| Ex-LAPD cop and alleged murderer Christopher Dorner has generated something of a supportive following on social media, where thousands have voiced support for his cause and the sentiments in his 14-page manifesto. One Facebook page, “I support Christopher Jordan Dorner,” received more than 6,400 “likes” — or votes of support from individual community members — in four days. “You want to know why people are rallying around this guy even though he has done some nasty things?” the page reads. “It’s because there are so many cases of police mistreatment. Of people who have had brothers, sisters, mothers,

Apparently murder is okay so long as the murderer is a self proclaimed left wing radical. Lots of sicko´s in this world.

We need a national database of the mentally unstable and/or insane. I suggest we start with the posters on the internet who offer support to this murderer.

Birds of a feather stick together.
Let´s clarify: I´m an internet user but I´m not supporting this crazy murderer. Maybe the title should be changed to read more accurately.

This is fascinating on many levels. The whole thing made me curious about his ´manifesto´, so I looked it up. It is an interesting diatribe, in which he chastises not only whites for being racist, but blacks as well.
Those Black officers in supervisory ranks and pay grades who stay in south bureau (even though you live in the valley or OC) for the sole intent of getting retribution toward subordinate caucasians officers for the pain and hostile work environment their elders inflicted on you as probationers (P-1´s) and novice P-2’s. You are a high value target. You perpetuated the cycle of racism in the department as well. You breed a new generation of bigoted caucasian officer when you belittle them and treat them unfairly.
In some sense, Dorner´s message takes on the same tone of righteousness as the Hollywood story of a wronged avenger making a last, desperate stand after exhausting all other avenues.
His manifesto focuses on the LAPD, and his grievance is solely directed against that organization. It is not a leftist diatribe against the ills of the world.
He may be a bitter, paranoid wacko who has imagined an elaborate conspiracy against him. But, what if he is not?

Could this be another example of the O. J. and Trayvon syndrome. Could it be a very racist, Black on white, prejudice?

No it´s racist black on black and the offers of help are probably from more black racists. He is correct though in his rant against the black population for always thinking revenge for their ancestors while not accepting they are now the focus of criminal acts against others. It was whites who freed the American slaves not fellow blacks and lost in the anger is the fact a large number of whites were also shipped into the colonies as virtual slaves although most the slave labor only lasted 7 years . many were young teens who by no act of their own were thrown with the entire family into debtor prisons then shipped out as bound servants to work off the debt plus the cost of their unwilling passage. Check he plight of the Scotts clans in those years too . Black slaves were sold into bondage by other blacks or muslims who didn´t put a price limit on the act. If we still studied history we would learn that British ships carried those slaves while this nation was still a colony. The business was a three way deal.

You have leftists saying kids of illegals shouldn´t be punished for the sins of their parents but every white person today should be punished for the sins of their ancestors. This whole thing about slavery retribution has been very poisonous to the culture and has stopped a lot of black people from getting ahead as they sit around year after year waiting for reparations.

If he killed the couple, then he´s a sick monster (even if he was a good man b4 who was wronged & cracked -pthere´s no excuse for killing innocent people). But, from what I read & my knowledge of police corruption, there´s still a tiny seed of doubt. What IF he´s being framed? Not saying he was, but what if? I don´t like his politics, but it doesn´t mean that he hadn´t been a good man b4. As another said, he wouldn´t have been in the Naval Reserve as long as he was & had as many good reviews b4 if he was always nuts. Did he lose it? ...maybe. Did he kill the couple? Dunno...what´s the evidence? All I know is LAPD is one of the most corrupt organizations (like many big city PDs). Why´s LAPD still lying about the 2 women? Who´s this white guy now? I knew a gal who was constantly framed & harassed cuz she witnessed a cop murder a man (ran over him several times) . No one is condoning the murders. People just relate to the plight of the underdog. It doesn´t make them sick or racist--just human.

Billionaire businessman Ronald Perelman has helped land the wife of Republican House Majority Leader Eric Cantor on the board of directors of Revlon—the latest politically connected appointment to the board of a company he controls. Perelman, 70, has been a political player for decades. He dishes out large campaign checks. He employs a team of lobbyists to patrol the nation’s capital to protect his business interests. And he has ensured that a steady stream of political elites land on the payrolls or boards of directors of his businesses. Among the political bold-named faces that have filled

President Obama on Tuesday downplayed Afghan President Hamid Karzai’s decision to suspend talks on a long-term security deal with the U.S. in protest of the launch of formal peace talks with the Taliban. Karzai also pulled out of peace talks with the Taliban the Obama administration agreed to hold in Qatar, which are to begin Thursday. Obama said his administration had always anticipated "difficult negotiations." "We had extensive conversations with President Karzai both before and after the Taliban opened the office in Doha," Obama told reporters at a joint press conference in Berlin with German Chancellor Angela Merkel.

It probably wouldn´t have shocked political observers if Sen. Marco Rubio´s job approval ratings had taken a hit since becoming the Republican face of comprehensive immigration reform earlier this year. But the Florida Republican´s numbers in his home state are actually close to their best ever, according to a new Quinnipiac University poll released on Wednesday, though the senator did get low marks from voters for his handling of both immigration and gun control. Rubio had a job approval rating of 51 percent to 35 percent, the survey of registered voters found.

PANORAMA CITY — School board members have approved a plan to rename a San Fernando Valley elementary school after First Lady Michelle Obama. Los Angeles Unified board members voted unanimously Tuesday to name Valley Region Elementary School No. 13 after Mrs. Obama. The campus, which was opened last August to relieve overcrowding at nearby elementary schools, focuses on healthy eating for students, a cause championed by Mrs. Obama’s “Let’s Move” campaign. The First Lady was in Germany on Wednesday as President Obama meets with Prime Minister Angela Merkel and other leaders.

Texas Republican Sen. Ted Cruz announced an amendment to the Senate immigration bill to block a pathway to citizenship for illegal immigrants on Wednesday. Cruz previously attempted to insert the amendment to prevent a pathway in the Judiciary Committee mark-up of the legislation. The Texas Republican has been a vocal opponent of allowing illegal immigrants a path to citizenship, explaining that is is unfair to those who waited in line to come to the country legally.“A path to citizenship is the most divisive aspect of this bill,” Cruz told “The Fine Point” earlier this month.

Attorney General Eric Holder hosted a “pride” event for gays, lesbians, bisexuals and transgenders at the Justice Department on Tuesday, telling attendees that the homosexual agenda will be a “priority” during the remainder of his time as the nation’s top cop. “The fact remains that across the country far too many LBGT Americans suffer discrimination each and every day,” Holder said. “That’s why the department will keep working to create opportunity and access for every individual. The federal government spends six times more on disaster recovery than helping communities become resilient to extreme weather that’s predicted to become more intense and frequent in a warming world, a new study shows. The analysis by the Center for American Progress (CAP), a prominent liberal think tank, labels the approach “pound foolish” and calls for a dedicated fund for “community resilience” fed by higher levies on fossil fuel production. “We must help communities enhance their ability to withstand the high winds, flood waters, scorching heat, searing wild fires, and parched earth from extreme weather,”

A group of whistleblowers, including a number of aviation experts, have come forward in a new documentary to claim that the official explanation for the crash of TWA Flight 800 was wrong and a gas tank explosion did not bring down the flight off the coast of Long Island 17 years ago. However, the six whistleblowers, all part of the original investigation team, stopped short of saying the plane was shot down. Flight 800, a Boeing 747, had just taken off from JFK airport with 230 people aboard on July 17, 1996 enroute to Paris when it exploded

An attorney whose firm represents two Benghazi whistleblowers said Gen. Martin Dempsey, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, lied to the Senate when he said there was never a “stand down” order during the Benghazi attack on Sept. 11, 2012. “What was fascinating is that he explained his lie to them,” Joe DiGenova, an attorney representing one of the whistleblowers, told CNSNews.com. “He actually said they were sent to Tripoli. They were needed in Benghazi,” said DiGenova, a former U.S. attorney, now with the Washington firm of DiGenova & Toensing.

Amid a steady rise of backlash, Edward Snowden, the 29-year-old former National Security Agency contractor who was the source of a spring of leaks about the agency´s surveillance methods, conducted a live chat on The Guardian´s website Monday morning. Judging from some of the pointed questions he´s been asked and the reaction to newly leaked revelations over the past few days, it´s clear that much of the sympathy and support Snowden had built up for his early exposures is eroding. Many Americans supported his decision to leak information about a pair of National Security Agency surveillance programs, which, he detailed, gathered information

As NewsBusters reported last week, former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin called out vulgarian comedian Bill Maher for referring to her Down Syndrome son Trig as "retarded." On ABC´s The View Monday, co-host Barbara Walters astonishingly defended Maher saying, "I don´t think he intended it to be mean-spirited" (video follows with transcript and commentary): WHOOPI GOLDBERG: At a recent standup show in Las Vegas, comedian Bill Maher apparently called Sarah Palin’s five-year-old developmentally-challenged son Trig retarded. Charlie Rose last night asked President Obama his new Syria policy. The president first objected to it being called a new policy. "I´m not sure you can characterize this as a new policy. This is consistent with the policy that I´ve had throughout," he said. Obama then explained the goal is regional stability, and especially in Syria. "Really, what we´re trying to do is take sides against extremists of all sorts and in favor of people who are in favor of moderation, tolerance, representative government, and over the long-term, stability and prosperity for the people of Syria," said Obama.

Marco Rubio. Paul Ryan. The IRS. Illegal immigration. And fraud to the tune of billions.. Now there’s a combustible mix. Let’s start with the IRS, illegal immigration and fraud. We’ll come back in a minute to Senator Rubio and Congressman Ryan. For those who came in late, a year before the IRS scandals burst onto the scene in early May of 2013, an alert investigative reporter for WTHR-Indianapolis (Channel 13), Bob Segall by name, produced a stunning piece of journalism. Segall’s video report is found here and we will quote from his story for the basics.
