| NASHVILLE, Tenn.— A couple who fled Germany with their five children over fears they would lose custody for not sending them to school has asked a federal appeals court to grant them asylum in the U.S. Uwe and Hannelore Romeike (roh-MEYE-kee) claim in court documents that German schools are anti-Christian and the couple believe God wants them to teach their children at home. Germany´s government requires students to attend a state-approved school, and parents who violate the law can face fines, jail and possible custody loss. They should have fled to Mexico and then walked across our southern border. They would have been signed up for benefits and living outside the shadows by now.
It will be interesting to see how this turns out. Knowing this administration, I´m not placing any bets on a good outcome. They´re Christians , after all.
As for the German authorities, there are many places around Berlin where they will not even tread to arrest a Muslim murderer.

The Diversity god declares that these people have the wrong skin color to be admitted into the U.S. If they had brown skin and ran across the border they would be welcomed as "undocumented aliens."

Why do so many governments find home-schooling a threat? Even asking the question answers itself and makes one queasy.
In America, home-schoolers have been misrepresented as wild-eyed (mostly) Christian anti-intellectual fanatics who hate science and who cannot be trusted to toe the Party line on global warming, social justice, diversity, homosexuality and the joys of big government.
Only part B is correct; we do abhor what the so-called educational system has done to traditional morality and value and we do abhor the notion of government as nanny and we believe that man-made global warming is just plain dumb, let alone a hoax that the alleged intellectuals have swallowed whole like an oyster in a shot glass.
It won´t be long before home-schooling is a crime punishable by extreme penalites if not outright confiscation of the parents´ children by the State -- to be reprogrammed.
The best-mannered, most well-adjusted and better-educated children are those who are home-schooled or educated in private institutions of learning which have abjured public-school-mandated curricula.
We are witness to two generations or more of know-nothing entitlement leeches bereft of a conscience and morality.
Hitler said, "I want to raise a generation of young people devoid of a conscience, imperious, relentless and cruel." Look around you. Can you see them yet?
