| DENVER - A strong smell of marijuana was reported inside the Colorado Capitol Wednesday morning, 7NEWS Reporter Russell Haythorn confirmed. The entire Senate chamber smelled like marijuana, said Doug Schepman, Communications Director for the Senate Democrats. Senate President John Morse cracked up fellow lawmakers during the session by asking: "Do you smell marijuana in here, or is it just me?"

I´ve seen marijuana and probably have smelled it at some point, but to be honest, I couldn´t be sure because I´ve never used it or been close enough to it being used.

It is a cloying smell that you never forget #3. What about all those people in the legislature who don´t want to smell or smoke weed? Is it going to be legal to smoke it in the State Capitol bldg during business hours? How about restaurants? It seems that somebody needs to come up with a way to fix it so people that don´t want to, don´t have to smell it around them.

I remember back in the mid 1970´s a buddy
of mine and myself were sitting in a movie
house smoking pot while watching a movie with
the Who in it so this just does not faze me!

One of it´s nicknames is "dope", because it causes the releases the chemical dopamine in the brain. It has nothing to do with being a dope, I.e. stupid.

One of two men allegedly being questioned in connection with the Boston Marathon bombings was shot and killed by an FBI agent in Florida on Tuesday, (Snip)A friend of Ibragim Todashev said he and Todashev were being investigated as part of the Boston bombings. He said Todashev, 27, knew bombing suspect Tamerlan Tsarnaev because both were MMA fighters. The man claims he and Todashev were interviewed by the FBI for nearly three hours on Tuesday. The friend said he left the interview, and when he came back to the apartment he found that there had been a shooting.
