| Going into his second term, President Obama is facing a dilemma. On the one hand, he still wants to pursue an ambitious liberal legislative agenda. On the other hand, he knows that as long as Republicans have control of the House and 45 seats in the Senate, he won’t be able to enact it. In his State of the Union address on Tuesday night, he responded by laying the groundwork to bypass Congress in his second term. To be sure, Obama did outline an ambitious legislative agenda. He called for comprehensive immigration reform,

Obama actually proposed a major cost saving last night by telling a coequal branch of government that he doesn´t need Congress. Think of the savings from not having to pay 550 senators and representatives $187,500 + benefits per year. Plus, their large & expensive staffs can be let go, as well as the printing offices, maintenance teams, armed security, limo drivers and so much more. Once the legislative branch is eliminated, Obama can achieve more savings by eliminating the judicial branch, up to and including the Supreme Court. What country requires 3 co-equal branches of government when it has a messiah as its president?
We are going full Zimbabwe, and Obama received standing ovations last night for leading us there.

RINOs in Washington probably welcome Obama going around congress. It gives them an excuse for doing nothing for this country and its citizens, and everything for illegal aliens and other lawbreakers. Including themselves.

You can only bypass Congress if they let him.
John Boehner should actually speak up and tell him obama that if he tries then he will be stopped by congress.
I know it takes someone who cares about the country instead of the "game" politicians play but we can only hope.

The Democratic Party´s edge over the GOP on who the public trusts more on ethics and corruption issues has flipped in the wake of the IRS and Benghazi scandals, according to Rasmussen Reports. We´ve got the Benghazi scandal, which Bob Woodward has compared to Watergate, we´ve got the IRS scandal, where Democratic members of Congress are saying the IRS director lied, we´ve got the FBI AP-snooping scandal, we´ve got the HHS "private donation" shakedown scandal, and, of course, there´s the still-unfolding Pigford scandal that has funneled billions to grifters. WASHINGTON – The Internal Revenue Serviced scandal today spread further within the White House and closer to President Obama. White House spokesman Jay Carney today disclosed that Obama’s chief of staff, Dennis McDonough, and other top White House officials had advance warning that the IRS was targeting conservative groups. But he insisted McDonough and the other White House officials purposely kept Obama out of the loop.McDonough “rightly chose not to take action” to inform Obama, Carney told reporters at the daily White House briefing.

Stuart Varney said this morning on "Varney & Co." that one of his producers was given a questionnaire with some surprisingly intrusive questions on it when he switched doctors. One of the questions was whether he/she was concerned about unsecured weapons in the home. Another asked whether he/she was "in a relationship in which you have been physically hurt or are you afraid of your partner?"
