| A Muslim rights group has praised a gun shop after it agreed to stop selling targets of a skeleton wearing a turban and a robe, armed with an AK-47. The owner of the shop Target Sports, in Royal Oak, Michigan, agreed to stop selling the item after a meeting with Dawud Walid, executive director of the Michigan chapter of the Council on American-Islamic Relations. Although the shop agreed to stop selling the item, the manufacturer, Thompson Target, is continuing to advertise the life-sized target, called Crazy Bones, on its website despite also being contacted by Mr Walid.

WASHINGTON – A top IRS official in the division that reviews nonprofit groups will invoke the Fifth Amendment and refuse to answer questions before a House committee investigating the agency’s improper screening of conservative nonprofit groups. Lois Lerner, the head of the exempt organizations division of the IRS, won’t answer questions about what she knew about the improper screening – or why she didn’t reveal it to Congress, according to a letter from her defense lawyer, William W. One of two men allegedly being questioned in connection with the Boston Marathon bombings was shot and killed by an FBI agent in Florida on Tuesday, (Snip)A friend of Ibragim Todashev said he and Todashev were being investigated as part of the Boston bombings. He said Todashev, 27, knew bombing suspect Tamerlan Tsarnaev because both were MMA fighters. The man claims he and Todashev were interviewed by the FBI for nearly three hours on Tuesday. The friend said he left the interview, and when he came back to the apartment he found that there had been a shooting.
