Someone actually wrote, allow the law breakers to try to make amends and fix what theyd did wrong...Really? I would like to see how one of these shooters makes amends by bringing someon back to life.

When my career took us from CO to TX 16 years ago, CO was firmly red. Upon retirement four years ago, we returned. The red remains in pockets but the blue is in firm control (there´s a reason why they call it the People´s Republic of Boulder). The Archbishop´s wife has suggested another move is in order.

CO is about to pass gun laws that Zero will love. The governor is a kook who describes unemployment as a state of mind. Californians come here to escape CA, and then vote for the same policies that created all the problems.

The majority of incidents in schools involve kids in special education. Posters here are talking about shooters, but the article clearly says that Denver wants to differentiate which incidents should be handled by staff and which turned over to the police. This ´shift´ has nothing to do with shooters or murderers!

Sending a special ed kid home for a 5-day suspension typically accomplishes nothing. The child doesn´t understand why he is at home for 5 days; by the time he is back at school, most likely he doesn´t even remember the incident that caused the suspension in the first place. A far better approach in these situations is to help the student understand what happened, how to handle a similar situation differently in the future, and the need to make amends for what was done wrong.

Though it is a hopelessly confused jumble of completely unrelated topics, this piece provides a superb peep hole into the operations of the liberal mind as it struggles -with extremely limited success- to make sense of phenomena. No wonder such people come up with the foolish ideas for which they are well and justly known. No wonder the WaPo is on the endangered species list.

No.3: The same thing has happened to New Hampshire, where the exiles are from Massachusetts (we have a name for them) but the result is the same. I expect an income tax is down the road, where the first iteration will only be on the "rich," and then after a few years we´ll find everyone with a job is "rich" in Democratic eyes. Texas is looking better and better every day.
