Woman Dies in Partial-Birth Abortion
Performed by Doctor Linked to Sebelius

According to reports, on Feb. 7th, 29-year old Jennifer Morbelli died due to complications from a late-term abortion performed by Dr. LeRoy Carhart, an abortion doctor celebrated by the left and embraced by Secretary Kathleen Sebelius. At a press conference held on Feb. 11th in Germantown, MD, it was reported Morbelli had learned there was some abnormality with her unborn child and chose to have an abortion 33 weeks into her pregnancy. (With modern technology, a child becomes viable outside the womb around 20 weeks.) The late-term abortion method used has four stages that

Comments:
That´s no surprise. She was also friends with the vile George Tiller. Sebelius fits perfectly in the regime. The photo of that doctor shows he´s as ugly on the outside as he is on the inside. It makes me cringe to even think how someone would be capable of such a heinous act.

May she and her child rest in peace. The "Safe, Legal and Rare" crowd doesn´t care much for the first and third words in that slogan, I´ve noticed. I also don´t see the point of undergoing an abortion that late in a pregnancy, either, especially for severe fetal defects. If this little girl was doomed to a short life anyway, why shouldn´t she be allowed to die peacefully in her mother´s arms instead of being tortured and killed?

This type of murder takes FOUR days?

What kind of living hell that little baby endured, I cannot imagine. This is off-the-hook gruesome, and not safe. And legal. And probably not rare.

Dr. Carhart is a folk hero to the abortion industry. He´s embraced by the left and has hero status with Obama (who voted for late-term) and Sebelius. It´s OK to kill a child using a scalpel and vacuum but don´t you dare bring a gun to school.

Reply 10 - Posted by: bmw50, 2/12/2013 7:53:56 PM     (No. 9173074)

I bet if the scalpel had a trigger, the left would be all over it. But since they don´t...

Interesting that Liberals take the word of Climate Scientists on Global warming but ignore the studies that show the unborn feel pain at a few weeks of gestation.

Are you starting to believe me now?

Babies almost always die in abortions.
Our nation cannot recover from this.

Human sacrifice. And this murderer goes free to kill again in the holy sacrament of the left. The hatchet faced Sebelius is the high priestess of Moluch and Carhart is one of her acolytes. Why am I not surprised Carhart was unavailable when the dying woman had to be taken to a hospital. She was collateral damage and the msm will continue to ignore such stories. Look up Dr. Kermit Gosnell some time and wonder why the story of his Philadelphia slaughterhouse was kept out of the national news. And we are paying princely fees to these butchers, thanks to the monsters in government.

The claim that late term abortion is needed to save the life of the mother has always been ridiculous.

When you hear that claim don´t you picture some desperately ill woman?

Why not save both by a quick C-section and do the best you can for the baby? Who wants to endure a four day procedure and a breach delivery just so you can suck out its brains?

In this case the baby kille intentionally...ultrasounds can be wrong or misread.

I know a beautiful little 34 week boy who is 15 months old now and NONE of the dire predictions of abnormalities were correct.

BTW...his Mom´s alive too.

This nation has lost its mind on the question of abortion. The facts in this case may eventually turn out to be very different than they are currently assumed to be. They may be worse, they may be better.

We are watching the destruction of our nation also, as life is losing its value in favor of money. "The love of money is the root of all evil"-Bible. The Greed of Wall Street Bankers and citizens who believe the government is their Santa Claus. And Republicans who think that fixing the ´money thing´ and forget about this evil are just as bad.

What hypocrisy, this woman chooses to kill her unborn child, she unfortunately passes away during the procedure and then she is praised by the church she attends. Read the obituary. She is to be buried along with the child that she tried to kill. I cannot understand that and I cannot understand the Catholic church for its hypocrisy.

What a fantastic talent liberals possess, the ability to talk out of both sides of their mouths. One side utters platitudes about campaign finance reform and the nefarious influence of money in politics, while the other whispers in the ears of oligarchs and plutocrats. One side slanders Republicans as the tools of corporate interests, while the other solicits donations from some of the largest corporations in the world. Tactics for dealing with the government´s budget and debt became the latest quarrel In a string of them between McCain -sometimes joined by other traditionalist Republicans -and tea party champions such as Ted Cruz of Texas, Rand Paul of Kentucky, Mike Lee of Utah and Marco Rubio of Florida. Washington - President Obama, seemingly preoccupied, forgot one piece of protocol as he boarded Marine One on his way to Annapolis Friday. Obama walked past the Marine at the bottom of the helicopter´s stairs and didn´t give the traditional salute. Realizing his mistake upon entering Marine One the president pivoted in the doorway, jogged back down, shook hands and spoke briefly with the Marine before boarding the helicopter for a second time.

Key Democrats say Internal Revenue Service official Lois Lerner didn´t give up her Fifth Amendment rights against self-incrimination by giving an opening statement at a House hearing on Wednesday. Democrats on the Oversight panel said they want Lerner to testify about the IRS’s targeting of conservative groups seeking tax-exempt status, and are not defending her decision to invoke the Fifth Amendment. But Lerner’s Constitutional rights are clear, the Democrats argue, and committee Chairman Darrell Issa (R-Calif.) will be wasting the panel’s time and resources waging a losing battle against her attorneys while the FBI conducts

The public got its first look Thursday at Lois Lerner, who has gone from faceless IRS bureaucrat to the face that launched what feels like 1,000 congressional hearings and conspiracy theories. But it was only a brief sighting since she didn´t stay long at a House hearing to further probe her role in how some IRS workers came to target conservative groups seeking tax-exempt status. (Snip)She did make a short statement to declare her innocence, however. Lerner´s motivation was more transparent than much of what the IRS has done in connection with this controversy. When you get right down to it, the political targeting and stalling of tax-exempt applications by the IRS was an effort to defund the Tea Party. Rick Santelli, one of the Tea Party founders and my CNBC colleague, was the first to make this point. I’ve taken it a step further: The IRS was taking the Tea Party out of play for the 2012 election, as it looked to avoid a repeat of 2010 and another Tea Party landslide. There are a lot of numbers out there.

On “Fox News Sunday” last weekend, White House aide Dan Pfeiffer was asked about President Barack Obama’s whereabouts the night of the Sept. 11 attack in Benghazi. This was the night when we lost our first ambassador in 30 years, and when three other Americans were killed in an attack that lasted all night long at multiple locations within the eastern Libyan city. Since the president is commander in chief, one would think where he was and what he did during such an event would be of obvious public concern.

House Oversight and Government Reform Committee Chairman Darrell Issa said embattled IRS official Lois Lerner waived her Fifth Amendment rights and will be hauled back to appear before his panel again. The California Republican said Lerner’s Fifth Amendment right to avoid self-incrimination was voided when she gave an opening statement this morning denying any wrongdoing and professing pride in her government service. “When I asked her her questions from the very beginning, I did so so she could assert her rights prior to any statement,” Issa told POLITICO. “She chose not to do so — so she waived.”
