| On Wednesday’s broadcast of FNC’s “The Five,” co-host Greg Gutfeld responded to a statement from NBC White House correspondent and MSNBC “The Daily Rundown” host Chuck Todd that it’s a “mythology” to believe the mainstream media are hostile toward conservatives. “I think that the mythology of the big, bad non-conservative media has gotten into some offices,” Todd said on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” on Tuesday. “And so that there’s this fear of, oh we can’t do, we can’t do anything that’s not — it’s sort of this — and I feel like it’s a mythology that now younger staffers

Yeah...but keep in mind, within the last 30 days, yet *another* ´scientific poll´ conducted among scientists actually involved in fields related to ´climatology´...
...resulted in a finding that only about a third feel there is any correlation to modern human activity and ´climate change´. Two-thirds are on the ´Al Gore said what?´ side of the argument - and do *not* believe in the ´catastrophic global warming´ being touted *constantly* by idiot politicians - with no ´science´ education to draw on - and determined to make the population pay dearly for the product they´re currently trying to market - Environmental Absolution
Granted, of course - by the Holy IPCC, in between bouts of being utterly debunked.
Go figure...

If only elected GOP representatives had the stones to expose and denounce (and even take to court) His Majesty´s Corrupt Court Eunuchs... instead, comedians on Fox News have to do it for them.

Although they’re known to butt heads occasionally, Fox News anchor Bill O’Reilly and left-leaning Comedy Central host Jon Stewart agree that the recent scandal involving the Department of Justice monitoring journalists is cause for worry. “I got to tell you something and I hesitate to say this — but, boy, is that a troubling scandal,” Stewart told O’Reilly on Wednesday’s “The Daily Show.” “I don’t know exactly what this is, but it appears that the Department of Justice is really overreaching with journalists,” Stewart continued. “And that is upsetting.” Later on in the segment, Stewart asked O’Reilly, the author

Radio host Dennis Miller and National Review columnist Mark Steyn considered Thursday the possible outcomes if the United States continues down the path of socialism. If socialism became the prevailing governing philosophy, Miller speculated, escaping it wouldn’t require a move to the Australian outback. Instead he suggested heading for the state of Texas, because it would be the first place to push back against it. “If I ever do flee, don’t think fleeing has to involve you going over to Alice Springs or something,” Miller said. “I’m going to Texas because that’ll be the first place that pushes

Conservative radio talker Mark Levin appears to have touched off the investigation into Internal Revenue Service targeting of conservative political groups back in March 2012. In a letter last year on behalf of the Landmark Legal Foundation, an organization he heads, Levin requested an investigation into what he called “misconduct.” On Friday, the Internal Revenue Service revealed that it had improperly targeted conservative groups for audits during the 2012 election. During a conference call, Lois Lerner, the IRS’s director of exempt organizations, explained that IRS staffers selected groups that

At the National Rifle Association Convention in Houston on Friday, conservative talker Mark Levin told attendees that the Bill or Rights were “under attack” from progressives in Washington, D.C. “The forces that are gathering now in Washington and in the states to destroy our Second Amendment right are ominous,” Levin the author of “Ameritopia: The Unmaking of America,” said. “They’re not focused on criminals. They’re not focused on mass murderers. They’re focused on ‘we the people.’ The fact of the matter is these are very, very perilous times. The federal government is becoming increasingly powerful.

Over the past four months, former Florida Republican Rep. Joe Scarborough has used his “Morning Joe” program on MSNBC as a platform to be an outspoken critic of the National Rifle Association and anyone else standing in the way of what he calls “common sense” gun control legislation. On more than one occasion over the past month, Scarborough has accused NRA-loyal Republicans of putting the interests of “rapists” ahead of other Americans. “I can’t believe those Republicans are going to allow the entire Republican Party to be the party that basically put rapists’ rights over parents’ rights to

On his Tuesday program, “The O’Reilly Factor” host Bill O’Reilly took on Nihad Awad, the founder and executive director of the controversial pro-Muslim group the Council on American-Islamic Relations. O’Reilly asked Awad to explain why it was incorrect to take aim at extremist elements in Islam in aftermath of last week’s Boston bombing, particularly since there are indications that Islam was the inspiration for the suspects’ actions. Awad denied that sentiment was representative of Muslims. “First of all, thank you for having me on the show again,” Awad said. “I really appreciate it because it’s important to bring

On HBO’s “Real Time” on Friday night, host Bill Maher entertained UC-San Bernardino professor Brian Levin, director of the Center for Study of Hate and Extremism, who maintained that despite the events in recent days, religious extremism isn’t only a product of Islam. But Maher took issue with that claim, calling it “liberal ********” and said there was no comparison. “You know what, yeah, yeah,” Maher said. “You know what — that’s liberal ******** right there … they’re not as dangerous. I mean there’s only one faith, for example, that kills you or wants to kill you if you draw

Former Rep. Anthony Weiner, whose career in public life came to an abrupt end when he sent lewd pictures to a college student on Twitter, jumped back into politics on Wednesday by announcing a bid for mayor of New York City. “Look, I’ve made some big mistakes and I know I’ve let a lot of people down,” the Democrat said in a 2-minute video announcing his bid. “But I’ve also learned some tough lessons. I’m running for mayor because I’ve been fighting for the middle class and those struggling to make it for my entire life.

The dam protecting the IRS scandal began to crack today when Lois Lerner, the IRS official who announced, and apologized for, the improper singling out of conservative-leaning organizations by IRS employees under her command, announced through her criminal defense lawyer that she will not testify as scheduled tomorrow before the House Oversight Committee. Rather, she will assert her Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination. This marks an enormous milestone in the IRS investigation. It can now be taken as more or less established that crimes were committed by Obama administration employees. Lerner’s lawyer tried to minimize the significance

When you get right down to it, the political targeting and stalling of tax-exempt applications by the IRS was an effort to defund the Tea Party. Rick Santelli, one of the Tea Party founders and my CNBC colleague, was the first to make this point. I’ve taken it a step further: The IRS was taking the Tea Party out of play for the 2012 election, as it looked to avoid a repeat of 2010 and another Tea Party landslide. There are a lot of numbers out there.

WASHINGTON – A top IRS official in the division that reviews nonprofit groups will invoke the Fifth Amendment and refuse to answer questions before a House committee investigating the agency’s improper screening of conservative nonprofit groups. Lois Lerner, the head of the exempt organizations division of the IRS, won’t answer questions about what she knew about the improper screening – or why she didn’t reveal it to Congress, according to a letter from her defense lawyer, William W. Taylor 3rd. Lerner was scheduled to appear before the House Oversight committee Wednesday.

The public got its first look Thursday at Lois Lerner, who has gone from faceless IRS bureaucrat to the face that launched what feels like 1,000 congressional hearings and conspiracy theories. But it was only a brief sighting since she didn´t stay long at a House hearing to further probe her role in how some IRS workers came to target conservative groups seeking tax-exempt status. (Snip)She did make a short statement to declare her innocence, however. Lerner´s motivation was more transparent than much of what the IRS has done in connection with this controversy. She was determined to

What´s so interesting about 60 tea partiers protesting the IRS in San Jose, California on Tuesday, May 21st? The fact that this bit of information was conveyed to the protesters by a Department of Homeland Security officer who was also in attendance. What was a DHS agent doing at the San Jose Tea Party protest? (snip) they weren´t just spying on us in San Jose and monitoring us in San Francisco, they were watching us throughout the entire state
