| Barack Obama is overplaying his hand in the latest manufactured crisis of his presidency, Sequestration, and may be alienating his most important constituency of all, the media. He and his advisors are heedless of the psychology of the media, who have been battered by downsizing and budget cuts far more draconian than the piddling 2.4% at issue in the Sequestration Crisis. The fantastical claims of apocalypse push a powerful emotional button the hearts of nearly everyone in the mainstream media. They have already made do with less.

While I would love to see Obama treated as he deserves--like the Duke and the King in HUCK FINN (ridden out of town on a rail for his duplicity)-- I have no confidence in the people or the press. The press is like the severely battered wife-they´re beyond the point where they have any self-respect. and the American people are too busy, too distracted, too stressed, to have time to find out the truth about things. So here we are.

No, Mr. Lifson. You aren´t taking into consideration the Gop´s exquisite talent of turning a positive to a negative, success into failure,conservative bashing and RINO worship.
This will end with the Obama devil smelling like a rose. He doesn´t have to lift a finger. He needs to just keep selling access to the Lincoln bedroom. America will not turn until the media turns on him and that is NOT going to happen.

The story of the kneepad media could be retitled "the story of O" because of their unlimited and unquestioned acceptance of any and all kinds of abuse and humiliation at the hands of Zero [peace be upon him.]
They may whimper and whine a little bit but any gesture from their God, real or not, will bring forth a great gusher of love, devotion and renewed fealty. Their love is unconditional, just as they were programmed to be.

What´s so interesting about 60 tea partiers protesting the IRS in San Jose, California on Tuesday, May 21st? The fact that this bit of information was conveyed to the protesters by a Department of Homeland Security officer who was also in attendance. What was a DHS agent doing at the San Jose Tea Party protest? (snip) they weren´t just spying on us in San Jose and monitoring us in San Francisco, they were watching us throughout the entire state

Remember president Obama´s first pitch of the MLB 2010 season at the Washington Nationals ballpark? It sailed towards the home team dugout. While he couldn´t throw a baseball within ten feet of home plate -- even if it took a double bounce on the way in -- Obama has tossed perfect incendiary strikes inside his own clubhouse, sending his entire team to the disabled list, demoted to the minor leagues, or banned from the game for life. Eulogies bearing little or no resemblance to the deceased or to the facts are trotted out by people who are often bad actors, who though they know better, lie anyway. It´s almost acceptable behavior. But any truth about the deaths of U.S. Ambassador Christ Stevens and three other Americans appears to have been put six feet under as far as our current administration is concerned. On “Fox News Sunday” last weekend, White House aide Dan Pfeiffer was asked about President Barack Obama’s whereabouts the night of the Sept. 11 attack in Benghazi. This was the night when we lost our first ambassador in 30 years, and when three other Americans were killed in an attack that lasted all night long at multiple locations within the eastern Libyan city.
