbarred for making a mockery of the law. Incest is not a "lifestyle choice"; it is embarrassing that an educated human would even say that.

To be 16 and pregnant by a United States Senator is sad too, but naturally ignored by the media should it happen since the Senator in question is a member of the democrat party.

It says he sodomized at least one of his daughters. Sodomy does not beget children, so they can nail him on that charge if nothing else since it has nothing to do with his stated intent to keep the bloodline pure.

You can attack the defense lawyers but they do have a point. If certain other lifestyle choices are acceptable, where do you draw the line? Or, why are you drawing the line here?

While this case does not fall under Sharia law, of which conduct is probably normal, and becoming more acceptable in many local jurisdictions, I can also see this conduct becoming a growing trend in other religions.

The defense attorney´s defense is truly bizarre and unacceptable in a civilized society. Where was the mother, relatives, teachers, neighbors, social services and law enforcement while all of this was going o

The defense, meanwhile, said (blah, blah, blah) ending with

"especially if those who engaged in it did so willingly." [where are the libs?]

You think the daughters were willing? He got 3 of them pregnant. This is beyond disgusting.

That´s what the Ptolemy family did.

Eventually it produced Cleopatra - - a bloodthirsty, power-crazed gal who didn´t hesitate to murder her brother and sister.

Maybe it´s not such a good idea.

It is the duty of the defense attorney to defend his client the best he can. When you have an extremely screwy client accused of extremely screwy behavior, sometimes you need to make an extremely screwy argument.

However, that doesn´t mean that we, the jury, have to fall for it...

Reply 17 - Posted by: mod, 2/26/2013 6:08:32 PM     (No. 9197812)

Once upon a time defense layers were there to see that the rights of their client were protected, not to help them get away with crimes.

Unfortunately, this goes on within "families of color" more than anyone would suspect. It´s a cultural thing that has survived from origins on the dark continent.
His defense is basically that he admits to committing the crimes, but he is entitled to because he is special (remind you of anyone else?)
He should get the max on each count with consecutive sentences for making the state try this at taxpayer´s expense.
A complete dirt-bag.

Many things that were once thought disgusting are now lawful thanks to liberal thinking. Maybe this Aswad is just 2 or 3 years ahead of the progressive curve. Perhaps after another supreme court appointment or two this will also become a right. America is rotting like a fish.

Wasn´t there a black man out in California that did something very similar? I think he killed himself and maybe some of his kids (there were like 15). I recall an interview with several of the children who were doing well in the aftermath, despite that insanity.

Dont execute this barbarian.. castrate him. Make him live with no way to satisfy his lust. . That will be hell. But also imprison him. He will find out what pure bloodlines are and what sodomy really is in prison.

A hotly contested gun-control law that was passed in 2007 is finally ready to be implemented, Attorney General Kamala Harris said Friday: a requirement that every new semiautomatic handgun contain "micro-stamping" technology that would allow police to trace a weapon from cartridges found at a crime scene. The law, signed by then-Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger, made California the first state to require micro-stamping, which engraves the gun´s serial number on each cartridge. A second ´house of horrors´ abortion clinic is being investigated in Texas, just days after Dr Kermit Gosnell was found guilty of murdering newborns at his Philadelphia termination center. Houston doctor Douglas Karpen is accused by four former employees of delivering live fetuses during third-trimester abortions and killing them by either snipping their spinal cord, stabbing a surgical instrument into their heads or ´twisting their heads off their necks with his own bare hands´. Other times the fetus was so big he would have to pull it out of the womb in pieces, Karpen´s ex-assistant, Deborah Edge, said

President Francois Hollande will decide by the end of July whether France should impose new taxes on technology giants like Apple and Google to finance cultural projects, a move that could feed into an anti-business image days after a spat with Yahoo!. The Socialist government asked former Canal Plus CEO Pierre Lescure to find new ways of funding culture during an economic downturn, in line with France´s "cultural exception" argument that such projects must be shielded from market forces. While far from becoming laws, the proposals could worsen tension between France and technology giants after Industry Minister Arnaud Montebourg

Montgomery, Alabama – Acting state Democratic Party Chairwoman Nancy Worley lowered her head and slowly shook it side to side when summing up the financial condition of her once powerful party. "We´re broke, broke, broke," Worley told the party´s Executive Board in a special called meeting Frida. How broke is broke? Worley didn´t sugar coat the answer. "This is my 18th day as chair and thirty minutes after I took over on April 22nd the landlord of the building where our party headquarters are came in and said he wanted us out, that the rent was overdue and was always overdue,"

Trenton — Police officials are examining the response to a 911 call Sunday night that left a city man struggling with an intruder at his building without any officers arriving. Dan Dodson said it was 20 or 30 minutes before two officers eventually arrived in response to his wife’s calls to police telephone numbers. “We’re looking into it to determine if the proper protocols were followed,” Lt. Steve Varn said yesterday evening. Yesterday, Dodson said he was deciding where to buy a baseball bat in case someone else was able to slip into his home. He believes one of the two

The Internal Revenue Service relies on technology more than ever to sniff out tax cheats using robo-audits and data mining—but so far it has caught lot of minnows, and big fish are still eluding detection. Even as millions of people´s accounts are screened online and matched against their digital files elsewhere, the IRS´s data-detection tools come nowhere close to collecting the $400 billion in tax dodges estimated to take place each year. Debris haulers´ windfall:
Odd math jacks up Sandy tab
The Record [Hackensack, NJ], by Shawn Boburg    Original Article

After superstorm Sandy struck, mountains of rubble were collected and taken to temporary storage sites. In Ocean County, those locations included a parking lot in Ortley Beach, a ball field in Bay Head, a recycling center in Berkeley. From there, trucks hauled it all to the county landfill in Manchester. The distances of those trips varied. But on bills submitted by the debris removal firm, they had something in common: They were all recorded as being just over or, in some cases, exactly 16 miles. Coincidence? Doubtful. Under the state’s contract with the cleanup firm, AshBritt Inc., 16 miles is

WASHINGTON – The Internal Revenue Serviced scandal today spread further within the White House and closer to President Obama. White House spokesman Jay Carney today disclosed that Obama’s chief of staff, Dennis McDonough, and other top White House officials had advance warning that the IRS was targeting conservative groups. But he insisted McDonough and the other White House officials purposely kept Obama out of the loop.McDonough “rightly chose not to take action” to inform Obama, Carney told reporters at the daily White House briefing.

The Washington Post on Monday reported that Obama’s Department of Justice was investigating journalists before they started wiretapping the Associated Press – for one, Fox News correspondent James Rosen in 2010. Their headline wasn´t "Obama Team Also Spied on Fox News." Fox wasn´t in the headline, on A-1 or on A-12, where the story continued. Newly obtained court documents “reveal how deeply investigators explored the private communications of a working journalist — and raise the question of how often journalists have been investigated as closely as Rosen was in 2010.” Reporter Ann Marimow began:

A senior adviser to President Obama mounted a combative defense of the administration on Sunday, saying the controversies enveloping the White House were the result of Republican lawmakers’ trying to “drag Washington into a swamp of partisan fishing expeditions, trumped-up hearings and false allegations.”The remarks came from Dan Pfeiffer, a member of the president’s inner circle, as he appeared on all five major Sunday morning talk shows in an effort to move the administration past what commentators have described as a “hell week” of controversy and missteps.
