President Obama boasts it’ll take more than a few surfing lessons for his daughters to be able to catch a wave as well as he does. When asked in an interview this week with Hawaii station KITV if he’s teaching kids Sasha, 11, and Malia, 14, how to body surf, Obama replied, “You know, they’ve actually been taking some surfing lessons the last few times they’ve been out there. They do pretty good.” He then added with a smile, “They’re still not as good as their dad.” Obama, a Hawaii native, said he intends to

FTA "They do pretty good."

He even has to paint himself as better than his daughters. Pathetic.

My son, a senior in high school, corrects anyone on the proper use of well and good...

He is also an AP Stats math and Pre Calc kind of student...

Truely a sports prodegy. Dear Leader is a hodad surfer, he impresses even Tiger Woods with his prowess on the golf course, and as a slayer of the ellusive skeet, he would put Annie Okley to shame. The whole nation and perhaps the world stand in awe of the great man. s/o

Maybe he can teach them how to smoke dope and snort coke also. IIRC, he did brag about that in his book.

He is telling people to stop driving since gas prices are up so much, it´s costing families so much to just put necessities on the table or gas in the car. Yet he and his family can take skiing lessons, golf lessons, surfing lessons in Colorado, Florida and Hawaii with the taxpayers picking up the tab for the trip. The average family cannot afford such luxuries since the Obama family has occupied the White House.

I´m getting sooooo tired of these ´fluff´ pieces about zippy....and I thought his daughters were off limits....oh, except when he wants them to be up front...

Actually, the only piece I want to see about him is where he says ´I resign´....

Yes, like he said; the 0bama´s go back to Hawaii, they rent the most expensive, lavish and luxurious accommodations all paid for by the taxpayers. They love it. Why not; and most of us hard working Americans would love a vacation to Hawaii.

If he was that good, he´d have his own version of Endless Summer filmed and it would be running endlessly on MSNBC/CBS/NBC/ABC... I´ve never seen any photos or film so I am going to say ´fail´ on this little doozy.

President Harry Truman once went ballistic when a reporter wrote some uncomplimentary remarks about his daughter Margaret´s musical abilities.

But here is Obama unable to keep himself from making less than complimentary remarks about his own daughters sports abilities.

Who in the world takes or needs "lessons" in body surfing? It used to be something you learned naturally at the beach. What a bunch of wussies the Obumbles are.

CRAWFORD —Former President George W. Bush needed little help to blaze a trail Friday for 14 veterans mountain biking with him through open prairies, slick ravines and steep canyons. That’s because he brought the third annual Warrior 100K Ride — a three-day mountain biking trek to honor service members injured in Afghanistan and Iraq — to the well-worn paths at his Prairie Chapel Ranch outside of Waco. But even as Bush welcomed the wounded warriors to his home to thank them for their service, he made clear that his mission to help veterans extends well beyond the trails

Michelle Obama certainly knows how to work a room! In this case, it was a kindergarten classroom at Savoy Elementary School in Washington D.C., where the patrons were, well, pint-size. The first lady paid a visit to the youngsters, brightening their day with some silly dance moves performed in unison and imparting an important message about hard work and perseverance.Awww. According to the Huffington Post, Obama encouraged the kiddos to "try new things and not be afraid to fail, because we have all failed," and referenced Kerry Washington (also in the audience),

Conservative radio host Mark Levin is very skeptical of the idea that President Obama had absolutely no idea about the IRS tea party targeting before the story broke in the news mere weeks ago. Levin declared adamantly that it is a “flat-out, bald-faced lie” that Obama didn’t know beforehand, citing prior reports by a few conservative news outlets picking up on the news well before the 2012 presidential election. Levin said, “I don’t believe for two seconds that Obama wasn’t aware of this.”

President Obama on Thursday nominated Victoria Nuland, a State Department official involved in the editing of the administration´s talking points on Benghazi, to be the next assistant secretary of state for European and Eurasian affairs. Nuland, a career foreign service officer who was until recently State´s top spokesperson, had long been expected to be nominated the post to replace Philip Gordon, who Obama picked to serve as Middle East coordinator for the National Security Council. Nuland´s nomination -- which requires Senate confirmation -- could come under scrutiny from Republicans who see her as playing a central role in shaping

Haunted by scandal surrounding his sexually explicit online communications with women, the Democratic former congressman sought treatment for his compulsive behavior from mental health professionals at the Gabbard Center. According to its website, the facility provides “3-day outpatient psychiatric evaluation,” particularly to “professionals who are in personal or professional crises.” While Weiner did not disclose

MARK LEVIN: So why didn´t Chairman Issa hold an investigative hearing a year ago? Why didn´t Chairman Camp, all Republicans, hold an investigative hearing a year ago, and all the other tripping over themselves right now? I´ll tell you why. Because the establishment Republicans, the RINO Republicans, despise the Tea Party. They despise the conservative movement. We exist to be managed, to be shuttled to the polling place, to vote for their candidates. The Karl Roves of the world, and all the rest of them. On Wednesday, Drummer Lee Rigby of the Royal Regiment of Fusiliers, a man who had served Queen and country honorably in the hell of Helmand Province in Afghanistan, emerged from his barracks on Wellington Street, named after the Duke thereof, in southeast London. Minutes later, he was hacked to death in broad daylight and in full view of onlookers by two men with machetes who crowed "Allahu Akbar!" as they dumped his carcass in the middle of the street like so much roadkill. As grotesque as this act of savagery was, the aftermath was even more unsettling
