| A federal appeals court has dramatically halted the execution of a Georgia 30-minutes before he was due to die by lethal injection.Warren Lee Hill was set to be executed at 7 p.m. Tuesday night, but shortly before the 11th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals granted the stay on claims by Hill that he was mentally disabled and thus ineligible for execution, Brian Kammer, Hill’s lawyer, said. The 52-year-old death-row prisoner was sentenced to death in 1990 for the lethal beating of fellow inmate Joseph Handspike with a board studded with nails to the distress of other inmates.

So he can continue to kill fellow inmates with impunity? And prison guards? Because he is ´mildly mentally retarded?´ What does that mean?
IQ score is on a continuum, and mildly retarded as a definition is ridiculuous.
And one more point - supplemental security payments, administered by the social security administration, are known in the ghetto as ´crazy checks´
Some Baby mommas teach each of their chillun to act up in school, play dumb, pretend to be impaired, so that momma can collect 600-800 dollars per month for each of her chillun.
We will soon be measuring the long term impact of that, with repeat killers like this guy, who may have played the crazy check game.

just remember that 20% of the blacks have this iq compared to just 5% of whites... still seems like a get out of jail free card if there ever was one.
with this many blacks have an iq of between 70-75 goes a long way in explaining things like the wealth gap or unemployment

Conservative radio host Mark Levin is very skeptical of the idea that President Obama had absolutely no idea about the IRS tea party targeting before the story broke in the news mere weeks ago. Levin declared adamantly that it is a “flat-out, bald-faced lie” that Obama didn’t know beforehand, citing prior reports by a few conservative news outlets picking up on the news well before the 2012 presidential election. The fact that this bit of information was conveyed to the protesters by a Department of Homeland Security officer who was also in attendance. On “Fox News Sunday” last weekend, White House aide Dan Pfeiffer was asked about President Barack Obama’s whereabouts the night of the Sept. 11 attack in Benghazi. This was the night when we lost our first ambassador in 30 years, and when three other Americans were killed in an attack that lasted all night long at multiple locations within the eastern Libyan city. Since the president is commander in chief, one would think where he was and what he did during such an event would be of obvious public concern.
