| Gun control zealots state that we (the serfs of Obamaland) shouldn’t have “assault weapons with high capacity magazines” because we don’t “need” them. And these wizards—who don’t know diddly about guns—know exactly what we need. Oh, yes they do, girlfriend. If you don’t believe me just ask them. They’ll tell you what kind of guns you should and shouldn’t have even though their bodyguards and their children’s bodyguards have the exact battery that they forbid us to build. “Why can they live in a dynamic state of duplicity,” you ask?

This whole debacle makes an excellent case for an armed citizenry. While the Left insists that guns should only be in the hands of qualified, highly-trained police, an ex-cop goes on a shooting rampage, and real cops are shooting at any pickup truck that looks vageuly like Dorner´s. Clearly, it is time for citizens to protect themselves from the police.

They are lying about it. The "manifesto" has been creatively "edited" depending on which media outlet you read it on.
The cops daughter was found already dead. No one witnessed anything, found in a security area, shot from within the car. Security cameras all around, where is the footage showing him leaving the scene?
Why would he leave a murder scene and check into a hotel under his own ID, and wait for police to come for him? He never checked out. No one has witnessed him do anything. Even the incident when the police claim he shot at them, such a dangerous man, missed? Wounded one in the leg? And they let him get away? Failed to call for backup? Really? Because he was never there!
Now, they bring out the drones. The first "justified" murder of an American on our soil, he is a shoot to kill on sight target, guilty until proven innocent.
Shame on us, shame on anyone this is alright with. Where is his right to a fair trial? Where is evidence he did anything?
The staterun media is bow a court if this is how it is because we say so? How do you even know he write that "manifesto"? Everyone just believes a corrupt media.
God help us all. No one will care until it happens to them, or God forbid, their child.

Wasn´t it California that had an incident a year of two back in which the criminals had the police outgunned? And the local gun owners with heavy weapons stepped in and helped get the situation under control before the city and state could bring in heavier weapons?

I used to be caring and compassionate and liberal. I supported gun control and the “right” of the government to seize a large chunk of my paycheck in order to plan my retirement for me. But, somewhere, somehow, along life´s twisted way, I became a greedy capitalist pig. And, truth be known, it´s affecting my entire neighborhood. It all started on New Year´s Eve when my friend Adam came by to help me with a small project inside the house. On that Eve, Adam informed me that my property wasn´t exactly looking like the Garden of Eden.

Progressives can’t help themselves. When normal person hear of a tragedy, they feel the natural range of emotions – fear, anger, sympathy, etc. But progressives are not normal humans. When they hear news of a tragedy their first thought is “How can this help the cause?” There’s something oddly perverse about this mental defect that somehow overrides decency in tragedy’s aftermath, but it’s as widespread amongst the political left as freckles are on redheads. Don is angry with me. He cannot understand why I support punishing rapists with death while simultaneously defending the rights of the unborn. He accuses me of applying double standards, promoting hypocrisy, and of being "inconsistent." But I am perfectly consistent in my beliefs. And, truth be known, so is Don. The reason so many people are unfairly labeled as "inconsistent" is because the term "double standard" is applied in such a haphazard fashion. People are actually guilty of applying a double standard when they treat two identical things differently.

Abuse Of Power: Any scandal investigation that expects a "Eureka!" moment, a White House e-mail, or Oval Office smoking gun will be misguided. In fact, the dots are already connected directly to the president. Barack Obama is not foolish enough to have a tape recording system hidden in his desk. And his administration staff are not careless enough to send one another incriminating e-mails. If the president was behind the IRS unlawfully harassing conservative groups seeking tax-exempt status, we can be sure the communications were all sotto voce and in persona, like any good Chicago political operator.
