| Two political figures caught up in corruption scandals--New Jersey Sen. Bob Menendez and Afghan President Hamid Karzai--huddled in Kabul Tuesday to talk about U.S. corruption in handing out contracts in the war-torn nation. "President Karzai said that Afghanistan needs earnest and sincere cooperation of the international community, particularly of the United States, in its fight against corruption," said Karzai´s office Tuesday. "The president called awarding of contracts to relatives and affiliates of Afghan senior officials, a major source of corruption, underscoring that the United States should avoid it.

The money it cost to fly Menendez to Kabul should have been spent on his housing in a Federal pen until he´s ninety or dead. If he gets blown up by the Taliban during his trip it will save the dhims a lot of trouble, maybe that´s their plan.

The only thing dunce Bush did right in his "War On Terror" was to deploy the CIA and Special Forces to assist the Northern Alliance to successfully overthrow the Taliban at the cost of 1 dead CIA agent. EVERYTHING after that was unnecessary and a waste of blood and treasure.
Also for Menendez, Kabul must be a rough place for a late night booty call.

Will Karzai provide Senator Menendez, D, the young virgins that this Senator is alleged to prefer? And, does the incoming Chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee know that the lightly used 13 to 14 year old prostitutes he prefers will be Afghan boys?
Can´t Obama appoint Menendez the ambassador to the DR so he at least disappears from view.

Although White House Chief Counsel Kathryn Ruemmler claims to have learned about the IRS audit scandal only last month, she had three unprecedented one-on-one meetings last year with the Treasury Department’s chief lawyer, who has known about the inspector general’s investigation of the Internal Revenue Service’s targeting of conservative nonprofits since at least June 2012. The Treasury lawyer in turn has a long history of extreme left-wing agitation. Christopher J. Meade, Treasury Chief Counsel, met with Ruemmler on September 27th, December 11th, and December 13th, 2012, according to White House Visitor Records requests.

President Barack Obama condemned “in the strongest terms the appalling attack" that killed an off-duty British soldier in a London suburb. “There can be absolutely no justification for such acts, and our thoughts and prayers are with the family of the victim, the police and security services responding to this horrific act and the communities they serve, and the British people,” Obama said in a statement the White House released Thursday. One of two men allegedly being questioned in connection with the Boston Marathon bombings was shot and killed by an FBI agent in Florida on Tuesday, (Snip)A friend of Ibragim Todashev said he and Todashev were being investigated as part of the Boston bombings. He said Todashev, 27, knew bombing suspect Tamerlan Tsarnaev because both were MMA fighters. The man claims he and Todashev were interviewed by the FBI for nearly three hours on Tuesday. The friend said he left the interview, and when he came back to the apartment he found that there had been a shooting.

The fact that this bit of information was conveyed to the protesters by a Department of Homeland Security officer who was also in attendance.
