| CHICAGO — Finally. The epic saga of Jesse Jackson Jr. and his wife Sandi is winding down. The disgraced former congressman, who is publicly milking his alleged bi-polar disorder for all it’s worth, pleaded guilty yesterday to federal charges of using his campaign accounts as a personal piggy bank. The government and other experts claim Jackson’s misuse of over $750 thousand dollars in campaign funds is the largest corruption case in the history of the House of Representatives. Disgraced former Chicago alderman Sandi Jackson pleaded guilty to one count of tax evasion. It is doubtful

I´ve said it before... if Jackson wanted to live that opulent preacher lifestyle like Revvum Jackson, he should´ve followed in his father´s footsteps and gone into the "religion business."

In this mornings ABC´s GMA report it was never mentioned Jackson´s a Democrat or his father is Jesse Jackson, Sr. But if his name was Palin or Romney, his pedigree and politics would have been gleefully trumpeted long and loud.

I´m praying for young Mr Jackson and his wife. They could have easily had his father and his criminal friends help him beat this rap and they choose to do the right thing. I wish him well, I believe he knows what his father is and has chosen a better way.

The White House pool report reveals that only 6,000 will be in attendance for Obama´s Berlin speech today: The stage for the president´s speech is set up on the East side of the Brandenburg Gate, in the old East Berlin. The sun is pounding down and there are around 6,000 invited guests according to German authorities. There are bleachers set up either side of the square, with a big two storey riser facing the stage which has a row of bullet proof glass and 12 US, German and EU flags and the grand backdrop of the Gate.

State Department Spokeswoman Jen Psaki said she was "not sure" whether the Taliban is designated as a terrorist organization when a reporter pressed her on negotiations between the United States and the Islamist group during Tuesday´s press briefing. These talks come on the heels of the Taliban opening offices in Qatar, allegedly to aid the Afghan government´s progress toward stability without a U.S. presence. The international coalition recently gave primary responsibility for Afghanistan´s security to the country´s army and police. Now the Taliban have opened offices in Qatar to facilitate talks for a political solution.

An attorney whose firm represents two Benghazi whistleblowers said Gen. Martin Dempsey, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, lied to the Senate when he said there was never a “stand down” order during the Benghazi attack on Sept. 11, 2012. “What was fascinating is that he explained his lie to them,” Joe DiGenova, an attorney representing one of the whistleblowers, told CNSNews.com. “He actually said they were sent to Tripoli. Charlie Rose last night asked President Obama his new Syria policy. The president first objected to it being called a new policy. "I´m not sure you can characterize this as a new policy. This is consistent with the policy that I´ve had throughout," he said. Obama then explained the goal is regional stability, and especially in Syria.
