| A new report out of South Africa indicates that Oscar Pistorius carried Reeva Steenkamp downstairs from the bathroom where he had allegedly shot her, and attempted to perform mouth-to-mouth resuscitation while attempting to save her life. The report comes via Beeld, an Afrikaaans-language newspaper in South Africa. The newspaper reported that Steenkamp was still breathing when local security guards and neighbors arrived at Pistorius´ house, but died shortly afterward. She had been shot four times through the bathroom door. While the first reports indicated that Pistorius had believed

"Still to early to judge"?
Unless she shot through the bathroom door the other way at him first ...

Oscar lived inside a large home that has a high security gate to deter intruders. The house in turn, is inside a gated community meant to do the same. His claim that a surprise 4 0 am visit by his blonde model girlfriend was mistaken for an intruder can only be viewed as highly suspicious. Shooting her 4 times through the locked bathroom door and then carrying her downstairs means that he had on his prosthetic legs, which are normally not worn while sleeping.
Finally, Reeva S.was about to speak about domestic violence from a personal perspective this coming week. Question is whether Oscar was one of her abusive lovers. Such a revelation would ruin the lucrative value of Oscar unless he happened to be a Democrat.

I can´t tell you how many times intruders have invaded my home - - and then locked themselves in my bathroom.
I wish I had a dollar for every time that has happened. Like Pistorius, I occasionally blast a few shells through the door - - but I´ve never hit anyone. The intruders usually do their "duty" in the bathroom - - and then just kind of slink away.
So - - based on my own personal experiences - - I have to believe this guy.

Under the most charitable possible reading of what has been reported, he shot and killed an unarmed woman. He´s been charged with premeditated murder. That suggests that what we don´t know yet won´t help him. And I don´t want to help him.

I´d like to know how many illegal drugs were in his system at the time - steroiods, etc. Looks like another O.J. event. Save the taxpayers and nuke him hehe just kidding.

I said the same to my daughter-in-law and her friend the other day, #5! Great minds think alike. Around here if the bathroom door is locked we yell ´who´s in the potty´ (we have small children around) I have yet to just open fire at the door. Mrs. Cow

Off the main topic but I have noticed that the Afrikaaans-language newspapers are way less PC, carry a lot more detail on South African events, and they do provide English translations on their websites. When the young American was mauled by two chimps at the Jane Goodall place last year, the Afrikaaans newspapers gave detailed accounts while the "international press" reports suppressed any hint that the chimp attack was unprovoked.

Back when my kids were at home and the bathroom door was locked, I would say ´There´s a line waiting to use the bathroom.´

Gen. John Allen has been appointed special U.S. envoy on security issues in negotiations between Israel and the Palestinian Authority. He will not mediate between the parties; his work will almost exclusively involve contacts with Israel. Allen will deal with the U.S. position on Israeli security needs and the security arrangements that would accompany the establishment of a future Palestinian state. Senior U.S. and Israeli officials note that while U.S. Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel made the appointment it was coordinated with U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry, who is leading the effort to restart Israeli-Palestinian negotiations.

Washington rumor has it that Obama wants to be U.N. Secretary General. There are several reasons that make that likely, and if it´s true, it throws new light on a lot of Obama´s oddities -- including his Royalty Bows, his Apology Tours, his Muslim Sellout, and the Benghazi Cover-Up. But first -- why would Obama be planning to become the chief of the U.N. before he has even finished his second term?

On Wednesday, Drummer Lee Rigby of the Royal Regiment of Fusiliers, a man who had served Queen and country honorably in the hell of Helmand Province in Afghanistan, emerged from his barracks on Wellington Street, named after the Duke thereof, in southeast London. Minutes later, he was hacked to death in broad daylight and in full view of onlookers by two men with machetes who crowed "Allahu Akbar!" as they dumped his carcass in the middle of the street like so much roadkill. As grotesque as this act of savagery was, the aftermath was even more unsettling

MARK LEVIN: So why didn´t Chairman Issa hold an investigative hearing a year ago? Why didn´t Chairman Camp, all Republicans, hold an investigative hearing a year ago, and all the other tripping over themselves right now? I´ll tell you why. Because the establishment Republicans, the RINO Republicans, despise the Tea Party. They despise the conservative movement. We exist to be managed, to be shuttled to the polling place, to vote for their candidates. The Karl Roves of the world, and all the rest of them. They fight us in the primaries, they fight us at the grassroots.

WASHINGTON —In a dramatic departure from existing White House procedures, President Obama requested today that his staff start cc’ing him on stuff. “Look, I know a lot of you think I’m really busy and you don’t want to bother me,” the President reportedly told his staff in an Oval Office meeting. “But cc me anyway. It’s good for me to keep up on what’s going on around here.” “It’s not good when I turn on the news and they’re talking about something at the White House and I’m like, whoa, when did that happen?”

Abuse Of Power: Any scandal investigation that expects a "Eureka!" moment, a White House e-mail, or Oval Office smoking gun will be misguided. In fact, the dots are already connected directly to the president. Barack Obama is not foolish enough to have a tape recording system hidden in his desk. And his administration staff are not careless enough to send one another incriminating e-mails. If the president was behind the IRS unlawfully harassing conservative groups seeking tax-exempt status, we can be sure the communications were all sotto voce and in persona, like any good Chicago political operator.

A Washington state Democrat is accusing Republicans of “throwing American infrastructure … under the bus” after a bridge collapse there this week. The portion of Interstate 5 in Washington that runs over the Skagit River collapsed on Thursday after a truck hit an overhead support structure, but Rep. Jim McDermott (D-Wash.) cited the incident in an interview as proof Republicans were blocking infrastructure investment to hurt President Obama politically. “Well, they have clearly spent the whole last five years trying to tear the president down, but they have done it by throwing the American infrastructure and
